Great property from initial booking through departure. Spectacular house, centrally located for fun days of hiking, hot springs, boating, kayak, SUP, sunset cruise and bikes on property were a huge bonus
The house was well stocked with everything we needed including a gas grill and relaxing hot tub.
Host Felix very helpful from prearrival instructions and available throughout stay
Would definitely recommend and hope for many future family memories

Our party of 12 with six adults and six children, ages three through 11. It worked out great for us. Less than a mile from downtown Frisco, half a mile from the park, and a great place to ride bikes throughout Summit County.

There were 9 of us in Frisco and the house was perfect for us. Teens like to have their own space, and the house worked perfect for all of us.
The location was within walking distance to shops and restaurants, a marina, skatepark, and thrift stores.
We had a beautiful time. The host was great to work with.

The property met our needs. Great location, giving us convenient access to the ski resorts we wanted to visit. Our group of 9 fit comfortably, but it would have been a bit more challenging if we would have had more as the loft really isn't a practical bedroom (safety concerns of getting down in the event of an emergency). The common space is very comfortable and a great place for the group to gather and reflect on the day. All the appliances were brand new, but the dishwasher isn't completely installed. The hot tub was a nice place to relax after a day of skiing. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay at the chateau. The place was the perfect size for our group and very cozy. We loved the location - walking distance to town and nearby mountains. The host was also very communicative throughout our experience, which was very much appreciated! Thanks so much!

We enjoyed our stay with extended family. Lots of memories made. The accommodations are amazing with 3 full baths and 1 half bath. Fully stocked with paper goods. Bonus there were was kitchen items as well. The host was very responsive to our questions. The loft is not easy to access. We had a young adult who was able to manage. Highly recommend this chateau. Close to everything you would want to do!

Nine of our family/friends stayed at the house over the holidays. It is was super comfortable and very clean. Spacious living area for group gatherings. The kitchen was well stocked and accommodated our desire to cook large meals. Convenient location to a variety of ski slopes and town activities.

Our family had a lovely time staying at this property in Frisco. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy some of the amenities (hot tub, bikes, etc) the house was perfect for our group. We did have a few minor issues, however Felix assisted us promptly.

This 5 bedroom home brings guests together with one great room. Perfect to keep everyone connected and engaged.

This home is amazing and our family made lifelong memories here. Felix (the owner) was very communicative and helpful.
The only suggestion I have is that the loft area be disclosed as only accessible by ladder. This detail may impact guests, as they may think stairs connect the loft.
Other than that small detail, we enjoyed every minute and would stay again!
10/10 recommend!

Felix's Executive Chateau was perfect for our group of 5 couples gathering for a week a skiing. It was a perfect location, walkable to the Frisco's Main Street, convenient to grocery stores, and centrally located to Colorado's various Vail resorts: Breck, Keystone, Vail and Beaver Creek ski areas. The home was well equipped (the provided crockpot was very nice to have) and the internet service was reliable for several in our group who needed to do a bit of work throughout the week. As a host, Felix was highly responsive and helpful from our initial booking and throughout our stay. Thanks for a fantastic reunion weekend!

We loved our stay at the executive château! The property was very clean and easy to access, Felix was easy to contact and responded fast with to questions I had.
The kitchen had everything we needed from pots pans, silver wear, to all the spices you need to make any meal which was a great add!
The hot tub was huge! And was easy to use, we loved it.
The bedrooms had lots of space, we never felt like we were on top of anyone.
The drive way is big and the neighborhood is quite which was very nice. Very easy access to the town of Frisco and to Copper a mountain where we skied!
Over all I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice getaway to the mountains.

Everyone in our group of 24 loved the house! There was plenty of beds for everyone. The home was beautiful! Close to multiple ski slopes, we enjoyed a Sleigh And Dinner ride at Keystone, we skied and rode the gondola in Breckinridge and had a wonderful time riding snow mobiles in Vail Pass. This house was perfect for our needs!

This was an amazing family vacation. Close to downtown Frisco, neoghborhood park cloase by, beautiful neighborhood, plenty of room for a large family and fun time in the jacuzzi. The one bedroom with a bunk bed was smaller than expected but we still had plenty of room else where. We had a great time!

Hiking, Biking(with included Trek bikes), Kayaking, Beautiful Views! Frisco is a beautiful walkable location. Great Main Street. We had our adult kids and partners 10 of us in all. The house was great and Felix was very responsive. Walk to Main Street -great happy hours! Had a great day biking to Breckinridge. Our boys did a sunrise hike to the mountain peak that is the view for the house. Frisco is a great area for summer vacation! With free transportation to area ski resorts we plan on coming back for a winter stay!

Perfect accomadations for guys ski week.
Had a great stay at the Executive Chateau. There were five of us staying here for a week of skiing and the private hot tub was definitely a high light. Plus there was plenty of room to spread out.

Our group of 7 adults enjoyed our stay at Felix's house in Frisco. We had no problems with the facilities or in our communication with Felix. We appreciated that there were humidifiers in bedroom closets for our use, and the hot tub was a real treat. The loft is only accessible via a ladder, which wasn't clear to us from the pictures, but we managed. Overall our stay was great and we'd recommend the house.

Family Christmas in Frisco
We loved the house!!! It was spacious, fully equipped with everything we needed for our trip, lots of seating for mealtime, hot tub was awesome. beautiful views of the mountains, and a short distance to Main Street. We will forever treasure the memories we made there. The town of Frisco is beautiful this time of year, very clean, & great service everywhere we went. We had a great time & enjoyed the home very much. It was our first time visiting Colorado & we fell in love with Frisco. Definitely plan on returning & highly recommend this home for any family vacation.

Fireplace was a big hit every night. Bikes were bonus we enjoyed everyday exploring the area. Internet speed was good enough for 10+ devices. All beds were very comfortable with good quality pillows and linens.
