Front desk staff not very friendly and knowledgeable. Checking in and out two different staff members had to make calls during.

Horrible property! Unresponsive staff! Not helpful at all!

It was a good price and even a decent sized room with a little kitchenette and desk, but the bed was absolutely awful.

Location is quiet and peaceful! Defiently one of the better places to stay at even at a budget. I travel for work and will only being staying here in the future. Also Nina in the front desk has always been real nice and taken care of our every need!

For a room with 2 queen size beds to offer to measl, not even large bath towels; no hand towels and only 1 wash cloth was beyond stingy. Room had no blower dryer…what??? Walls must be paper thin…you could hear people around you and whomever was above us sounded like they were hosting a wrestling match half the night. You couldn’t reach the front desk by phone after a certain time so I had to physically walk down to complain about all the noise keeping us awake after midnight on a Sun. night. The hallway had a musty odor as well. Not a pleasant experience. We won’t be staying at a Woodspring Suite anytime soon. The ladies at the desk were both very helpful and pleasant however.

This hotel is great! I loved stay there!

The property was safe and quiet. But i ended up leaving early because i couldnt sleep on the terrible beds, pillows and i kept coughing in the rooms. Pretty sure it was mold exposure.

No quarters once in the 8 days there. Why offer laundry service and no quarters. Makes no sense

Both my rooms were VERY CLEAN but sparse. No toiletries except one small bar of soap. The TV had minimal channel offerings. Good facility for extended stay for workers. Front desk and General manager were accommodating when I needed a room change. Dogs left in room above me barked for over 45 minutes???

It’s supposed to be a smoke free hotel smelled like pure weed all over and then i was with out AC for a night. Very uncomfortable

The property can be much better. The hallway smells weird and the carpets are stained with garbage juice. The pillows are very cheap a flat. The blankets are cheap and very thin. There’s no house keeping, you only get two towels and have to wash them yourself at their laundromat. They don’t pick up trash and don’t give you extra bags to throw away the garbage. I do love that it has a small kitchen with a stove, microwave, and large fridge. The bathroom was clean. The room itself was clean. If they can improve those things like better pillows and blankets, clean the carpets in the hallways, have extra towels and trash bags it could be a great place.

Wish it had a pool that would’ve been perfect

No refrigerator, no stove ,, no soap, no shampoo or conditioner, no comforter thick sheet not stove, nothing in refrigerator. JUST THE BARE MINIMUM

The hotel was pretty new, and definitely budget friendly. However, the room lacked a few basic items upon arrival like no bath towels, only 2 pillows in the room, and only one nightstand. It was also a bit noisy. It’s a good value if you don’t mind the trade-offs.

Fairly easy to get to. Nice quiet, newly developed area. Nice hotel. We stayed one night as an extension to being in the area for a conference at a different hotel. It was nice having a fridge and microwave in the room. The more expensive hotel we were at for the rest of our trip to Orlando had no microwave. Met our needs for the night before heading to the airport the next morning.

The comforter had a hole(cigarette like burn), and stains. The bed frame was super squeeky and uncomfortable, bad matress. Bathroom cleanliness, tub specifically could have been better.

My room was clean, but in the bathroom I saw a couple of roaches and when I first stepped into the room it smelled like bug spray had just been sprayed in the room, it was a overwhelming smell. I didn’t receive any room service the 3 days I was there but I was told I would receive every other day at check in, overall my stay was good but I feel it could have been better.

There were roaches in my room! only 2 pillows on the bed that were flat and seemed old. The bed was noisy when you sat down and got up. Need better accommodations.

The staff at this property were very pleasant. The room was perfect for a couple spending a few nights in Orlando. The rate was exceptional. The hotel was located close to a few grocery stores, eateries and the expressway. This property is a franchise of Woodspring Suites. The room had a full fridge and two burner for cooking. I would have loved to have bedding that was of better quality. My bedding had black marker on it and it was very thin. My shower water was lukewarm at best. When i discovered this I had already unpacked and sanitized my room. This a dog friendly hotel. Unfortunately the halls had the odor of wet dog. In the future , i will book direct with a hotel to ensure it is not a franchise.

Lovely location but wouldn't recommend. The hotel itself is in a wonderful location close to parks, shopping and various dinning options. However, our room had roaches and the entire third floor smelled like marijuana. The front desk young in the morning was very helpful but some things are just out of her control. It's really sad because it's such a convenient area for families but I would have to say, I will be using other hotels for future travels.

Clean and Large. 10 Minutes by car from the Universal City Walk ! Absolutly racomanded
