This property has everything that you want and more. The beds are all comfortable, and the outdoor living room is amazing. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc… even a panini press!! The garage is loaded with fun gear for your island adventures. STAY HERE! You won’t regret it!!!

House was beautiful. Views absolutely wonderful. Location great. We splurged for this family trip with 6 adults and five children. Layout was perfect. Would get a five star but 1. There us no AC. Knew this when we booked but they”sold” their air cooling system. Yes there were trade winds and every room had several fans but it was not enough. The main room stayed fairly “cool” at night and the main master was fine (we had that room) but the two bedrooms at each wing of the house sweltered. We opened the house strategically and had fans and the cooling system on constantly. Hard to sleep at night for the little ones. At this price point house should be air conditioned. 2. Outdoor area fabulous. Lived there! Pool was very small but perfect for our little ones. If you have children over eight the pool would not work. Finally while the house was clean it does need a deep cleaning. Fans had layers of goopy dust and the appliances were grungy. But these are minor. Thanks for ten daysin paradise

This is the first time our VRBO property exceeded all expectations. We had 9 in our family from 11 to 81. The house and layout provided plenty of private space for everyone. Other than sleeping, we spent every minute in the outdoor spaces and pool. Between the views, the pools and the amenities, it was hard to leave to do anything else on the island. We only ate one meal out, the kitchen is nicely equipped and didn't leave us needing anything. The location is perfect. Just a short drive to everything from stores to beaches to downtown. Our experience with the property management also exceeded our expectations and truly made our vacation the best ever.

This property was a dream to stay in! Beautiful views, more than enough space and very well stocked. Management always close to reach for any questions and needs. Very friendly and accommodating. We would love to come back!

Loved the view and sunsets. The house was spacious and was a good fit for our family. All enjoyed the pool. The location was a good fit for proximity to shopping and beaches - felt very neighborly.

This was one of our favorite properties we ever rented. It truly felt like a home away from home but with added luxuries. We were a total of 9 in our group and everyone had space. The kitchen was perfect with all you need to make your meals. Everyone loved the outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after the beach or pool. We had most of our meals outside because it was so inviting with the comforts and the view was breathtaking!!! We would definitely stay there again.

Our family had a great time at this property. It was clean, close to town, and close to beaches. The property itself was fantastic and the views were amazing.

We stayed here 8 nights , 4 adults 3 children. We traveled all over the island, Hilo, Volcanoes, west coast beaches, snorkeling with Manta Ray's and turtles. Always great to come back to this place and the the pool and Sunsets- Green Flash included. Thanks.

This house is spacious, beautiful, and fully equipped with everything our large family could want for a wonderful vacation. The property manager was very helpful, even purchasing a cargo ramp so that my husband who is wheelchair bound could get in and out of the house.

House was excellent. Plenty of space for two families. Great location to all activities on Hawaii.

This property lived up to its description and photos and more. The large house, lanai and view were private and in an upscale, quiet gated neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped with more than other homes. Excellent washer and dryer. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 11. There were 2 lanai off 2 of the bedrooms. 3.5 baths. A large living and dining area and kitchen. Each of us could pick a quiet spot to read or a gathering spot for conversations and games. We loved this property. The house was closed up when we got there at 3 pm and took awhile to cool down. The fans and cooling systems helped. For the most part we were comfortable with no air conditioning. The pool was smaller than I thought from the photos but our 5 grandchildren had a blast using it and the pool toys. We spent most of our time on the wonderful large lanai and in the fun gazebo. This home is well located about a mile from downtown. We drove and did not walk on the busy roadways. The extra beach equipment was used and very much appreciated. There is a 2 car garage and extra parking space. Would highly recommend this slice of paradise for your family. Our thanks to the owners and responsive management company. Well done!

We found this house on VRBO in February prior to our trip to the Big Island in December. It was everything promised and more! The property manager provided everything we needed pre-arrival. Check in was flawless. We highly recommend this property and the property management!

Our family (two combined for a total if 9 - ages 15-55) stayed here for our annual Christmas trip. The house was spacious enough that everyone could spread out and have their own space as well as room to hang out all together. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more!! Would definitely recommend!!

This house was perfect for our large family. We had 7 adults and 4 pre-teens. Lots of space to spread out and relax. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed - kitchen needs, toiletries, laundry, pool items, etc. most importantly, the beds were extremely comfortable!! We couldn’t have asked for a better place!

This property was more beautiful than the pictures, with the common areas all very spacious and the pool and lanai absolutely gorgeous. This house easily accommodated 10 adults. The 5th bedroom is a bit small but still a room that gave every couple a place for privacy. The house is well equiped with everything you could need to cook meals or go snorqueling without having to buy everything once here. The best part was the communication process with this property group. They are truly the kindest and make the process so smooth. I would recommend this house HIGHLY!!

Nothing but great things to say about the whole process. Was actually the first house I have ever stayed at that made me say 'I could live here'. Location, views, 'extras' in the garage made for an unforgettable week for my family. Thank you and we will be back next year - please save Ironman week for us!

Gorgeous home, amazing island!

It was very well equipped and had comfortable living space for all eleven of us. Great neighborhood! Beautiful patio with spectacular sunset viewing areas. Garage was supplied with all kinds of water toys and equipment. Very pleased with this spectacular home! Mahalo!

Easy as could possibly have been. House was just as presented, perhaps even better. Ultimately clean, everything we needed was provided. The view is amazing. Easy access to property.

This property is everything and more that was listed. So beautiful ! There was only one problem, we didn’t stay long enough extremely satisfied.

I want to start by stating that the home is beautiful and well appointed. The problem is the management group & their greed.We like to bring our direct family together for Christmas. There are 9 members living in Calif & Arizona.We knew Covid and the Hawaii regulations would be the gauntlet we would need to navigate but what surprised me was the attitude of Paradise in Hawaii Luxury Homes. They do a bit of bait and switch by listing the property in VRBO then moving you to their site for finalizing the booking.Our Paradise in Hawaii Luxury Homes contract allowed 60 days cancellation without penalty. They would not negotiate and at 61 days prior assured me they were having great success hosting families without problems.However, there would be no flexibility to the contract.We were concerned about Hawaii's processes and how fluid they were changing almost weekly. I was reassured people were getting in without issue. WRONGHawaii's policy is clear but the processes are flawed. The 2 in our party that made it used American Airlines "Trusted Partner" testing the others used the CostCo partner. It was this method that failed with 7 family members receiving the test results 4 hours after the flight departed. If you don't know, you must have a Negative result uploaded BEFORE you can board the plane.I had expressed this concern to Paradise In Hawaii prior to our rental date and asked to move the dates but he would not negotiate after we hit the 60 day mark. We were stuck. Bottom line....my wife and I spent Christmas away from our family in an empty house. The kids missed their big family vacation and we were out over $21KI looked at the bookings for this property and we were the only rental in Dec. Obviously they needed the rental at any cost.During a global pandemic one would think that people would work together to come up with solutions so there isn't a winner and loser situation. Not here. We have traveled all over the world and actually had a charter in Sicily rescheduled due to Covid 19.....without penalty, They worked with us. Not so for Paradise in Hawaii Luxury HomesCheck Yelp, Facebook, BBB before booking with Paradise in Hawaii Luxury Homes as well.

Absolutely beautiful. The cleanest place we have ever stayed and we vacation at least twice a year and always book through VRBO. The home is well equipped with anything you would need. Most places you find yourself buying things like batteries for remotes or just little things like that but everything in this home worked . I would absolutely recommend this home to others and already plan to book this home again in the future. One other thing is the kitchen in this home is very well equipped with just about anything you need for any type of cooking and everything works and is of very good quality..

This property has it all: view, space, pool, location! Everything was perfectly set up, and the home is missing nothing! Any questions we had were promptly answered, even on a weekend evening. The garage is full of beach toys, organized so you can find them. We'll be back and we'll brings some friends too!

Had a crew of 12 ranging from 3 months old to 60+. Awesome views with a great indoor living area and an even better outdoor living area. So many pool toys and a bunch of beach equipment. 5 minute drive to Kona town. Awesome spot. Would definitely recommend to everyone - especially families.

This was a fantastic vacation house. The location and view were ideal and we especially loved the outdoor living areas. Our group of eight never felt crowded. The house was in great condition when we arrived and we were even allowed to check in a little early. The only concern was that the coffee maker stopped working early in the week and we were never able to get it working properly. Small concern though. We would happily book this location again in the future.

What an amazing place. A beautiful view, great locations and tons of beach fun stuff to use for our stay. So much space, and a beautiful lanai. We’ll be back for sure!

The house did not disappoint! It was perfect for our family of 8! The pool was amazing along with the view! We had a great time!
