The location was ok for me but it was a steep hill to the hotel from the centre

The lift didn't always work but not really an issue

Friendly personnel clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great location just about two minutes walk to the beach and short walk to town centre.

the property was in the right location big family room,

no quilt for double bed but the manager sorted straight away, was quite cold, small heater. and the parking is £10 would of thought parking for customers was free.

The bed was ok

They only informed us that there was only breakfast available in the summer. The carpark was dirty with rubbish and when we left there was spit on my girlfriend's car and 2 biscuits too. We stayed there for 3 nights but the cleaning only got completed once and that was around an inappropriate time of 6pm. Otherwise we didn't get any cleaning for our room. For a 3 nights stay we should have our room cleansed, bedding replaced and fresh towels every single morning. There were no wine glasses available when we requested them.

Not a lot of room for 3 of us, room had 3 single beds, TV was really small and set back to the side of the wardrobe, one of the girls could not see the screen

Out of date lift, noisy when coming in late.

Location was great

We arrived about 2:30pm to check in and room was not ready. Staff member apologised and invited us to the bar area for a complimentary drink to which never happened and no one ever came. We was given the room key about 30 minutes later by the cleaner who just handed us the key and walked off and didn't even say anything. Beds were totally nackered with springs being felt through the mattress and room was unbearably hot.
