Owners of this property are great communicators and help with any needs you may have. Absolutely beautiful location, easy access from highway. Grocery shopping, gas station near by. Minutes drive to Port Orchard waterway. 15, 20 minute drive to Gig Harbor. We marked this house as a place we would definitely rent again when in area. We highly recommend!! To the owners, thank you so much!!

Great location, plenty of space for our family to spend together. Loved watching the deer out the window. Will go back to this place again.

Great property and very roomy and accommodating for our needs. Great location and restaurants near by with access to freeway as well. Not close to water but within a short drive. 20 min from Gig Harbor 15 min from old town and harbor of Port Orange.

The furnace was loud in the front BR and flat pillows. Need new ones. The recliners on the sofas were broke except for one. House was cold and dark when we arrived at night when we arrived and took a long time to warm up. The water heater was poor and finally quit working. Cold showers are the pits in the winter.

Perfect location for visiting everything the little towns in Washington had to offer. Location is great, quiet, and really nice property. This is our second time here and when we return we will schedule our trip on the availability of this property.

This is a lovely home near a golf course! Very comfortable and convenient.

We would rent this beautiful home again in a heartbeat! It is larger than it appears in the pictures. Its classy, but comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating. Everything was just wonderful.

This house offered many amenities. Seemingly unlimited toilet paper, paper towels, towels, dishwashing, and laundry detergent. We had a great stay. Be sure to note that there is no air conditioning, but plenty of fans to compensate. Being a former Seattle native we knew this was common, but should be more prevalent to guests coming from out of state that are use to it as a gold standard. Overall you will fully enjoy your stay; from the deer in the back yard to the water feature... the home was wonderful.

The Kells house in Port Orchard, WA is at the top of the list of beautiful homes, in beautiful neighborhoods, to stay. We enjoyed walking every day & enjoyed the water feature as we read & relaxed. The kitchen in fully supplied. We are particularly fond of the master bath with its walk in shower.

We loved our stay in Port Orchard! Lorraine is wonderful to work with. The home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. We loved seeing deer in the backyard everyday. On the negative side, the king mattress needs replacing. The carpets need a good deep cleaning which we assume is a result of a busy summer season. Also, there is cable tv but only very basic channels and no smart tv. There isn't much to offer if you like to relax and watch tv in the evening. Regardless, we would definitely rent from Lorraine again.

It was beautiful. Was given incorrect info to get to site but once that was solved the day was great.

We had a wonderful stay at the Port Orchard house. All as described. One small thing .. the bikes had flat tires and there was no pump that we could find, so we could not go for a ride.

When we originally booked this property, it was for a weekend in February. When we needed to reschedule, Lorraine was very accommodating and let us switch weekends with no penalty. We only needed to pay the difference in price between the original weekend and the new weekend. Lorraine was also very quick to respond to questions. We had a wonderful weekend staying at this home. The house is large and very well-kept, with plenty of room for four adults. The home is well situated in a quiet neighborhood of Port Orchard. You can walk around the waterfront of Port Orchard and hop a walk-on ferry to Bremerton. If you don't mind driving, it's a little more than an hour drive to Port Townsend which is a wonderful town to walk around, or less than a 30 minute drive to Bremerton, where you can either walk around the waterfront, or hop on a ferry to Seattle. If we should stay in this area again, I would definitely stay i this house and I would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit this area of Washington.

Everything was as pictured and promised very nice house and neighborhood plenty of space for 4 four of us to sleep and to have approx a total of ten ppl spend an afternoon together in the house. I'd stay here again

This wonderfully spacious and fully equipped home has many special places to view the beautiful waterfall fountain. The neighborhood area is wooded with groomed hiking trails. Neighbors are nearby, but the house is secluded by the setting. We enjoyed state of the art entertainment, and many luxury amenities like roman shower, jacuzzi tub, top quality appliances and wi-fi. Peaceful, private and comfortable, this house is excellent for a long term stay - we were there 5 weeks! One minor problem with the front loading washing machine was immediately addressed. Nearby Port Orchard, Bremerton, Silverdale and Gig Harbor offer many great dining and shopping venues and museums. Make a day trip to Seattle on the Ferry from Port Orchard - or drive into Olympic National Park. The Olympic Peninsula and Puget Sound are at your doorstep.

We stayed here for 5 days with our family during March break. It is an immaculate home, very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need - you just need to bring clothes and food. The area is lovely - great for walking. My boys loved the McCormick golf course - they really enjoyed the landscape and the views - and the clubhouse restaurant is pretty good too. There is an Albertsons and a few takeout places nearby. We drove into Bremerton and walked on the ferry to get to downtown Seattle. That was a fun trip! The only downside to this home is that you do have to drive to get to pretty much anything, including the golf course. We had hoped to be able to walk to a few places. But it is peaceful and we enjoyed our time here. Thank you!

We loved the property both inside and out. The way it was described in the listing was exact. The house was very spacious in ALL rooms. It was decorated very nice and had more than enough blankets, towels, etc.The backyard had beautiful views. The front yard was just as gorgeous...we even had a family of deer come visit. It was amazing! The only thing I would recommend is adding a few tvs. While I know we were on vacation, at the end of the day, to relax/wind down we like to watch tv. Also, some additional night stands per room would be great. Other than that...we would DEFINITELY stay again!!! Thank you to the owners for opening their home to us. I would HIGHLY recommend this site for family, friends and anyone that needs a getaway with beautiful views. While I only communicated with the owners via email, that is what worked for me. The owner was very prompt in her responses and provided answers to my questions without hesitation. We liked the fact that there was an Albertson's, Starbuck's, Shari's, WalMart, and Fred Meyers within a close proximity. I just can't say enough about this property. It was wonderful!

Private setting with a very warm back home country feeling (Although we were 2200 miles away from home, it didn't seem like it). Everything was as described and we had a feeling of visiting family for a week. Was at awe one morning when I opened the blinds and a beautiful doe was sitting in the Back yard as if she was on display. Would definitely stay again

We used this home for family visiting from out of state. The home is very comfortable. has a large dining room where we had a family dinner. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. The home is very nice but not too formal to worry about children. They had some kids toys and stuffed animals. The yard is nice as well. There are hiking trails in the neighborhood as well that we used. and spotted some wildlife. I was not disappointed in anything.

My wife and two daughters stayed here in January. We found the place much better than we expected. Spacious, well appointed, comfortable, kitchen well stocked, all that we needed. Lorraine was very responsive to our questions and genuinely interested in our being satisfied. We were. This is a wonderful place to stay, with beautiful surroundings. Grocery store and other needs were only a few miles away. Thanks so much.

Great house stocked with basics. Good neighborhood that was easy to take walks. Small park for the kids. Easy access to both Tacoma (driving) and Seattle's Elliott Bay (we walked on the ferry).

Had a wonderful time at a wonderful home. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nicely furnished, and very clean. Very nice neighborhood and nice friendly neighbors, including the deer and squirrels that came to visit. No question that we would stay here again. Lorraine and her husband were very pleasant also
