We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible rental in Rocky Point, and our experience was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived we were thrilled by the prime location, thoughtful amenities, and the warm hospitality extended to us from both the property manager and the owner. The location was a dream come true. The kids had a blast playing in the sand and we appreciated the convenience of being so close to the beach - it was steps away from the house! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals for a group and the spacious living area allowed for everyone to have their own space. The bedrooms were comfortable and the entire house was impeccably clean. The property manager was incredibly responsive, ensuring our questions were addressed promptly. What truly set this rental apart was the owner’s exceptional commitment to making our experience a positive one. From very detailed directions, personalized recommendations for local attractions, to going above and beyond to accommodate our needs, the owner’s hospitality is second to none. Our group is already counting the days until we can return. If you are looking for a perfect location, beach access, top-notch amenities, and a level of service that exceeds expectation, look no further.

We continue to book this beautiful beach home year in and year out for my family’s annual Rocky Point vacation. There are 10 of us, 2 being minors and there is plenty of space for all of us. Besides the ideal location, what we love about the property is that it feels like a “home” since it is frequently utilized by the property owners, unlike other properties that you can are strictly rental/investment properties. So there are plenty of personal touches that we appreciate throughout the home. Our only small critique of the home is that the central air doesn’t reach the bunk bed or round room as much as one may want in the hot summer months, albeit there are plenty of fans provided for guest use. We highly recommend this property and we’ll happily continue to book here down the road!

We loved your home and had a wonderful stay. Thank you for opening it up to strangers. The kids loved finding octopus and crabs. A wonderful home, we’re hoping to return soon.

The house was easy to find and large enough for 11 family members to stay comfortably. It was farther from the beach then I expected but the owners had a nice cart and ice chest with big wheels that were very helpful for getting our stuff back and forth to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped, but we could have used a larger frying pan and cooking pot. I suggest that you bring extra kitchen garbage bags as there were no extras provided. It’s a beautiful home but it is showing signs of wear and tear and the many throw rugs could use cleaning. We felt very safe behind two separate security gates, but the houses are very close together, so you don’t get much privacy as lots of folks were using the walking path behind the house that looks right into the backyard. The casita was a very nice extra. All in all I would recommend the house and I would definitely stay again.
