We just had a wonderful time in this peaceful bit of paradise. The view is so lovely and it is quite serene. It was perfect for the entire family, as our toddlers loved the play room, bean bags, and pool (and we loved that the entry gate to the pool could only be opened by an adult). The hosts were lovely and communicative. Plus, it was within 30 minutes of all sorts of parks, city activities in Fayetteville/Bentonville, and dining experiences. Highly recommend!

The second day of our stay was interrupted by Mother Nature deciding the area needed a few F4 tornados. Immediately after, the home owners sprang into action and not only initiated cleanup of the entire property, pool, and surrounding areas, they did everything they could to make the best out of a crazy situation. I have the highest confidence in Dave and Crystal, and you should too! Looking forward to coming back many times in the future!

My family booked this property for a holiday gathering. It was the perfect place for multiple families to gather and spend time together with plenty of room to spread out when we need to. We love coming here so much we come back in the summer for the beautiful pool!

We were there for a girls trip for War Eagle. We loved the house and the room we had. Great place to stay and will probably stay again next year!

We came to Arkansas to attend a training for our company. We all stayed at the same location and we were able to talk and compare notes with each other.

Nice house that worked well for a family with a wide age range. The pool and surrounding areas are very nice. Everything was well stocked, and it is a comfortable house.

Property was very nice, a little hard to find, but very nice. Not much room for several vehicles, but we made it work. Everything in the home was in order and owners had thought out every detail. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This was a perfect spot for our family reunion. We had a group of 15 people- ages 10-80! The home was very comfortable, well stocked and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool are and especially the beautiful sunsets from the backyard! The pool are is perfect for everyone. Plenty of comfortable seating, sun lounges, covered table to play games, fire pit, and two grills. We used it all! It is so nice that the pool is salt water as well. The kids were in the pool from sun up to sun down! The fun colored lights outside just added to the atmosphere. The beds are all very comfortable with extra blankets and pillows. However, our two 10 year old girls loved the giant (they are huge!) bean bags so much, they slept in them a few nights! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of counter space. One of our family members is a chef, and had no problem cooking us all a gourmet meal in the kitchen. We really appreciated the extras like shampoos, dish soap, laundry detergent, kitchen spices, etc.- we have stayed at some VRBO’s where nothing is supplied. Having all of this already available really adds to the relaxation of vacation! So glad we chose this home for our family. The pool area was perfect- great memories made!! Thanks to the hosts!

This is our third year at your property and we enjoy it more each year. The pool is great for our grandchildren and we love the quite neighborhood. Will be booking next year when we get home.

The house was perfect , we recently stayed there for my son's wedding at Sassafras winery, the house was very clean , roomy and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect

This property is tucked back in it's own little corner of the world. The house was clean, spacious, and lovely. The pool was perfect, and the view was just icing on the cake! We enjoyed our getaway. Note - if you use Apple Maps, keep driving a little further and it'll be the paved driveway on the left hand side. And there is a set up stairs to get down to the pool, so pack a cooler on wheels!

The house was amazing: plenty of room for us all. Loved how rooms where separated to have your own space but open areas for us to get together. The pool was a plus and super close to the Marina to spend the day with the family.

The house had everything we needed to have a great time. It was beautiful and the kids loved the pool! The only complaint would be how long the drive was to get to a store.

Our first time ever renting a VRBO. It was good to be with family all in one location. The house was well represented by the pictures. The owners were good to answer questions before our arrival and to work through a small hiccup upon arrival. We learned a lot about what we will look for in a property for our next stay.

Great layout and pool for our 3 generation, 11 people from 2 to 68.

This property was fabulous for a diverse group of friends and family spending time together and hanging out by the pool. The pool was plenty big (dual barbecue grills was a great touch for bigger meals). The house was also laid out so that there was separation between areas for a fair amount of privacy. The host also provided lots of items that came in handy such as hand soap, spices and coffee. There is also a fruit and vegetable stand right up the road for produce. The only complaint we had was the bed in the master bedroom was very high off the ground and our host was very short! A step stool would have been appreciated! There is also a very nice campground (Hickory Creek) just down the road with a swim beach (although it was closed at the time we were there). Overall, a great stay.

Enjoyed it again so much just booked again for next year.

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our son’s graduation weekend! Such a beautiful place! The space was amazing and roomy. So much fun. Wish we had it longer than a weekend. Sunsets were beautiful to see. Can’t say enough about this place!

This house is amazing... when first arriving, the beginning of the neighborhood/road side gave me doubts. BUT, don't let that fool you, this house is a gem of a find! Lots of room and amenities...more than I have ever experienced in another rental!

Beautiful and comfortable home! WAZE does send you to another location, so be sure to follow the owner's detailed directions. The only slightly negative attribute is the neighbor lives very close and when he leaves, the dogs get let out and will bark at any movement. This can be annoying when trying to sleep in after a late night of traveling.

We are a family coming from Mn.,Fl.,and Wi. for the bikes blues and bbq. The riding was great we were able to park all 3 trucks and trailers plus keep the bikes out. The house and pool are amazing. Great time by all. Thank you

We loved our stay at Hickory Hideway. The property is well maintained, CLEAN, and provided all the necessities. The kitchen was well stocked and the refrigerator had all the room we needed for groceries and drinks. The pool area was awesome….loungers, gazebo, and a huge saltwater pool with a deep end! The water lit up at night with fun LED colored lights and pool toys were aplenty. The lake view from the patio provided lovely sunset vistas. The outdoor grill needs a little love but got the job done. The bedrooms were spaced out to provide privacy and worked well for our multi family group. It looks like guests paint hometown rocks to leave which we thought was a great idea. All we had was a black sharpie but wish we had a set of paint markers to make our rock colorful. I would love to visit again, maybe in the fall when it’s not so hot so we can explore more of this NW AR gem.

The house and pool are fabulous, great outdoor areas. Plenty of room everywhere. The only tricky part is the street the house is on, when we first turned onto the street we were concerned, but the house is on a long driveway and was perfect. Also did not feel comfortable walking on street, but the marina was close by and was able to park and run there.

Everything was great. Already booked for next year.

We had a great time here. We had 8 adults and 3 kids ages 1-8. Everyone enjoyed our stay! We cooked all meals in and the one complaint I have is the oven but it still got the job done. Would definitely go back!

This was a great spot to hang out with some friends and relax. The pool was perfect and the space was great for our group. Plenty of towels and everything we needed. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but other than that our stay was great and we look forward to coming back again!

Loved our getaway here. We weren't looking to venture far given Covid and the pool setup was just perfect and the property just as pictured. House was clean and stocked. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The property is as pictured/described. It's well kept, clean, and comfortable! We especially enjoyed the outdoor gazebo/fire pit out back. The entire area is really beautiful. We saw a doe and fawn one morning out the back window. We had contact with both Crystal and Dave who were personable and quick to answer our questions. We would ALL stay again and might.

This property is exactly as advertised! Nice house with four nice bedrooms and three clean and modern bathrooms. The pool and outdoor space is really great! Nice outdoor dining gazebo, fire pit and pool! We got everything we expected as shown in the house!
