Great location, not too noisy. Awesome views, windows, balcony. It's tiny but finishes, kitchen, jetted tub/BR are awesome. It was difficult to leave.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with rental properties. The parking info was terrible..way away from unit. Managers were hostile. When I arrived WiFi didn’t work so they wanted me to call the cable provider. When that was finally resolved the smart tv quit working. As I had been treated with little regard before I decided to just not have tv. There were open screws on the Murphy bed which gouged my leg numerous times . Because windows were open, flies got in, I looked for a fly swatter found one encrusted with food. The toaster didn’t work so I turned on the broiler. No heat came out only gas fumes. The bathtub is impossible for regular folks to get out of. The site advertised pool/spa no such thing. Because of the distant parking.. second floor walk up.. scary tub.. this should not be listed for older or disabled folks.

Great place close to beach, small as expected from reviews but had everything needed to never leave the beach ...our happy place 😉

Nice modern unit for 2 w great location for in the middle of strip, people friendly, great weather; Would be better if: clearer directions to unit/pkg space map too small. No lighting on ground floor or steps or interior hallway, unsafe for all, esp. seniors. Also tub height unsafe. need fluffier newer towels. Tourist book needs updating (no websites, closures). 2 cracked glasses - modern melamine dishes would be better for outside dining. not enough hooks/hangers or places for wet swimware - this is a beach trip!. provide luggage racks for luggage. No TV service ever reached, barely Netflix. Thanks for Arnie contact info, he responded to door lock issue - needs oiling and rusty lockbox . Thanks for beach chairs and towels. Met cleaning crew and thanked them. Thank you.

Our third time here and its always a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful View of Ocean/Beach. We loved that all of the sliders opened up to make you feel and hear all of the Ocean Breeze and noises. The Murphy bed was comfortable and easy to use. The kitchen had everything we need to cook in. The quality of supplies was excellent. Everything was clean and upgraded. The Bathtub/Shower is a little difficult to get in and out of.

Unfortunately the key to front door was very hard to work. The lock in the bathroom didn’t work at all and the ladder to go up to the other bed was very tuff for my Brother it would be more efficient if there was some type of Handel to hold on to especially coming dow that I did find dangerous. And unfortunately because all the apartments are separately owned. There seems miscommunication. We were there 3 nites and every nite there were people out by the grill area being loud until 12 pm. That was definite annoying, and the tub was not to my liking. My brother took a shower and said the water was so hot. Would not coo down. Also there are no lights going down the walkway to stairs and no lighting Going up the stair which is also dangerous.your property was situated great a great view the sound of the waves was also incredible. Cute, clean, and contemporary place right by the ocean. Liked the option for hot baths and BBQs and reserved parking is always a plus at the ocean. Loved listening to the waves all night and the cool ocean breeze.

Phenomenal experience on Mission Beach - the location of this property is fantastic. Far enough away from Belmont Park for a peaceful stay but close enough to enjoy the fun! The property is small, being a studio, but perfectly sized for a single occupant or a couple. The space has all the amenities needed to enjoy your time on the beach. The parking location was somewhat challenging to find considering I showed up at night and was unfamiliar with the streets. A map would have been ideal to help locate this. Great stay overall and I look forward to returning to Mission Beach!

The place could have been cleaner. Sliding door did not lock. Shower/tub very hard to get in to. Tenants on 1st floor had a huge Ram Truck & left early each morning revving it up and waking us up which was very inconsiderate.

I loved Mission Beach. Property was perfect location and worked fine for 2 of us to be comfortable. Perfect neighborhood for a no car vacation. Best food and fun is within easy walking distance.

Location and views were excellent. But there were several issues with the property. The electric space heater did not work and we needed to run the oven with the door open to heat the space. The sofa was not usable. The loft was filthy and not usable. The eyesore of an old TV rack on the wall needs to be removed. The bath tub is a safety issue as we both slipped getting in and out. Parking space description was inadequate (I was blocked in 3 times with folks parking illegally right next to me). There needs to be a map link to the parking space location and also the property location. We asked a lot of folks and even close neighbors did not know where it was.

We loved the location and will definitely book again. It was the perfect space for me and my husband. Having a dedicated parking space was convenient. We found a safe corner to lock up out bikes. Some items were a bit worn out and tired but overall was great.

Love coming here, its our second time at this property and would like to make it an every year thing. Its perfect for couples and the location is great, ocean sounds all night. Thank you again!

This was a beautiful place to stay and a short 1 minute walk to beach/ ocean . Minutes from Belmont park - shops - restaurants. Walked everywhere we had to go … car stayed parked entire trip. Would definitely rent again !

For me, it was perfect. Practically ocean front, modern, high ceiling and details like comfy bed and lots of towels. Yes, it’s small, but it had everything I needed. The owner was very responsive and helpful. A couple things to know, the parking space is down the block about a 3 minute walk. Not a big deal once I knew and was used to it (except when someone parked in it once lol), and it is a pretty noisy area. At night neighbors were up and noisy late, and trucks , and general life up early. One neighbors alarm went off from 7:15-8:45 hitting the snooze! I would definitely not let this bother me from staying again, I would just bring some earplugs next time, the location and unit are worth those little things. Highly recommend. :)

The property was clean and had a spectacular view of the ocean. Large folding windows provided both of breeze and view that made my stay amazing. There’s also a shared ocean front patio that made watching the beautiful sunset possible. The appliances and bathroom are updated and everything needed was there to make my stay pleasant. Little things like having air freshener in the bathroom and extra fans were noticed and appreciated.. I will visit again.

Place was nice for 2 people. Good location. The kitchen faucet needs to be tightened up but no complaints with our stay. It was very quiet at night too!

It's beautiful. Yes, its small, but it's perfect for two people. They have included everything a person could possibly need. There's PLENTY of hot-as-you-can-stand water. The bed is super comfortable and there is plenty of room to walk around it. Any able person could get in and out of the tub or up to the loft bed. But honestly, no it's not ideal for your Grandma. But hearing the waves at night, having my coffee on the beach in the morning was just awesome. The owners were super accommodating and checking in was easy. There is a full size refrigerator and freezer and a little grocery store a block or so over. My daughter and I LOVED our stay and will certainly be back.

Property was right on the water. It is tight for sure when the bed is down but it was just what my husband and I needed while on our anniversary getaway. It was located next to great food places with great atmosphere.

It was great. The weather was beautiful everyday. The locals were also very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed in this studio for a week and it was perfect for us! The room gets a little tight when the Murphy bed is down but it is perfect for a couple. Having the option to open the windows all the way was by far the best thing about this spot! We could see, hear, and smell the ocean from our bed! Highly recommend and would love to visit again.

What a great place to spend Valentine's weekend. Listening to the waves at night was amazing.

The location is great if you plan to spend all your time at the beach. I loved my daily runs on the boardwalk and the proximity to the bay. The property itself was awkward though, they layout is a mixture of longterm tenants and vacation renters. It's part of an apartment complex with limited privacy. It is updated but outdated all the same. It is hot and muggy in the unit with no AC. The hot water heater needs replacing and showers were cold.

We loved the week we spent here. We’ve gone to mission beach many times and this was the best location yet. The patio opens up to wonderful sea breezes and there is also a shared patio on the boardwalk. Was the perfect amount of room for us and was very well equipped. Thank you again.

Upon arriving, man across @709 yelled at us for parking to unload; 2 vehicles were parked in area designated to unload. Ants in kitchen area. Getting in and out of tub/shower is a safety hazard. Not enough hooks to hang items. West door hard to lock/unlock both sides. No cooler or A/C, very hot in mid afternoon. Do not recommend for a 3rd person, way too small. View was great, very clean.
