We enjoyed our week in Mazatlan. The unit has an amazing view of the ocean and beach. The building though older has a great restaurant, ocean front patio and pool. It allowed us to walk on the beach to many nearby restaurants and shops. There is a wonderful super market a short walk away. We’ll be back to enjoy it again next year.

Nice, roomy unit. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful ocean view from living area & master bedroom. Very good location. Friendly & helpful employees. Great communication with owners! On the down side, the unit was very dirty when we checked in. Food under the table and dirty floors up & downstairs. The unit could use some new pillows. Although there are numerous to choose from, all but one was lumpy. Both bathrooms & bedrooms are on the lower level. The stairs are a bit narrow & steep which we were fine with, but good to know up front if you have mobility issues. These negatives are all pretty minor & could be overlooked on a short stay. However, nothing can be done about the nightclub half a block away that blares music until 3:00 a.m.! The couple in the ocean side was kept awake by the music even with the sound of the crashing waves! It’s really loud.

As we’d stayed here before, it was pretty much what we had expected. Amazing views, cute little restaurant and very warm pool. Definitely could use some upgrades to the actual suite; especially in the kitchen.

This condo is perfect for me when I travel from the US to visit my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter who currently live in Mazatlan. Plenty of space, kitchenette, and spectacular views. We celebrated granddaughter's 1st birthday down by the pool. We reserved the outdoor grill and shaded pavilion. Planning return trip for 2023 already!

This place was amazing, the view and sound of the waves was on point. My family and I enjoy our stay right in the heart of La Zona Dorada. Raquel and Eunice were always available rapid respond to my messages. I will definitely booked in the future.

Host were excellent about providing pre trip info. Spacious condo, great front desk folks, loved our stay. Only drawback was there were no lounge chairs so no place to layout by the pool.

While being an older unit, this condo has everything that one would require for short to extended stays. Great restaurant on the pool level, easy room access with your groceries, fantastic views, & great AC. Negatives are a smaller pool that gets crowded at popular times and the cabinet with all of the best and important kitchen supplies was locked. My partner was very frustrated but the nice guys working in the lobby opened it up for us around midnight the day we arrived. The beds are also all very soft so we had to pull off the pillow tops on some of them. Everything else rocked especially the easy communication with the owners and their representative. I was able to fish from the seawall by the pool. So convenient. A+++

Check-in was a breeze. Property dated, but clean. Small pool. Poolside drinks are weak. Food is pretty good especially for the price. William is great. That said, we could never use the master shower. It flooded. Told maintenance twice. Nothing. Showers took running the hot water for 10-15 minutes in either shower to get hot. Maintenance claimed it was normal. Nice lady in the building who has lived there over twenty years explained the hot water is always an issue and told me to just roll with it. She was great. The views are amazing. We opened all the windows and the ocean was basically in our living room. Cooking was a challenge on the two very small stove top eyes. I tried straddling the two with my big frying pan, but it wasn’t great. The fridge keeps everything wonderfully cold. We always had black feet walking around the condo. They mopped when we asked, but still black. Not dirty - black. We kept wet towels by the bed to clean our feet on before getting into bed. The bedroom closet had a lock for security. The key did not lock it. Told maintenance twice. Nothing. Consider how to secure valuables. We found this to be our biggest problem. We won’t rent here again, but it was an overall nice experience. I’ve tried to make this a fair and balanced review. Thank you.

Check in and check out was super easy and the view of the condo is amazing it's also beach front which it's a plus! Pool is a little small but we didn't mind since we we spent most of the time out and about. Property is on the older side so nothing fancy. We will most definitely be coming back and staying here just for the view.

It's a remarkable property with big windows facing west and south. You can see the sunrise and the sunset from the unit. We were comfortable in January. The air conditioning was quiet and kept the rooms cool. It wasn't even needed with windows open.

This property has terrific views from the condo; you can see the sunrise and sunset from here! You can walk on the beach, walk to restaurants or grab the bus to the centro. Had a wonderful time and the host was very responsive

This was our first time to Mazatlán and we came to visit new family (in-laws and first grandchild!) The condo was prefect for us. Plenty of space, beautiful views, ample kitchen gear to make home-made dinners, accommodating staff, and wonderful owners. Highly recommended. Looking forward to our next visit!

Overall ,this was an spectacular experience, all of it was excellent. My family and I were soo comfortable and relax that this is by far one of the best time we ever had. THANK YOU SO MUCH !

Horrible service, front office couldn’t resolve anything. The mini-slit from the living room didn’t work all week they couldnt fix it and the temperature was at 98 with 80 humidity you could not stay in that room. The light switch from the main bathroom was broken we had to take a shower with the lamp from our phones, it took them 2 days to fix it. Wifi, phone line and remote controls from TVs didn’t work. We have stay there from many years and we have never had any problems, you can see the hotel is deteriorating. They charged for parking even though it said is free

You'd be hard pressed to find a better location and the views from this 2 story corner condo are simply spectacular! The owners were always attentive and reacted to our messages right away. I would love to bring my family to Annette and Rob's condo again soon. Thank you!!

This place has a good rating for a reason. It has a common space w 2 burner kitchen upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 2 bath downstairs. We had 6 total wife 4kids (2 grown). More than suitable. And comfortable.

Owners were very fast and very helpful getting back to me with any questions I had. Had a great time. plan on going back there next year. Thank you.

I was very happy!! Many places say they are on the beach or have an ocean view, but this place delivers. There is no road or other property between you and the beach. Heartrending views of the ocean, including two lovely islands, and one of the finest sunsets I've ever seen. The property was clean and nicely furnished with everything I needed. There is also a cheap but tasty restaurant downstairs. Staff were very helpful with towels and questions. The property owners responded very quickly to my questions. They were really friendly and know the area very well. It's also a great location with lots to do, including nearby restaurants and bars, and you find people on the beach selling fruit, many kinds of fresh seafood, boogie boards, and even parasailing rides.

Everything good love the view and the room was nice the space. Except the parking lot to small and had to park across the street and paid extra for that. Everything else was great

This place was perfect for our family of 6, with teenagers and young adults! Plenty of room to sleep, beds comfortable, and the view is spectacular. Location is great and William's restaurant by the pool has the best food, prices and drinks in the area! We really enjoyed the sounds of the waves and other beach sounds from our room! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing views, convenient location - bus stop right outside door, and the pool's warmth makes it inviting day and night. Owners were accessible to answer questions. Basic kitchenware available. Could benefit from some cleaning of the less noticeable areas and while you could eventually get hot water for bathing; it never got more than lukewarm for washing dishes. The issues were minor. Overall a good rental true to pictures.

This apt. has everything you need. We didn't use the kitchen but looked very well equipped. Tons of room, spectacular views, excellent restaurant downstairs by pool, "Williams" very reasonable. I would def. rent this apt again. Location is great, lots of good restaurants nearby. My only complaint which has nothing to do with this apt. is people put their towels on chairs by pool to reserve them at 6 am and keep them for the day, even if they're not using them.

This condo has amazing views from the living room and the master bedroom! It’s a corner unit, so allows an even more expansive view along the beach! We enjoyed views of both the sunrise and the sunset, owing to its great location in the building. It felt so fresh waking up and looking out of the window into the vast beautiful blue ocean! The condo is very spacious too! Annette was very responsive and thanks to her lovely condo that we could have an awesome stay in Mazatlan. The William’s cafeteria downstairs has some great breakfast food! William speaks English well and was very accommodating to our being vegetarians!! The front desk person, Rene, speaks English too and was very helpful! We could leave our clothes at the front desk for laundry and got them back neatly packed in a bag the same afternoon for an inexpensive price! This was a double bonus! Would love to come back!

This was our family’s first trip to Mazatlan, and what a blessing it turned out to be. The communication with the owners was excellent, they were very fast to answer any questions we had. The view from the condo is amazing, everywhere you look it is just beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, (while the front desk guys do speak English, it helped that we can speak Spanish). The pool was so nice to swim in during the evening. It was a wonderful family vacation.
