All aspects were wonderful, best trip ever to rocky point!

We were lucky to book this property last minute after the sale of the original property we were supposed to stay in. The property owner and management company were incredibly responsive and helpful! We had tire damage at the border and received assistance from Angel to locate and replace the tire. (beyond grateful to him!!) The location was amazing with close proximity to the pools and beach. The amenities were excellent. We had no complaints. There were a couple things that made me not give five stars such as stained furniture, hair left in showers, clogged sinks, 2 beach chairs vs the 5 that were listed and a very difficult to open sliding door. We did not notify management as none of them were huge issues for us. I’m sure based on their service level they would have taken care of any requests had we made them. We were busy enjoying the beautiful property and having fun. The view from the room is better than I expected for ground level but I did miss the open open view from the upper level properties. This ground floor unit worked our perfect for our older family member. She was able to be active without worrying about elevators and stairs. I highly recommend this property.

We had a great visit to Bella Serena and Villa 7. Everything was just as pictured and very nice. The whole process from messaging before checking in and the property manager availability for questions made for a worry free relaxing time spent with family.

Loved the place. Home was clean, comfortable and had everything you’d need to make your stay pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality and we will definitely be back.

The resort and villa were beautiful and quiet. Very relaxing. A couple issues with the villa occurred unfortunately. The refrigerator had frozen over and was not working upon arrival and for the first night. Maintenance fixed the issue for us so we had a working refrigerator for the rest of our stay. The jacuzzi did not heat up for a day and a half and the temperature settings were very touchy. Once it kicked on it was extremely hot and then cold again. Its a touchy system and unfortunately was not working for the majority of our stay. Overall a nice stay with a couple hiccups.

Property was beautiful. Villa was very clean and spacious. 3 couples stayed and loved that there is a bathroom for every room. Loved the large kitchen space. Patio was open to a beautiful area. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend.

Loved everything about Villa 7. Shaun was very responsive. Hot tub continues to not heat so we turned it off. The unit itself was amazing and we loved the proximity to the beach and beautiful amenities at the resort.

I rented this place for three nights during Bike Week. One of the main reasons I rented it was because it had a private hot tub. We're thinking the hot tub would be great for night caps when we return and mimosas in the morning ... I texted the owner to inform them about my disappointment over the hot tub. The owner responded and stated "Thank you for the message and sharing. I’m truly sorry about the jacuzzi not working. Unfortunately the motor burnt out last weekend and the parts needed to get this replaced have not come in yet. It was supposed to be in on Tuesday. Our goal and intent was to get this working for your stay and we didn’t expect we would have an issue and I can assure you the team down there working on this tried everything they can. I was on a call with the tech yesterday and he is still hopeful to get something going today; however, I don’t have any updates as of yet so I cannot make any promises. I will certainly keep you posted and I will be crossing my fingers that the parts they need come in today." - I never heard back from the owner after that during my stay. After I returned I emailed the owner and again stated my displeasure and that there should be some form of discount because of our inability to use the jacuzzi. I was told "I sympathize for your situation, and I’m truly sorry that the Jacuzzi was not working for your stay. Situations like this are something I have no control over and we do not guarantee a luxury amenity like this 100% functional at all times. The private jacuzzi disclaimer is noted under the amenities sections on the VRBO page where you booked this villa stating that the jacuzzi might not be working due to unforeseen circumstances. There are many other alternatives that you have in the community such as additional jacuzzi, heated pools, etc. Also, your request to get a refund wasn’t until after you already checked out. If you would have called me prior to you checking in then I could have offered you some alternative places to stay." Ridiculous. First, I had already communicated the concern and the owner was supposed to be looking into it. Second, it was bike week. You aren't going to find a find a similar place that late in the game. (It's why you book six months in advance.) The owner failed to provide what was listed, did not respond back after saying he was looking into it, and then went on to advise me that it was tough luck; "look at the fine print. They lost a customer in me.

Casa Hamman was the perfect place for our end of summer family vacation. It’s located adjacent to the pool, which made it very easy to come and go. It’s also a very short walk to the beach. The house has gorgeous ocean views for your morning coffee. It is equipped with everything we needed to cook for a family of 9. We greatly appreciated the extras - e.g. kayak, lounge chairs, beach cart. There was ample room for everyone to spread out and felt very safe with gated security entrance. To top it off, the resort had a fantastic live band on Friday and Saturday evening by the pool bar. Can’t say enough about this place. Everyone agreed it was a 10/10 and we would definitely return.

This probably is beautiful and better then I was expecting. Only issue we had throughout the weekend was running out of toilet paper and paper towels. House was clean and had great amenities. I would be happy to book this villa again.

We stay at this Villa every year and have not been disappointed thus far. Host is excellent and exceeds all expectations. My kids and I always feel extremely safe here. We consider this our second home.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family trip and we would stay again in the future. Listing matched the property exactly and communication with property management was prompt (small issue with AC was resolved within an hour of our call. Access to the pool, beach, and bar were perfect for all of us. Highly recommend this property for others!!!

My family and I just vacationed at this very beautiful place in Puerta Penasco - Bella Sirena Villa. Unfortunately when we arrived the place had not been cleaned and management claimed that they were not aware that we were scheduled to arrive on that day. ( very upsetting since we clearly had reservations) The instructions that we received from VRBO on how to check-in included calling management once we arrived "from the Villa phone" (of which there is none) very confusing and misleading. The instructions also stated that management would come to the villa to go over things once we arrived and that didn't happen either. The code we were provided for the lock box to get into the garage was not the right code given in the email. Also to our surprise, once we finally got into the garage we found the deadbolt was literally falling out of the door. Needless to say our first impression was not a good one. Having repair men and cleaning staff in and out constantly was not at all how we envisioned spending our vacation time and money. Our next experience was a roof leak in the master bathroom which caused a light in the ceiling to fall out of the drywall, and the following evening the sconce outside on the back patio randomly fell to the ground by the stairs and came close to hitting one of my grandkids and shattered glass everywhere. This place (Bella Sirena) was lovely, and I recommend it as a great place to stay. But after reporting all of these issues to the owner NOTHING was resolved, not even a phone call. Clearly the owner Shaun Hamman does not care about his customers, only the money we are putting in his pocket.

We loved this villa! There were multiple heated pools all around, so the kids has lots of options for swimming. Very close to the beach, only a few minute walk. We usually stay at las Palomas but definitely preferred this resort as we didn’t have to use an elevator and it was less busy. The villa had an amazing rooftop patio, everything we needed to cook and very comfortable beds. Only thing I would suggest is that they get life jackets for guests to use, as they promote a kayak etc online but we weren’t able to use them because of no jackets.

From beginning to end the rental of this place was very streamlined. Communication was great. The unit is perfect for small group of couples or friends. The unit was clean and conveniently located on the property. I will definitely rent this place again.

Villa was great. We love the resort in general and have stayed in a few different villas and condos. This one ranks top of the list. Everything was perfect!

Great villa, just needed more toilet paper, bath towels and dishwashing soap and dish rags. Also, it would be more convenient to checkout on our own rather than wait for property manager. We finally got the ok to leave after waiting for an hour and half.

If you like privacy, this resort is ideal. The pool bar and grill had some good food and drinks. Would recommend it to friends and family.
