Our family of seven had a great time and were very comfortable in this rental. We liked the two balconies, found the kitchen well stocked, and the location close to all we wanted to do in Wedt Maui. We would stay again without hesitation. Mahalo for the memories!

We had an amazing time at Kahana Sunset D5. It was the perfect place for our family vacation. The unit was clean and well-stocked. The grounds were beautiful and the beach was perfect for our kids to play. We got to see the sea turtles every day of our vacation. We would definitely stay here again! The management and the owner were very responsive and helpful.

Our family of 5 booked this property for our first trip to Maui and it did not disappoint. It was clean, spacious enough for our group and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the two lanais and the gorgeous views of the grounds and ocean. The grounds were well maintained and we also made use of the pool and private beach where we swam with some turtles. Liz was nice enough to provide beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. The parking spot was tight for a minivan but could not be more convenient as it was right in front of the door, making it easy to load and unload our stuff. We loved the location in West Maui as it was close enough to Lahaina, the Kapalua Coastal Trail, some of the best snorkeling beaches and the Nakalele blowhole. Groceries were less than a mile away. I would not hesitate to book here again!

Loved the location, ac a great bonus in the afternoon, can easily sleep at night with fans and open doors/windows. Kids and I loved the beach, it is definitely one of the best private beaches and there are turtles! Would stay again

Beautiful views off a nice balcony was definitely the best part of our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped to handle all of our cooking needs. It was very surprising there was no oven, only a small toaster oven/convection oven. The two bedrooms were great for us with the bathrooms as part of the bedrooms. Furniture could use some updating, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. The complex has a very nice and immaculately kept grill area. And though not something the owner has control over, the parking spaces are very narrow. The plus side to that is we were able to park right outside our front door.

Love the location of this property. Gorgeous views on the lanais. We had a fantastic vacation and plenty of space for a family of 4. The lower level could use a deep cleaning and the second bedroom is very dark with little natural light.

We loved this location because it wasn’t in a super busy area and the views were beautiful!! It was close to our two favorite places in Maui, Honolua Bay and DT Fleming beach.

The property was perfectly situated in Napili right off a cute little cove. We loved having a small kitchen (only lacked an actual oven) and the ability to make our own meals. The parking, WiFi, entry, pool and amenities were exactly as needed. I would recommend to any family wanting a nice, quiet part of Maui to stay in…but close to the best beaches.

Our family had a great time at Kahana Sunset and particularly this condo. The condo is thoughtfully updated and provisioned, and every aspect seems catered to families just like mine. The A/C is a rare luxury. The kitchen is well stocked so you could actually prepare decent meals there. There are also nice BBQ grills and ample shaded picnic space on the grounds for cooking out. The condo's two lanais were wonderful for additional outdoor space. Beach towels, chairs and even soft coolers were provided! I have never been to a condo that had all of these needed beach vacation items all together for renters use, and it was a huge benefit. Sunsets and the views to Molokai were amazing. The sandy beach is small, but there is a sandy beach (which can be rare in HI), and some pretty decent snorkeling from shore, which we enjoyed. The pool is great, and my teenage kids loved playing soccer and football on the grassy lawn. The grounds are immaculate with loads of fresh local plants and flowers, and even mango trees! We enjoyed some recently fallen mangoes, and then the wonderful caretaker noticed my kids collecting them, and helped them get some more from the trees! This trip was a celebration for my daughter's high school graduation, and we made so many wonderful family memories we will always cherish. I can't thank Liz and her family enough for the magical week my family was able to have at their condo. This is the Hawaii I love and remember and will always come back to if I can. MAHALO!!!

Cleanliness doesn’t get 5 stars because while the major surfaces were clean, all the door jams had dirty fingerprints that could have been wiped, and we had one countertop get bugs on it and get all over someone’s backpack upstairs. After cleaning that dirty counter and spraying bug spray, they didn’t return. Lastly, supplies for 6 grown people were very stingy and we ended up having to buy way more toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. than was left for us. The front office made it clear she had nothing to do with rentals and could not help us with extra supplies. Aside from those minor things, it was a great place and I would recommend it to others!

Great choice in Maui if you want to be away from all the big resorts but still close enough to do everything you want to do. Small private beach was great for a quick swim or would be perfect for little ones.

Was a good location, walking distance from the bay as well as a small grocery store and some restaurants. One of the best parts is being able to park 5 feet from the front door with no steps in the way.

We stayed 4 nights in this Very well kept, clean and accessoriesed condo. Liz the host is honest and responsive. . The condo has covered parking next to the condo entrance door - makes everything, especially with kids and wet sea gear -so much easier. The complex is well maintained, and has an easy beach access.

We loved our stay here, the room is great and we appreciated the AC and the laundry facilities. We loved the easy access to both the pool and the beach. What a treat to watch sunsets from our balcony and to see sea turtles in the water. We’d love to return someday!

Second time to condo. It has everything: pool, private beach, views. Kids swam, caught geckos, and picked limes/mangos/coconuts all on the property. Saw turtles daily, BBQ’d nightly. Without crazy crowds and fighting for parking. Best value for Maui. Highly recommend.
