We loved staying at this cottage. It.was a quiet neighborhood but close enough to stores and restaurants. The host was super sweet and very helpful. We would stay here again!

This is our second time staying here. We returned for the same reasons we enjoyed it the first time. Very comfortable… a home away from home. Gigi is the BEST hostess. The place is immaculate. Location is central to beaches, bike riding options, and so many activities.

Gigi was a wonderful host and so accommodating. One of the cleanest, coziest places I have stayed at and so comfortable. We will definitely be booking again next time we are in the area!

The house itself was very nice and very clean. The location is also excellent. Check-in directions were clear. Gigi is easily reachable, responds quickly, and remedied some early issues.

My sister, aunt and I visited FL for my Dad's 87th birthday. The house was in a perfect location., clean, well furnished, and comfortable. We had the perfect setting for a Saturday morning breakfast for 7 outside.

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage! What we loved best was the host, Gigi, the attention to detail, and the location. Gigi was a great communicator from beginning til the end of our one month stay. She quickly responded to any questions that we had and was delightful to work with. The cottage has all the details to make one feel at home. The location was an easy drive to places to bike, beach, kayak, sightsee, and wine and dine.

The host were phenomenal, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. She responded to all of my messages in an efficient manner and was very polite. The property is spacious and a great location with convenient access to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. We were visiting family in Clearwater, so this property was perfect for us. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and wash the dishes. Gigi was easy to reach before and during our stay if we needed anything, which we didn't since she left great instructions to access the property and anything else she thought we should know. In fact, we ended up driving straight thru the night and asked Gigi if we might be able to access the property a few hours earlier to unload and clean up and she was able to accommodate our request with the house cleaner. Gigi is most definitely a top notch host with a great property to rent for vacation.

House was perfect and cozy. Place was very clean and right next to all the stuff we wanted to do and eat at. The host was fast to respond and very nice.

The photos accurately described the property. Very comfortable and clean. Gigi trusts her guests enough with her delicate china. She was away when we rented the place but she was readily available with answers to our questions. Just a word of caution for those with kids or seniors, there’s a small step down to the family room, otherwise, the place was great. We had our breakfast out in the patio, very refreshing! All in all we were very glad and satisfied that we found an exceptional place in Pinellas Park.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend to celebrate our anniversary and everything was wonderful. Gigi was so accommodating and welcoming. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

I originally rented the house to attend a concert at the Mahaffey Center, but typical for 2021, a funeral for a beloved cousin changed my plans. Ms. Gigi was flexible with the scheduling and in my grief, I was too overwhelmed to stop by the grocery store for supplies. The house was stocked with everything I needed for my two day stay. I am incredibly grateful for her hospitality and understanding during this difficult time for my family.

This place makes the most of it's space. A million nuances give it a homey feel while maintaining the hotel convenience. Full Kitchen and Washer/Dryer made it a perfect fit for our trip.

It was perfect for our annual trip to watch Boston/Rays game. Everything we needed and the place was in a great location. Gigi was so amazing and we look forward to staying there again next year.

Couldn't ask for more - Gigi was incredibly responsive throughout; even before we checked in. Clean unit, everything you could need (including a large desk - my nurses thank you for the quick WiFi so I could get them paid!), and a quiet neighborhood. This place fit all of our needs. We were in town to play some "old man" hockey. The location was ideal to get to and from the rink. The house was immaculate and well-stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Wow! The facility was as beautiful as the pictures, clean, everything worked; views through the windows added to the relaxing atmosphere too. Questions were answered very promptly and helpfully.

The cottage was neat, clean and well stocked...even extra toothbrushes were available! GiGi was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating as well as suggesting some wonderful local restaurants and attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Gigi and her property were awesome. The Cottage is well appointed, beautifully furnished, and well stocked. She thinks of everything, there were even batteries and tape. The Kitchen is large with everything needed to cook at home. The Bedrooms are large with the most comfortable beds we've ever stayed in outside our home. There is a large office area with desk that was a must for our stay. Wifi worked great with no hiccups. The Cottage was well kept, clean and comfortable for a 10 days stay. The Location is close to anything you could look for with large main highways less than 1/4mile in any direction. We will definitely stay here again.

We had the best weekend. The cottage was beautiful, clean and stocked with a few things that some people may have forgotten. We appreciate Gigi's attention to detail and made our stay very comfortable from the nice décor and the comfy beds and living room for socializing! We will definitely try to stay here again!
