Beautifully maintained property with lush gardens and unbeatable views. The house is perfect for 1 or 2 families (2 master bedrooms) with 8-10 people. A new dock is a perfect place to keep a boat to explore the harbor and surrounding islands. 5 minute ride into town by boat or car makes shopping and dinning convenient. Hope to be back next year.

Everything was easy super comfortable, accommodating, clean well stocked. This house is beautiful one of my favorites as a return exuma guest can’t wait to stay again.

The house was just what we were looking for! Lots of space. Big kitchen with everything we needed to cook many evenings! Loved having a pool this time in the Exumas. Plenty of SUP’s/kayaks (all in great condition) to use during your stay. Owner and property manager responsive to our inquiries. We love February Point. Will definitely try and stay here again next summer!

Cathy and her home are outstanding! This house has everything you need for a perfectly relaxing vacation. The kitchen is well appointed, the beds are comfortable, the views are stunning, and the furnishings of the home are coastal, relaxed and beautiful. One of our favorite parts of the trip was being able to come home after a long day of exploring the most beautiful beaches to enjoy the private pool - it's a game changer! We loved watching the sun rise in the morning with coffee on the patio and the sun set in the evening with a glass of wine on the dock. Cathy is a gracious, communicative host and we are already planning a return to Starfish Villa in the next few months!

We have visited Exuma many times. This rental in Georgetown was by far our favorite. February Point is an excellent location, especially for families. Evvie, our house manager was very responsive, the cleaning crew was awesome and adorable, and the house is spectacular! Few minor issues, but Evvie was on it! Cannot recommend this place enough! It has absolutely everything! Thank you, Cathy, for sharing your beautiful home with us! We will be back!

The house was absolutely amazing and the location could not have been better. It was the perfect size for us(3 couples). The purchase/checkin/checkout processes were all very easy as well. This was definitely the best vacation we have ever been on. Will return soon!

This home is just that - a "home away from home!' The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. The pool looked awesome but we stayed too busy with excursions trying to cram it all in so we just enjoyed looking at it as the sun was rising and as the moon was coming up over the water (ahhhhh). I hope to come back and use it next visit. The owner's team (Kenos nd Evvie) took care of all our needs (including a delicious cake for the birthday boy). They never felt like your requests were an inconvenience. Very gracious and helpful! Take the Island Boy Adventures excursion to Staniel Cay for the trip of a lifetime and go reef fishing with Barry and Larry if you want the best trips the Exumas have to offer. So much fun. Would DEFINITELY GO BACK and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay, the place was perfect but there are a lot of keys to keep up with so be aware of that. Loved Ingrid the cleaning lady.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is so much nicer than the pictures. Evvie was so accommodating and everyone was so polite. This is one of the best places for a family. This was our second trip to the exumas, and this stay was our favorite! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Place is exactly as advertised. Gorgeous set up on the water in February Point. Gated community and not far from air port or town.

The property was not maintained. No internet, no TV, there was only one door we could open to go out. Jacuzzi motor went off by itself at 2:30 A.M in the upstairs bedroom., clothes dryer worked, but made such a bad grinding sound, housekeeping came in at 11:00 on our last day and told us we were to leave by 10:00, although contract said Check out at noon.

Fantastic house. Pictures do not do justice. Very well appointed and pool is fantastic. Beach club in February Point, which you have access to, has great food. Have shopping done for you ahead of time to arrive having a full fridge. Prime Provisions has the best meats. If you need a taxi, call Patrick Dorset 242-464-1411. He is a wonderful guy with great island knowledge

We had a great stay here for a wedding on the island. The house was perfectly set up for families or several couples (we all left our kids home for a change). The finishes were all of the highest quality and very well thought out. The pool and the dock were great amenities and added to our enjoyment of the property. Highly recommend getting a boat from Minns for your stay. The house manager, Evvie, could not have been more helpful and the owner was responsive to all our questions/requests prior to arrival. This all served to make it very simple and stressless (including a prompt return of the deposit). This is the house to rent in February Point!

We recently visited Starfish with our kids and extended family. We could not have had a better experience. Starfish is very well appointed and makes for a perfect setting for enjoying time with the family both indoors and out. The pool is a great bonus for the house. We will certainly return to this home(hopefully sooner rather than later).

The Starfish was wonderful! I could not ask for any thing better. Everything we needed was available. Very clean, kitchen fully furnished with everything you need. Walking distance to Georgetown for nice restaurants. The photos on VRBO were good, but the property is MUCH better in person! Evvie, house manager, was most helpful to arrange activities for us. Clifford, our taxi driver, we fell in love with him. He was super! Always available, even when we got him up from a Sunday afternoon nap! The home was tastefully decorated and very relaxing! Absolutely beautiful home with unbelievable views in all directions. The water was an unreal blue green color like none other. And we had a beautiful full moon as well. We did not want to leave! I would absolutely recommend the Starfish to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation! great get away!

In March 2010, we had the pleasure of staying in Tim Grant's fantastic family home in February Point Resort. We had heard the resort was wonderful and saw from the photos that everything looked to be just terrific but, I have to say, this home exceeded our expectations big time! We were 10 people (two families of five) and there was plenty of room for us all! (It was great to have 2 master bedrooms so neither couple could be bitter about getting the short end of the stick!) The house is well stocked with top quality bed-linens, towels, and kitchen equipment. The living rooms doors cascade open onto the private pool overlooking the exquisite turquoise Exuma water. I would highly recommend a day out on the Grants boat as well as renting a car to take full advantage of what the island has to offer. We literally explored every beach! Don't miss Stocking Island, Sandollar Beach or Tropic of Cancer Beach! If the fish boat is in port, definitely stop in to buy the fresh catch if the day.
