Great stay! We went to Newport for our State Championship Baseball Tournament and the field was just a short walk from the house. We could also walk down the hill to restaurants and shops. The house is set up great for groups. Very open upstairs to socialize. Great communication. Easy directions to follow. We loved our stay! Thank you so much!

This home really worked out well for our group. 2 couples and a single . We were in Newport for a cousin reunion and the rest of the family was in RVs and tents at South Beach State Park. We enjoyed having nice comfortable beds and warm showers. We were a little concerned about the living area being on the top floor and the stairs due to some knee issues. Loved having a fully stocked kitchen. Linens were great, mattress and pillows comfortable. Very comfortable seating areas. Great communication with the host on any questions and concerns. Check in was really easy with their coding system. Hopefully we will be able to book it again next summer. camping at South Beach Star Park.b

Loved this place! Very spacious, clean, good location, and well stocked kitchen. Having tje bedrooms separate from the living areas was greay for napping kids... and adults!

We spent 5 days here and had the greatest time!!! The house was beautiful and located in the most gorgeous neighborhood 😍 Nancy was the best host. We will definitely be back!

The home was absolutely beautiful, with plenty of space and super comfortable beds. There is an amazing large deck with a grill and a backyard we saw a deer in. Super close to everything and Newport is a super cute town. Hosts were super responsive and sweet. Definitely recommend

The place was very well appointed in the kitchen and the linens. All the seating spaces made for a great gathering.

We had an amazing time at this home, and it was in a beautiful location. While the boys were fishing the girls were able to walk down and see the bay front. The deck was perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze and there were plenty of areas to relax after a long day. Would definitely recommend.

This is our 2nd stay in this home. It’s very spacious with plenty of room for our party of 8 adults. We had a great time and will stay again. Thanks for the space to make more great family memories. The only recommendation we have is for a faster brewing coffee maker. Easy fix!

We stayed here for a baseball tournament with some family friends. Great location near the marina, schools, and quick to hop onto the highways. Owners were proactive in their communication and quick to respond.

We had a few hiccups- the entry code did not work. We tried calling the 24/7 VRBO number, and it was never answered! However, the owners did respond, and were very helpful getting us in, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. The house is in a great location, was clean, well-furnished, and is nicely laid out for a family gathering, with lots of communal space and also places where people can go to read quietly, etc. We would definitely stay there again!

We hosted a lot of family and friends from Oregon, Alaska and Wisconsin. It is a great place for everyone to meet up and have some fantastic dinners. Love this house.

Perfect location for seven adults to visit family in Newport. Very close to delightful bayfront. Open concept made mornings & evenings great for gathering together. Well stocked with linens & kitchen supplies. Nice neighborhood and private deck.

Everything was exactly as described, fully stocked house with everything we needed and more, clean and organized. Very comfortable with lots of room to spread out in our own space if needed. It was easy to communicate with the owners if needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the space, it was perfect for our family. Lots of room to spread out and well stocked. Absolutely loved that it had a washer and dryer. My kiddos are highly energetic so the enclosed back yard was a big blessing.

The house was perfect for a family holiday with plenty of space for games, watching football and a Thanksgiving feast! With the beautiful weather, we were able to walk down to the Bay Front without having to jump into cars. Beds are comfortable. House is stocked well. Owners were very responsive to all communication before and during our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Had a great time and the house was perfect. The stocked cabinets made meal prep and serving awesome for the whoe family.

Very comfortable home. We had 6 adults and more than adequate space. The kitchen was well equipped and appliances worked well. One of the single bed mattresses was not too great but otherwise no complaints. We hope to return sometime in the future. We love the coast in the summer.

My brothers and I have rented well over a dozen properties on VRBO. On the Oregon Coast, Las Vegas, Reno, and Hawaii. This place was definitely the best we've ever rented in terms of cleanliness, accuracy of the listing, and the overall quality of the residence. Everything was as advertised, very clean, and the condition of the furniture, carpet, appliances was excellent. We would not hesitate to rent this place again. The location was great, just a short walk downhill (it's steep though) to the marina.

Great location for family trip

The property is in a great location to walk to shops and restaurants. It is also a great family home for up to eight with games and pre-recorded movies. There is some deferred maintenance. Carpet is toward end of life. I would recommend a really thorough deep clean - dusty window seals, cob webs in corners and debris at the edges of carpet. There was also a smoke detector in the basement at end of life and beeping.
