Really impressed - better than I expected. Room was clean, large, and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Included WiFi was good and the hot breakfast was really decent. Really appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room.

A little more variety in the breakfast might have been nice, but this is a very minor suggestion.

There was a lot of noise from the room next door—seemed like very little sound-proofing. But it had a connecting door—maybe that was the problem. I was at the end of the hall, so no noise from the other side. The mattress was not in the least firm—I happened to have a sleeping mat with me so was able to sleep and not wreck my back.

As is typical at this price point, the walls are thin. Noise can be an issue. Recommend the top floor in case you have a herd of elephants above as we did.

There was no gluten free items offered for breakfast. The pillows were lumpy. It would’ve been nice to have some teabags in my room.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. However, we asked repeatedly to have a clock for our room, and it was never produced.

A super pleasant place, we really loved the attention, the massage machines were really a relief for a tiring trip. everything was perfect.

The only thing I didn't like is that they charged me a $100 deposit without prior notice. They return it, but it will take up to 7 days. It doesn't seem right to me. I hope they return it.

Clean dining area. Staff were nice. Massage chairs were a nice touch even though we didn't use them. The vending machines are nice and not too expensive.

The shower curtain rod was broken, so the shower curtain wouldn't close flooding the bathroom. The jetted tub was dirty, and the sides needed to be caulked.
