The location, access to the beach, and convenient for all activities.

We had an amazing view. The pool and jacuzzi were clean. Short walk to the beach. The villa was clean and we felt like owners during our stay.
We have nothing to complain about.

Great location and property was very clean and well stocked.
Didn’t appreciate not being made aware of the limitation of 1 parking pass until after property was booked. Vacasa site indicated this but booking.com description did not - only stated free onsite parking. For an apartment that advertises sleeps 8 people, it’s unrealistic to assume everyone will come in 1 car. I did request extra parking passes as the family was coming from different locations. I was granted the extra passes, but the response from property manager was pretty snarky.

The property had one of the best views I’ve ever seen. You could see the ocean from every balcony and every bedroom’s windows. The building was easily accessible, very spacious, and there were plenty of linens to go around. There were many different types of beach access points, almost all with a blue mat to make it easier for waking, and all within a very short distance of the building.
Not the owner’s fault, but the sidewalk we needed to take to the handicap beach access was blocked off for construction. We rented a beach wheelchair for my grandmother and had to push her around the building on the grass to get to the handicap ramp. Additionally, I felt that the pool was not easily recognizable. I wouldn’t have known where it was had the gate attendant not told me when we arrived.

Property nice, the carts were great to use for groceries!! The walkway padding to beach was much easier for my mom to get to the beach.

This place was amazing! It was way better than I could have imagined. The gate guys were so friendly helpful. Definitely recommend!

beach is unbelievable and the sunrise - sunsets. This condo park felt secure and safe.They work hard with unit to make it easy to vacation.

Our property was very well taken care of. The owners thought of everything a traveling family may need to enjoy our stay from beginning to the end. Very nice!!

The location is great, right on the beach with easy access. The grounds were well maintained. The condo had plenty of space and most things were provided in the kitchen.
No beach towels or chairs were available. We had to buy towels in town. Chairs are available to rent per day from the beach patrol but it would have been nice for those to be provided with the condo.
The furniture and decor were outdated but everything was comfortable.

The unit was not in full working order. The microwave above the stove did not work, the toilet didn't flush, the lock on the sliding glass door was broken, the ceiling fan was dirty with only 1 bulb, the cable service is terrible, refrigerator door kept swinging open because the hinge was broke.

Obviously you're paying more for the view. The deck is directly facing the beach to watch the sunrise, dolphins in the ocean and the waves.
The microwaves broke during the week but it looked like a very new unit so that is no fault of the owners.

The pool needs to be cleaned. And the washer in the unit did not work.
