We much enjoyed our stay, the house was just as in the photos, a lovely space to relax in. Once we figured out the Nest heating it worked very well for the cooler evenings too. It was also so kind to find a wealth of household goods available too, saving the hassle having to bring or buy them for a week. (The only thing we could not find was a tea strainer, so we bought one and left it in the cutlery draw!) We also enjoyed the quiet garden, which was great to sit out in in the sunshine. Thanks again to Scott and Katie for a lovely stay.

This is our third time staying in Scott and Katie's house. It's lovely location, well equipped, and very spacious.

The cottage is very spacious layed out to suit large groups.Garden is large and dog and child friendly. The beach is just a 10 minute walk great beach and lovely area for walks..Scott and Katie are very helpful all the way through the booking.We have booked for August next year Thank you Scott.

The property itself is absolutely superb, we were really blown away how lovely it is inside. The photos do no do it justice! We know the area fairly well, the local beaches etc, there is so much to do. But the location of this house is brilliant to walk to Southbourne beach which is fantastic. The hosts were really helpful with all questions along the way. Our young children loved it here and we would love to return at some point again! Thank you!

The house is absolutely beautiful Scott and Katie have thought of everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday .We had a wonderful time ,so close to the beach which was wonderful for the children .There were also games at the house so we made good use of the garden . This was our second stay at Chapel Cottage and I can honestly say we were just as happy with our stay as we were first time. We are a family of 5 covering 3 generations and the dog Clyde and this house and garden suits us all perfectly. The facilities are fantastic, the house clean and welcoming and the garden is perfect with a fab bbq and lovely garden furniture. The accommodation provides everything you could possible need and the shed provides all you need for a beach visit. Just love staying , fantastic location 5 minutes walk from a dog friendly beach and easy walking distance to Christchurch. Communication with Scott and Katie is easy and they are always quick to reply to any queries. We can't recommend this property enough.

This is our second stay. Its spacious and well equipped, and very comfortable . A good location, within easy reach of the beach, and a short drive to Christchurch. Scott and Katie were very easy to deal with. We hope to return again.

Everything was perfect ,the area is so quiet and peaceful ,very close to the sandy beach and all local amenities .The house is large and comfortable with all you could need ,Scott and Katie are very prompt to reply to any query .

A wonderful, beautifully furnished house in prime location for exploring this area. Short walk to the beach and nature reserve. Fantastic restaurants and bars locally, especially the Boat House and Seafood Shack in Christchurch and Urban Reef on Boscombe seafront. All within walking distance. We cycled to the Sandbanks Ferry and into Studland, a great day out. Great train links to the New Forest where the bike trails are clearly marked. Hassle free arrival and constant communication with the owners. Thoroughly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely house with all mod cons in a good location for access to the Jurassic Coast.

couldn't of asked for a better stay ...the house is beautiful and well looked after . Everything we needed was here for us even down to charcoal for the bbq . Shops pubs restaurants all nearby and all towns and beaches a short ride away...the owners really made sure our stay was fantastic .

What a fabulous find! Amazing location with easy access to the beach, river and lovely walks. Communication couldn't have been better with the very helpful and friendly owners. We enjoyed a much needed break at Chapel cottage and hope to return soon.

Well-equipped, lovingly renovated modern home in a quiet location, yet within 10 minutes' walk from the beach. Not too far from shopping areas (drive/bus) and also within walking distance to some lovely restaurants (we especially liked Roots). We had a great time staying at Chapel Cottage - recommended for a recharge during a difficult year. Nice touch was a bottle of Prosecco as well - thank you :)

Cannot fault this house or the owners. The communication before and during our stay was great. The house itself is immaculate, airy and spacious and was perfect for our family of 5 and a dog! It is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need and the bbq was used most evenings due to a short heatwave. The location couldn’t be better, with a short walk to the stunning dog friendly beach. Christchurch Is also a nice walk with many rewarding places to eat and drink before heading back. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here, as long as it is not the week we want to go. Thank you for a fabulous week.

We went to Chapel cottage to spend time with our family who live in the area and had the most amazing Christmas and New Year. Scott and Katie made us very welcome and it was very easy from start to finish. Chapel cottage is a beautiful home we will be returning for sure.

We all decided this was the best holiday home we have ever had. We had everything we needed and more. It was a beautiful house within easy walking distance to the beach. We had such a good holiday.

We had a lovely stay in this comfortable and homely property.

Chapel Cottage has been renovated to a very modern specification with open plan living areas and lots of light from roof lights. It has a nice garden, ideal for children. Great base for exploring the area.

At first site the property looks very picturesque ,the gardens are lovely and tidy and as you step through the front door and walk into the kitchen/living area it has the feeling of a very light open space . All the bedrooms are roomy and the ensuite are very nicely designed. All in all a very comfortable and restful stay.

This property has everything! Well equipped, great location for beaches, walks, cycle ways. Lots to do from cycling to paddle boarding. Cannot rate this property enough
