We loved the apartment, its location and most of the amenities. It was very clean and all the appliances worked well. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our deck/lanai. The bed was also very comfortable. The beach was only a 5 minute walk from our apt. which was a nice perk. There was some maintenance work being done at the time which they had warned us about, but it really didn't interfere with our enjoyment of the apt.

The directions from Vacasa to the condo and entering it were not great. We had to call them twice. They didn't indicate the name of the complex our apt was located or give complete instructions to gain entry. There was no labeled building "C" as they said. Perhaps someone could help them with this by adding the following: "After passing through gate take an immediate left into the Waterway complex. Apt 127 is located in the 3rd building on the right" Also: "After entering the entry door code press the checkmark button" In addition, while providing laundry and dishwasher detergent, they didn't provide any hand/bath soap which was a surprise

Location, cleanliness of the condo, room sizes, shower, parking spot right at the unit.

Entry to the unit did not go well. We arrived 15 minutes early and the code to unlock the door would not work. I called the number given and ended up talking to an automated response system. They ended up telling me we had to wait until 4:00pm, then the code would work. We waited, still didn't work. They gave me a different code and that did work. The Hargray TV remote for the living room would not work. Toward th end of our time there I contacted the Vacasa people and they never came to fix the TV. Just kept telling me they would respond to the ticket once it's responded to.(??!!) Other minor issues on the unit not worth going into.

Quiet. Nice proximity to beach and other locations

Pool closed. Condo was fine. Very outdated. Had to call management I think 3 times?

It was 200 steps to the beach!

A deep cleaning would not hurt..vents were dirty..floors were not so clean..checking the cable and internet before guests arrive would help ..we went 2 days without and tried to get tech support on the phone to help..finally..they had to send someone out..2 days later!!!

Beautiful location and amenities. Easy to get to the beach and fairly private. Very nice unit and grounds

Pool under maintenance but it is the off season so completely understandable. Farther from stores and Coligny plaza (14 mile bike ride though there and back!)

The unit had everything that we needed for our stay it was close to the beach and had a wonderful view of the lagoon we loved it so much that as soon as we came home, we booked another stay at the resort.
