We are a big crew from 3 different states. Such a great time together. Very comfortable and we could all sit at the dining table together for meals. Kids had a blast on the first floor with arcade games and their own space.

We had a small family reunion with in-laws, with cousins ranging in age from 10 to 18. The cabin accommodated all eleven of us comfortably, and the lowest level was perfect for all the cousins (5 in total) to stay and play together. The cabin is also centrally located to the main parkway, Dollywood, and great family restaurants. Check-in was a breeze, especially with our three family units coming in from three different states, with different arrival times. The cabin was also well-kept with LOTS of clean linens and towels to last for our weekend stay. Having enough towels, even for enjoying the hot tub, was a major perk that I don’t often think about until we (er, I) have to do a load of laundry while on vacation!

We all enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen has a decent amount of cookware and utensils. Kids really enjoyed the game room down stairs. I would say the house was 98% clean. We did find cobwebs in multiple corners and the upper windows were exceptionally dirty. If you are a light sleeper this is not the house for you. You can hear everything going on inside and outside of the house! There is enough room for parking 4 vehicles, overflow parking is close by. Pictures of the parking area are a little deceiving. Compared to other cabins on that street it is obviously older and could use some TLC.

Our family of 14 had an awesome time in this home. 5 bedrooms have king size beds and 1 has queen bunks - all enjoying the privacy of their own bath. Its big enough to spread or all be together in one open kitchen, dining room and great room that overlooks the mountains.We have rented many vacation homes, and thus far this one is the best!!

This property allowed our family for the first time since Covid hit to all be together. We all had our own bedroom/bathroom along with huge gathering areas and kitchen. It was clean and had everything we needed. The staff at Eden Crest was always available and extremely courteous. We already want to plan our trip for 2023. Thanks for allowing us to make such special memories.

Excellent views and plenty’s of room! Maybe supply some common spices and more dishwashing detergent. Mattresses need replacing as they sink towards the middle. Juke Box doesn’t work and the Galaga Game didn’t work. Overall stay was great! We spent a week with family and would stay there again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. It was a perfect location with an amazing view.

We had a wonderful trip, only down fall is... check out is way to early. Should be 12noon. Overall, we all had a great trip.

Everything was nice, except they need to check propane level for the grill as we were not able to grill all the items

Worth it

We had ladies weekend and everything was great at the cabin .The location, the rooms and it was very clean. I would recommend you staying there. One of the most important parts of the stay was when I received a call from the staff after the first night just to make sure everything was fine. The staff is awesome!!!! Thanks again see ya soon

Family Reunion with (7) adults and (5) kids. Cabin was plenty big enough. Kids LOVED the downstairs game room. Plenty of seating for all (12) of us throughout the different levels Dinning room table Sat all (12) of us.

The living spaces were perfect for large family gatherings. Kitchen could have been equipped with more utensils and serving dishes for feeding large numbers. Bedroom sizes are much smaller than they appear in the listing but beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Everything was nice about this place. Very comfy and we all enjoyed it. Not far from fun things to do.

Cabin could have been updated a little. I cook a lot even when on vacation. Appliances were a little outdated. Beds were ok. Furniture was comfortable. All of us had a good time. Cabin was roomy. Downstairs was a paradise for the kids. All in all it was a good stay.

The cabin was nice but needs a lot updates. Beds, showers, couches, ect. Roof leaked and reading prior reviews it’s been a problem. For being a 6 bedroom unit, it didn’t have enough parking to accommodate our party. If you want a relaxing time away this is not the unit for you.

Very easy process. Everyone was helpful. This property is not high in the mountains which was good. Very convenient to the main roads and attractions.

The property was exactly as described and listed. It was clean, modern and perfect for our large group. The amenities made the stay enjoyable for all ages in our group. We would definitely book this cabin again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway that is close to many other places for sight-seeing and/or tourist events.

Poorly maintained cabin is rundown need some money put back in . deck and railings are broken. Railings are so ruff you will get a sliver When you would touch them. I have stayed in many cabins in the area this was the worst.l could go on about more complaints about this place but I will leave it ate that???

The cabin was nice and looked just like pictures. Plenty of room to accommodate my party of 11 females. The location and view is nice. I would book again!

All of the beds were extremely uncomfortable. While the 6 bedrooms provided the privacy we were looking for, the walls were very thin. You could hear every single thing above and beside you at night. There was mouse droppings underneath the sink as well. Parking should be expanded for a cabin that has 6 bedrooms. Location was good relative to pigeon forge.

Cabin was awesome! Close to everything but still felt like you were on the top of the mountain. Love that they decorated the cabin for Christmas!

The Bentley Lodge has the potential of being a fabulous place but the owner(s) has neglected it somewhat. The bedding is pretty bad and the sofas, especially on the lowest level, should be burned. The arms of that particular sofa were "crusted" over and very darkly stained. We threw a sheet over it. The pool table cover has a rip (dear owner, they can be re-covered) and the floors are not level, which is very obvious with how all the balls on the pool table rolls to one corner. As I said most of this is on the owner!! I'll stick going forward with my normal rule, only go with places equipped with leather/leather like sofas. The only complaint I have with Eden Crest Vacation Rentals, the management company for this property, is that we reported a toilet that had a broke handle on Saturday night and had a promise that it would be fixed the following morning but no one ever came. I followed up on Sunday evening, no one ever came...ever!

Overall we had an excellent stay at this cabin!! The cabin was clean with beautiful views and great accommodations. We had 6 families going and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the game room and the adults enjoyed the hot tub with the awesome view of the mountain range. The property manager is great in communication as anytime we had questions, they were very prompt in their responses. We would definitely return to stay and highly recommend this cabin.

Great family place to stay

The Bentley Lodge could definitely use some remodeling, the porch , rockers , beds, flooring . It wasn’t as bad as I thought after reading the last review .... Overall we had a wonderful time !
