Visited during Tet so understandable no breakfast provided

Extended my stay with the hotel by 2/3 nights and could of expected a slight discount provided rooms didnt need to be cleaned and no comm paid to booking.com etc

Comfortable bed, great shower and very nice breakfast

For me it wasn't the best location to be right in Chinatown. District 1 was better for me and slightly cheaper for the same class of hotel. The rooftop bar was also closed. Plus there was a power cut one evening for an hour plus TV signal kept dropping out.

Katy and her team provided outstanding service to our international delegates. They went above and beyond what was called for to provide customer service with a smile. They listened to suggestions and accommodated everyone within minutes of any concerns or needs.

Some of the rooms were a bit small for two persons especially when staying a long period of time.

The breakfast was excellent. Everything was fresh made. I ate pretty good almost every day. Everyday breakfast is a little different which is great. I love the staff, they are so friendly.

What I seeing the breakfast every morning, nothing need to be done different.
