Only issue was minor with the hot tub operation, and the property owner addressed it immediately to resolve quickly. The location is great with a short walk to the beach. The weather did not cooperate unfortunately, but our stay was awesome, would definitely rent again at this location

We had a great time!

It was the perfect place for our family, ranging in age from 2 to 64, from several states to come together for a Thanksgiving feast!

First, the property location is ideal. Just a short walk to the beach, which was in a less crowded area (away from the high rise resorts, but near enough to walk to the Tiki Bar at Coligny Beach). Second, the instructions and communications from the owner were comprehensive and clear. I would give her very high marks for communication. Finally, the house had a good open concept floorplan with lots of seating in the common areas; however, the furniture was a little worn. The bedrooms were good size with comfortable beds (mattresses); however, the bathrooms were old and dated. The bathrooms, along with the rest of the house, could use some updating. We had several people in our party that were working remotely but there wasn't a desk in the whole house. We made do with the tables on the porch and the dining room table but in today's world it would have been nice to have a work area or two, e.g. in the den. The outdoor areas were nice (porch and pool area), but beware of the mosquitos. Unfortunately for us, there was no working dishwasher which was a bit of pain. The owner did notify me about a week before our arrival that she was desperately trying to get it fixed but with supply chain issues it just didn't happen before our arrival. I appreciated the head's up but felt as though we should have received some compensation for the headache. I would never have rented a place without a dishwasher but couldn't make other arrangements with such short notice. Overall, a great beach house, but it definitely needs some updating.

7 gal pals travel to Hilton Hear for our 5th annualsummer beac trip. This house was perfect for our needs! Everyone had their own bedroom. The open concept kitchen, dining and great room lent itself to spacious gatherings and conversations. The pool was refreshing after coming off the beach - a perfect way to cool down. And the location was great! Real close to Coligny Plaza with lots of dining and shopping experiences; also a short ride to Sea Pines. We all agree we'd like to go back next year!

Awesome house and very cool owners.

Our party of 10 stayed at this property the last week of July and we had a wonderful time. The owner was great to work with and proactively let us know we could check in early since the cleaning was complete. The home is spacious and clean. The outdoor space is great, especially the pool. It is a short walk to the beach which had plenty of space to set up. One minor complaint is the noise the spa makes when in use. We come to the island almost every year and we would definitely stay here again!

Everything went very smooth. Everything we needed in the kitchen, bedroom’s and bathrooms was well supplied. Pool area was great enough room to sit around and big enough for all 11 of us to be in the pool at the same time. The owner was very nice and easy to get a hold of for questions we might of had. Close access to beach.

The owner was wonderful, very attentive and easy to contact. The property was great and so close to the beach. Pool was perfect and shady in afternoon. Overall, great place, would definitely seek this place out again.

We had plenty of room for our group of 12. Loved the close proximity to the beach!

we enjoyed our stay --the house was big enough for everyone --everything was clean and well stocked --Its a very short walk to the beach --We were able to get in touch with the owner when needed ---I would reccommend bring a litttle beach wagon for the walk to the beach and you are set ---we had such a great time !

It was a great place to stay with a large group. We had 11 family members, 6 adults and 5 kids. It was only a block to the beach and the pool was perfect for all of us. The ping ball table was a huge hit with all the guys. It was great that the dinning room table was big enough for all 11 of us. I loved the porch with the rocking chairs. Would highly recommend it.

The house was everything we could have wanted! Close to beach, wonderful pool, well stocked kitchen appliances & dishes. 5 kids & 6 adults had plenty of room to hang out & sleep. My husband is ready to book for next year.😃❤

Nice place for rental property and price. Easy walk to beach. Easy to rent with owner and communication was great. Owner needs a new pool man was the only negative thing.

House was just what we needed to accommodate all of our group. Everything was in in great condition. Wonderful location to beach and the pool and hot tub were a plus!!

This house is great! Extremely close to the beach and has a great pool/outdoor area as well. Hot tub was a bonus when hot. Host was excellent and even helped provide us with beach towels during our visit. Highly recommend!

Great house to accommodate several adult couples, and perfectly located with easy beach access! This was a great weekend!

The beach house is comfortable, well equiped and in a great location- just steps away from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet but just a few minutes drive to Coligny . The host was super to work with - very responsive and friendly. Overall- a great place to stay

We were so disappointed with our stay. This house is in great need of some TLC. The inside was acceptable and as advertised, although it definitely needs an update. However the outside - was a dump! It had not been cleaned in weeks! Littered with cigarette butts and old broken lumber, furniture, and junk left behind by others. The pool furniture was broken and molded. Concrete was littered with dirt and stains. The property manager was quick to respond to my calls, and sent people out to clean - but each one of them was offended that they had to come out, complained and gave the excuse "this is not my job!" I was offered one night's refund, and appreciated that - however we still had to live in a dirty property all week. Had I known the true condition of this property - I would have never rented it. I have pictures if you would like to see them. (Don't see any place here to post them).

House needs some updating but hostess was easy to contact and was very friendly.

Our family enjoyed our time together and the venue's location and amenities were supportive of my family's preferred "beach" activities. Due to reported sticky dining room table (thanks for advance notice!) I took two large tablecloths and covered the table with my own linens. We had a wonderful week and venue was one I'd return to. .

This home is well lived in but comfortable. The location is very close to the beach. The layout of the home is perfect for our three families. The dining table seats 13-14 which was wonderful! I gave this property 4 stars as it is in need of various touch ups and a second refrigerator would be very helpful for 13 people. The owners were quick to respond to e-mail during our reservation process which we appreciate. We booked this property again for next summer.

The house was perfect for us with each family having a group of bedrooms with baths. More than enough dishes, glasses, and giant table so we all could sit together . Easy beach access. Love to swing on the porch too . The pool/ hot tub was a daily treat, both before and after beach time. Close to restaurants and bike rentals, would definitely rent this house again!

This house was very clean! I loved the large living room/dining area where we could all gather comfortably. The outdoor area could use some sprucing up but we still enjoyed it very much. We loved the location - you can see the ocean from the front porch and it was just a short walk along a trail to get there. It was about a mile to Cologne beach - lots of restaurants, shops and some live music.

The house was as described, comfortable and well laid out. It has been well-loved but is not a luxury, brand new property. The location is great, between Coligny circle and sea pines, and you can even see a peak of the beach from the front porch. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with. Check in and check out a breeze. Parking tight for 4 cars max, but you’ll want to bicycle everywhere anyway, especially on the beach!

Love this house! the private pool was wonderful for our family (great-grandma, grandparents, adult 20- and 30-somethings, and small children.) Very easy access to ocean! Kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, and dishes, which we used everyday! The owner is quick to respond. We have been going to S. Forest Beach area nearly yearly for almost 40 years. This is the best place ever!

Large home, however did not have an adequate kitchen with supplies to handle a 7 bedroom home. In addition, only one refrigerator to handle 14 people and during COVID19 we had to utilize multiple coolers.

Enjoyed staying here. Outdoor area with pool, hot tub, ping-pong, foosball table was a lot of fun. We enjoyed the front porch with view of water through the trees. Short walk to the beach was the best feature! We would love to go back!

House was awesome, beach was great. We have vacationed several times in the Carolinas. We have never had such a great experience.
