Can't say enough good things about this place. They had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable, relaxing, and amazing vacation.

We loved our week in La Quinta and James' condo. The condo is huge and very nicely furnished (i.e., comfortable couch in living room, nice large dining table for meals and family game nights, and the beds were a dream). We cooked in for almost every meal and the kitchen was great -- everything we needed as far as pots and pans go and the wine glasses were really nice! Very close to a pool that was not busy at all and a hot tub so that was great -- also very close to the more populated but very pretty main pool and hot tub. Our family went to both pools/hot tubs every day and also at night for night swimming. Everyone agreed that the showers in the condo were a highlight -- complimentary shampoo and conditioner with body wash and also great water pressure and shower heads! The complex is beautiful and the location is superb tucked against the mountains and a short drive to Trader Joe's and restaurants. James was easy to work with from the first point of contact until just now when our security deposit was returned exactly when he told us it would be. We would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat. Thank you James!

Loved staying at James and Tia's place in La Quinta. It was so easy to open the front doors with our personal access code. Upon entering we realized this place had a great vibe! It was grounding after a long drive and welcoming to us in every comfort. Baths, showers, large comfy beds, great kitchen, and plenty of common and personal space. Both the king suites are spacious and fit for ultimate relaxation. Super comfy beds we loved sleeping in, each with personal patios, Alexa the on demand music (wow Alexa is amazing at on demand voice activation!), oversized bathtubs, and big showers with luxurious body products. There were pools all over the grounds and running water in the myriad of fountains. We were lucky to enjoy the great La Quinta weather! Multiple dips in the various pools throughout the day as well as walks around the property, mesmerized by the gorgeous La Quinta mountain rocks were great highlights. Not to mention the great shopping and restaurants that we indulged in nearby ! We felt a hotel vibe with the close proximity to friends rooms, yet as comfy as a home with fire place, couches, TV's in each room, privacy, and plenty of outdoor space. Check in was so simple, the guards gave us a detailed map, parking permit and directions to the villa. As a side note, we love that every door had the same access code which came in handy when we were in and out of the house. Was a great stay, Looking forward to returning again soon ! Bekah and Jeffrey
