House was clean, excellent location, and the property manager was very responsive when we had questions about the house.

The house is in a great location, very clean upon arrival, and they were very responsive when I reached out with questions. We had a great time, would definitely request this house again.

We stayed in Playa Langosta for 10 days and had an amazing time. The villa was perfect for 2 adults and 4 teens. With a private pool, across street from beach and in walking distance to stores and restaurants, we were set. Josef, the property manager, was so helpful. We will be back!

My family stayed at Casa Bekka for a two week stay in May. The villa is lovely with plenty of space. The pool is very private and a great spot to cool off after a day at the beach. We were fortunate to have a couple of days of rain so we had no problems with water shortages. There is a small market just around the corner and a larger supermarket in town that has everything. On nights when we didn't feel like going out or cooking we used Tico To Go and it was fantastic. The villa itself was spotless and the propoerty manager very helpful with any requests. We look forward to coming back to Tamarindo for another visit!

My step daughter is 14 and the rest of us range from 30-40. This property provided everything we needed. There was plenty of privacy for everyone. We used the pool a ton. The location was great! Langosta beach is right across the street. There is grocery, cafe, fish/cheese store within a 2 minute walk. There are few restaurants with in walking distance as well. Tamarindo is about a 10-15 minute walk. We had a car and that made getting around very easy. I highly recomend this property for anyone that wants to be close to the action of Tamarindo but not in it.

The villa is beautifully maintained and has all the amenities you could need. The property is well lit and safe and steps away from the beach. The only downside was the showers weren't the best, I understand langostas water situation but a freezing cold shower is never fun!

Reviewer Comments: From the moment we stepped into the lovely courtyard and viewed the sparking pool, big new grill and exterior amenities, this villa gave great vibes. The well-appointed and beautifully decorated interior was clean and ready for guests. Many surprises awaited us including the outdoor showers and a cozy sunroom for reading. The privacy and layout of the villa was especially great. Even though there were neighboring guests, we hardly knew they were there. Only thing that needs an upgrade is the road from town!! We originally booked Villa #10 but a few weeks we arrived, they switched our Villa to #8 because the owner of #10 to come during the time we booked. #8 is a beautiful villa. The pool area was awesome and we spent a great deal of time outside relaxing. However, we were very disappointed at many things about our stay. First of all, the oven didn't work on the bake setting so we had to broil our food. The dishwasher also didn't work. The washing machine is very old and is rusted and the dispenser door kept falling off. It took us awhile to figure out how to make it work. We also experienced two days where we didn't have water for up to 8 hours during the day, which was very hard for a family of 8. We were told that that's the way it is and there was a written manual from the owners that they do not reimburse for lack of water or broken appliances. Had we known this, we wouldn't have stayed there,but because we didn't have a choice and was moved to this unit we didn't know of these problems or limitations.. This was our last stop on our 8 day vacation to Costa Rica and we were excited to have three days to do a few loads of laundry and relax by eating our meals in. The lack of water and broken appliances made this very difficult to do. We couldn't shower or do dishes when we were without water. We found a bucket in the pool shed that we used to take water out of the pool to dump into the toilet tank to flush. We were told at check in to limit our water usage, however when our Villa was without water, there were people in the streets hosing off their driveways and watering the flowers. While the Villa was beautiful, this wasn't how we wanted to spend the last three days of vacation. If you rely on water and working appliances I would reconsider booking this Villa.

There is more interior living space and the hot water supply seems to be more abundant and reliable. We all love it!

The faucet was backwards (had to turn it to cold for hot water to come out). And even then, if someone else in the house was using hot water, we would lose it in our shower. And they never seemed to leave us with enough toilet paper.

Five of us stayed here and enjoyed it immensely! The house was beautiful and had lots of room. None of us felt crowded and all the amenities were included; fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, private pool, beach chairs, comfortable beds and the ocean just across the road. We were able to do the short walk into Tamarindo for shopping and restaurants and we all felt extremely safe. We would all definitely return!

I just spent 7 wonderful days here and loved every minute! The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is located a short walk from town and directly across the street from the beach. There is a variety of great restaurants and shops close by as well as a tour operator who arranged the most lovely adventures/tours of the area. I recommend this spot for everyone.

Travelled with 4 friends and the house was perfect for not getting in each others way. Beautiful lay out with all amenities readily available. Property was well-kept with private pool which was great to relax around. Beach directly across the street and a short walk into Tamarindo with great places to eat. Second trip here and would definitely come back! 10/10.

Upon our arrival we had issues with no water and when we got the water it was cold. The management company was quick to respond to our needs and things were handled professionally and quickly. The Villa itself was beautiful and clean. I think the cleaning lady should come, however more than twice if you are staying for a period of more than 6 days. I would definitely come back. Our vacation overall was amazing.
