Gorgeous residence literally next to the beach. Kept the bedroom window open at night and heard the soothing sounds of the waves which led to great sleep. The house was very cozy and accommodating for our group. Great communication with Karyn and will definitely be back.

This house is unbelievable. The location, view, the interior decorating, the jellyfish, the appliances and amenities. All of it was incredible. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit the sauna and the outdoor shower. The house is amazing and has a positive energy/vibe with all the colors and lighting. We rented the house for our family that was visiting Fort Bragg all the way from Pennsylvania and it did not disappoint. We even ended up staying in the garage suite ourselves to be closer to them. The mattresses were amazing and we could have slept for days allowing for restful sleep after long days of exploring. Thank you so much for opening your home to allow us to make memories we will cherish forever.

This is a beautiful home practically sitting on the beach. A true bonus having the old Ten Mile haul road, perfect for walking and biking, just steps out the door. Makes for the perfect family vacation! Truly the Best in Bragg!

This is a great house for families to gather and we spent plenty of deck time and exploring to ocean across the road. There’s a kitchen with everything you need and a wonderful deck with tables chairs couches to enjoy the beauty of the beach. We lucked out and had a sunny weekend too!

This was such a wonderful house. The views were amazing, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-appointed. I highly recommend staying here and we will try to book this location annually!

The pictures do not even do justice to this place! This is an ideal location, just a 3 minute walk to the beach! You can relax on the porch and absorb the ocean or even from the master bedroom upstairs. The kitchen was also stellar—the owners stock you with a full array of appliances and cookware, and the major appliances are all superb Viking brand. There is both a wood burning fire pit and a gorgeous gas one one on the porch. There is so much room inside and outside that I could see this place easily sleeping 9 people as the listing says. It’s less than 10minutes go get to places like the Skunk Train railbikes or even the Mendocino Botanical Gardens. I’m definitely planning on returns with friends!

We had a wonderful family trip. Just steps to the beach and bike paths. Sitting outside around a campfire. Having coffee in the morning by the fire table watching the waves crash. Super fun and peaceful.

Our stay at this property was great. The house is beautiful with lots of room for people to move around. It is well-equipped with kitchen amenities. The view of the ocean is spectacular. Just steps away from the path to walk along the coastline. Definitely would stay again!

Absolutely wonderful property. House and yard very comfortable. Only 4 adults and 2 toddlers enjoyed the weekend, although house and yard can accommodate many more. The house is a mini museum for beautiful artwork.

We had an amazing time. The property was phenomenal. It was comfy yet exquisite, super clean, very roomy, and exactly what we needed. Watching the ocean both from the deck and from the main living area and kitchen was breathtaking and incredibly stress reducing. It was a very short walk to the beach and some wonderful tidal pools.. The yard is expansive and gave everyone plenty of space to relax, read, converse, or do whatever they wanted. The bird feeders attracted a wide variety of birds that entertained all of us. At night the stargazing was truly amazing. We can't wait to go back. We all rated it as the best place that we have ever stayed.

The location of this property is unbeatable!! Drinking coffee on the deck, watching the ocean is a dream come true. We used the bikes and took the bike path to Fort Bragg for a fun lunch out.

I cannot express how happy we are with the rental. It is in the perfect location for any family with kids. Our beds were very comfy and clean, the kitchen was a dream. The beach is very close, you can watch the waves while you drink your morning coffee. We could play on the beach with kids and just walk 5min back to the house for meals. The owners were amazing at answering any questions. We came in from missouri where the temps were over 100 degrees. When we arrived dressed for hot weather it was 60 degrees and chilly, the owners offered their own clothing for us to use during our stay. (We found a neat souvenir shop and got hoodies). My only regret is not booking more then 2 days. Next time we will stay the whole week.

This is the absolute best place to stay in the area. The house is beautiful. The location next to the ocean is perfect. Access to beach and trail are unbeatable.

Location, location, location, absolutely the best! It was such a perfect place to relax and enjoy our family. It is just a short walk to the beach and sitting on the deck with the glass fire at night was perfect.

Beautiful home

The house is a few hundred feet from the beach; perfect for sunset or early morning strolls. We regularly saw deer in the backyard. The kitchen is well appointed and the rooms are comfortable. There are a lot of amenities which we did avail ourselves of (bikes, sauna, firepit, bbq, etc...), so lots to do even without leaving the house!

The 10 mile beach in Ft Bragg is long, open and empty beach - it is one of my favorite places in the world. This house is pretty perfect as a place to enjoy the area, the sunsets and it has immediate access to the beach. It is large enough for a family and yet somehow was still cozy for two. I recommend it highly.

Beautiful home with magnificent views!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this amazing home. Beautiful uncrowned beaches are only yards from the front door. Vacation rentals of this caliber are few and far between. The list of amenities goes on and on. A very minor issue with the security system was corrected expeditiously by the property owner. Highly recommend this property!! We are already planning our next visit !!!

The house is at the end of the road right next to the beach. We watched the sunset every evening either through large windows while cooking and eating dinner or from the outdoor dining table on the deck. We also enjoyed tidepooling and riding the hosts bikes on the coastal trail. The house including beds and furniture is very comfortable and attractively decorated inside. The glass jellyfish chandeliers upstairs are really special. Definitely would stay here again!

I booked this place to have all our sister get away from kids and spouse just to relax. It was the perfect house right by the water and breath taking view. So peaceful and relaxing. We are looking forward to bring the spouses and kids next time.
