It was an amazing stay. The resort had wonderful activities and amenities. They were kind and willing to help. It was a very loud property, but give the area that is to be expected. Had a wonderful anniversary with my husband.

Beautiful property. Lots of pools and activities

Resort had nice amenities, pools were nice. Never went to waterpark or mini golf at resort because it rained most of the day. Only complaint would be cleanliness of refrigerator and ice buildup in freezer. Made it hard to put stuff in freezer.

The place was very nice and accommodating. Check in took a while as we were coming for a competition at the convention center (as was everyone else). The water park was very nice and so was the pool. We will definitely stay here again next year!

The room was clean and exactly what I expected. Close to theme parks and my kids enjoyed the pool.

This stay was much needed. Location was great close to everything. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

The location is great and the pool we used is heated. We we’re going to do the timeshare tour because we were told it would only take 60-90min… what they don’t tell you is that first you have to spend time having a meal with the tour teams so they can get to know you. Furthermore, the commutations between time share personal and the resort staff seemed to be lacking. We given a runaround on where to meet and eventually just gave up.

Stay was pleasant as always at Westgate. The only complaint is in our unit the heater didn’t work.

The property was phenomenal. What you get for the price is way above what you pay. The staff is second to none. Would recommend to anyone coming to Orlando. We had such a great time there we will be back. Thanks for the great stay.

Everything would have been perfect except for the fact that we had no hot water in the shower. We had a studio room with a jacuzzi tub, so we all had to take baths in the tub for the 3 days we were there. We called down to have it fixed and they said they would send someone but there was no estimate of when they would be there. We didn’t want to spend the little time we had waiting around so we all took baths. On the last day I woke up early to call down to have it fixed. After an hour, the guy showed up and it was supposedly fixed. As soon as he left, I jumped in the shower and it was cold again. I called back down and they said they would send him again. After another hour he came back and it was hot again. So I jumped back and it was cold again. I had my husband run and get him and he said he would call a plumber. By this time is was 10am and we were supposed to be checking out. I was so fed up with all this waiting around that we ended up taking baths and checking out. It was insane! We wasted the whole morning when we could have been out doing things, and exploring the area. It was nice besides that, just definitely check the water temp!

Overall, a nice resort and the staff were very friendly. We were in the area to visit the Disney parks so for us, it was basically a place to sleep. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, we felt safe and the resort property was well maintained. There were a lot of great things available that we didn't have time to use like our patio, the many pools, restaurant etc. The food areas were closed by the time we got back from the parks, which was a bit inconvenient. We chose not to rent a car for our visit and just used ride share services to get back and forth to the parks - which worked out well. There is a ride share pick-up/drop-off area up front with benches. If I had to choose one thing that could use some improvement - it is the check-in process. There was a long line because the process takes so long - someone should take a look at streamlining that process for the staff. We had a great vacation - thank you!

The beginning process to lock in a resort was an awful 1st time experience! But, thanks to our host, Jake, the mission was accomplished. He called to tell me that I booked several times, but rooms not available due to Vrbo online problems. Vrbo rep graciously withdrew my re quest and Jake gave me registration number for another location. Saved by Jake. Thank you, Jake.

This was the perfect location for our return visit to Disney World after 25 years. Even though the area was not new, this large resort property was well kept and well managed. It definitely exceeded our expectations!

Loved this property!! Looks just like the pictures and in a great location. This place is like a little town with restaurants a bar and arcade. Forsure will be booking again !!

Booked this property over New Years. Resort was excellent and very good location for our itinerary. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Only slight issue was during the check-in process, but part of it was our own fault. Very easy communication with our host to get the issue resolved. Definitely recommend and would book again!

Relaxed 😌 stay

I’m going to start with the good. The Westgate property was very nice. My room was upgraded to a two bedroom with a loft. Since it was just me, I didn’t need that. The gentleman I booked with was helpful and responded to concerns. My problem: The manager of the booking was not completely honest and asked me to do something I didn’t not feel comfortable doing for the sake of a timeshare presentation. That’s the short version of the story. Because of his rude and combative tone, I would NEVER book through him again.

This is a fantastic resort close to theme parks, shopping, food and activities! Our room was very clean and looked just like the image on the website. Our studio was overlooking the pool and included a balcony that we enjoyed sitting on at night! Our grandkids and family were able to enjoy the lazy river and pool!! We had the best sleep as the mattress and pillows were so comfortable!! We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to revisit! On final note, the property owner gave us a courtesy call to make sure we were comfortable and to answer any questions! Tghis was a first class experience!!

Convenient location close to parks and restaurants.

We would use this same property again. Great location.

Only problem is that the showers did not get hot, requested that someone come fix them but they didn't come.

Great property for families, business travelers and general vacations in the area. Love the multiple heated pools, all with hot tubs! Great fitness center as well. Free parking but internet in the room was an additional charge for VRBO guests. Convenient location to I-4, Convention Center and other parks and attractions.
