This was an amazing property! I loved the location, the property and the views were just gorgeous!!!

The view is amazing and hearing the Continuous waves really relaxes you. Both my girlfriend and I feel recharged and Blessed for such a great experience. But on the first day check in there was many trash bags and many heavy wooden tile boxes. We had to move them, lucky a man named Fernando came by and help us move everything so we could get our car in the garage. Also about an hour before check in we found out our internet was out and some one was coming on Friday between 3 and 5 to fix it. Overall it’s a beautiful property.

Fantastic rental right on the water with a great management company that provided everything we needed for a great weekend away. Highly recommend anyone of the three units that make up this property however the middle unit has the best deck and ocean views

And amazing kitchen too. Lots of room, the wireless allowed two of us to work remotely in a beautiful location.

This house is such a peaceful place with views of the ocean and easy enjoyable walks to restaurants, shops, etc

You have to light it with the lighter and the knob that controls the heat just keeps turning. If you are looking at the washer and dryer the waher on the bottom left sticks at 7 minutes and does not finish. Also, the parking is not numbered correctly. We stayed in 1 and we actually had another couple open our garage and park inside along with our belongings that were in the washer and dryer at the time! The parking diagram does not match the numbers at the location! Overall, this is our perfect place! Just a few minor fixes. I already booked for next year!

This one in particular is great for my needs, and they truly provide as many of the necessities can think of. I love having not only an ocean view with this property, but veqxh access to a shared beach. if I had to criticize at all, I would be greedy and suggest it'd be great if we had access to bicycles and beach chairs; but that would definitely not deter me regardless in the future. u love Oceanside and Beachfront Only! and I wasn't even paid for this review :)

It was our 27th wedding anniversary and it was the perfect get away with our dogs the condo was very clean and nice the ocean was right there and it was just gorgeous.

First time renting a beachfront property and this unit did not disappoint!! Our family loved staying in the unit. Great place to relax and enjoy the beach.

My family stayed here and we enjoyed every minute of it! The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to feel right at home. And nothing beats the views of the ocean! Watching the surfers in the morning while drinking coffee was heaven!

Breathtaking views/sounds all from the top unit. Unit had everything you would need minus laundry. Some things were a little worn but that is expected with high turn over breath rentals. It was VERY comfortable and my family loved it!!! Highly recommend staying here, we hope to return again.

Overall it was a good experience. The property isn't in the best shape, but adequate. The location is great, but I suspect all the houses on the beach are similar. I probably would not stay again or recommend, there were missing screens on the windows and the shower door would not stay on the track. I believe there should be a few essentials, at least coffee and salt. Also there should be some communication about the train being so close to the property causing a good amount on noise at night and in the morning.

There was wonderful place! The place was panorama ocean view! It was so beautiful. The place was very clean and a lot of space. Very comfortable to stay even thought during pandemic. Highly recommend!

Great week spent relaxing. Highly recommend!

We had a great time visiting this beach front property. The space was clean and spacious with room for our family of four to spread out. The kitchen is well appointed and even included baking utensils and spices. The view is spectacular. One item of note is that the access to the beach requires balance and agility as there are uneven stairs without a handrail and the last two steps require that you climb down using the rocks. Not at all a deal breaker at all but I would have liked to know this fact going in. All in all a great experience.

Overall good stay. The listing needs a few updates. The property actually has 3 bedrooms not one and they’re are 4 beds all queens. It was a fabulous surprise because we have two kids and each got their own room. The beach.... it was all rocks, the city hasn’t done dredging so you can’t use the beach really. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen. We would stay here again and hope the City of Oceanside fixes the beach issue before summer!

The unit was very clean. Beds in master were very comfortable. Loved having use of the complimentary washer/dryer in the building. A larger TV in the living room would have made our stay more pleasant, as well as having a TV in the Master bedroom. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation with an unparalleled ocean view!!
