The home was much larger than the 4 of us needed, however we would certainly stay here again. Coast to coast views from the upper decks made for some wonderful photo memories. The pool was perfect for a relaxing swim after a long day exploring the island.

Nice, but the bedroom downstairs didn’t have a full bathroom.

The host Willy was very helpful with any question we had. The house is just like the pictures. No surprises. Great view from the house and a easy drive or walk to jolly beach. We loved all the different beaches on the island.

Fantasea Villa was conveniently located from the airport, George Town, and all the beaches and attractions were easily accessible!! The weather was perfect every day of the week we stayed. Restaurants provided good food, good drinks, and most of all very friendly and nicest people to wait on us!!! The property manager Willie was always available to answer all the questions and requests we had. There are no words fit to describe the beauty of the ocean and the white sand beaches. The best vacation we had to date! We will certainly plan to go back!!! ❤️😎😍

Our time spent at Fanta Sea was fantastic! Beautiful view and perfect location in the middle of the island. There are several quite beaches very close, some even walking distance. The villa is located next to Splash bar and grill, and we definitely recommend. We would 100% stay again!

We stayed with our family of 6 for thanksgiving and it was perfect. The location was excellent, the property was as described and Willie went above and beyond to help us throughout the trip.

What an excellent vacation! We just got home from out five night stay and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We traveled with two adults and four teenagers and the house had ample room. We rented a car for the full time and we’re please with that decision. The first day, after we checked in, we had an excellent lunch at Island Boy cafe then drove down the beach to Hoppers Bay where we swam with the sea turtles. On the way home we stopped at the grocery and stocked up on. Just a heads up that everything is about double the price. With that in mind, we packed snorkel gear, sunscreen, bug spray and lots of snacks from home. Day two we packed a cooler and took the water taxi to Chat N Chill. One of our most favorite days. We fell in love with the stingrays and the conch salad. I would recommend not ordering the conch salad spicy…it was too much even for this Cajun girl! For two of the days, we rented a boat. I highly recommend this but go ahead and pay extra for the larger boat. The 22’ with duel engines was perfect. The water can be rougher then it looks and you can cover a lot more ground with the bigger engine. On a day without the boat, we drove a ways and stopped at Pretty Mollys Beach and Tropic of Cancer. We also had a great lunch at Santanas. Over all it was amazing! The water is the prettiest I have ever seen and we are looking forward to a return trip! The next time we go, we will probably add the full day excursion to swim with the pigs.

This property shines not just because of its wonderful central location and view (which is incredible), but also because of Willie - the property manager. He did a great job communicating, welcoming us at the property, and ensured that we had a great time on our trip. The house is exactly as listed, and was very comfortable. I can't recommend this property enough, and we would certainly stay again the next time we are in The Exumas.

The views of this home were incredible! The house had everything we needed! Willie was so accommodating and responded to everything we asked for. He even gave us some last minute recommendations that made our stay even better. The location was great and close to restaurants and grocery stores in Exuma. Would stay here again!

We LOVE Exuma and the FantaSea offers a great central location and if you don't need to be on the ocean, the view is amazing. Willie is super responsive and helpful. The property is as advertised, you see what you get in the posting. It could use some TLC, deep cleaning. and functional and comfortable furniture (living room set is patio furniture - as pictured and beds are a little shaky). It is a very basic rental, but provides great space and function. Location is central to everything, but will still require a car. The only restaurant regularly open in walking distance is Splash at Hideaways (staff is not super friendly) and food isn't great. Frankie Bananas is no longer open and Latitudes may have been open 1 day while we were there for 11 and never experienced it. But, there is way too much more to experience on the island and Shirley's and other shacks are open down the road, grocery and liquor stores available nearby and just fun to explore unique and different places throughout this beautiful destination. We highly recommend: Hopper's Bay (turtles), Coco Plum, Jolly Hall (although we didn't get to experience on a calm day), Tropic of Cancer is overrated, but worth the drive to see it and other beaches on Little Exuma. Haulover Bay beach bar is a hidden gem and so special - if you go during low tide you can walk to Man O War island. Santana's is there too and don't miss Mom's Bakery (yum!) - make a day or two of Little Exuma and seeing the Salt Flats.. We rented a boat 2 days (Minns and Island Exclusive) and took a fantastic full day tour with Exuma Water Sports (if you are going to do ONE thing, do this - such unique things to see). When you see pictures of empty long beautiful beaches, they are accurate - you feel like you might have this island to yourself and it is truly a relaxing and tropical destination that we will be coming back to.

Nicely updated and great floor plan. Views are incredible (while sitting in the house looking through all the windows and doors or sitting on one of the rear porches. Less than five minute walk to great bar/restaurant and beach. Willy, the owner, seemed like an all around good guy and was very helpful with questions about the house or the island.

As advertised.. great location, short walk to the beach & plenty of room for a family of 5.

We enjoyed our stay at FantaSea. Willy met us at the house upon arrival and was very helpful during our stay. The house has amazing views and plenty of room for a large group. There’s a nice pool and a lot of outside sitting area to enjoy the view and nice breeze. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The location is close to restaurants and the grocery stores and centrally located on the island so that’s a big plus. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived and Willy was great and always there to answer any questions you might have. We’ve been to Exuma several times. It’s a beautiful island with wonderful people so pack your bags and go enjoy the island.

Willie was so great. He met us when we got there to check us in and was readily available our entire visit. The house was perfect. It had very amenity that we needed. Great views, clean and well stocked. The airport was close and it was centrally located for all of our activities. Would stay there again.

You could not ask for a better location. Close to grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants, banks, etc. And the views….hands down the most stunning views of one of Exuma’s most picturesque bays. Willy was awesome too. So helpful, attentive, and such a delight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fantasea. It was quiet and private and just what we needed to relax and decompress. The location could not have been better. Remember , exuma is a loooong island and if you are too far from georgetown you are far from t supermarket, t bank etc .

This stay was excellent from our arrival up until departure. Our host, Willy met us at arrival and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location of the house was great, walking distance to many restaurants like Splash, EBR/Lattitudes, and the local fish fry. The house itself was very clean and the pool was a great luxury to have. Peaceful and quiet in one of Exumas picturesque bays. The house is adequate for families or small group. The view from the home is beautiful .

Our visit to FantaSea did not disappoint. The views are spectacular and can be enjoyed from almost all rooms. All rooms were spacious and well appointed. The home is centrally located with all amenities and several beaches within a short 5 minute drive. The hosts were very helpful navigating the COVID rules, and Willy answered all the questions we had upon arrival. This island is a truly beautiful place.

This is a lovely property with great views. What I liked even more is the responsiveness of the hosts and property manager. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and well maintained. Great family rental.

If you rent a car, it's close to George Town. It's bit less than 5 min drive. Close to the restaurants, groceries, banks and beaches. The place is clean and everything works. A/C is in every room and works really well too. There is a faucet outside to wash your sandy feet before going inside. The only downside for us was the bed was too soft... we prefer a firmer bed. I guess everybody has a different preference and someone was saying very conformable bed in the review but for the people who like a firmer mattress, all the beds in this house are relatively soft but I gotta tell you our family had a wonderful time here !!

We just loved being in this property with views to die for. Willy was so very helpful and was on call whenever we needed him. Easy access to beaches and only a short car ride to Georgetown. Would definitely stay at FantaSea again!

Angie & Willy are the best !! The house had enough room for everyone and we had a great time. Highly recommend staying at this home - it was everything we needed to completely enjoy the family vacation.

The house is beautiful and well maintained. Willie was a delight as he helped us get groceries and make arrangements for dinner. The only thing I would change is to add hand rails to the stairs leading down to the pool as I was traveling with my elderly mother and she couldn't go down them on her own without something to hold on to.

My family and I LOVED the house. Perfect location, amazing views, short walk to the beach and about a 10 minute or less walk to Shirley’s, Fish Fry and other small restaurants. The house had everything we needed. Any stores or banks were nearby too. Perfect space for my family of 8. We went to Coco Plum Beach, Tropic of Cancer, Chat and Chill where we swam and fed the stingrays and had awesome conch salads. Did the Coastline Adventure for a full day on the boat and touring different islands with an awesome captain and first mate, Neo. (highly recommend. Best money you could spend) and so much more! I couldn’t b any happier with this location, the owner and caretaker, Willy, who is readily available to answer questions you have. Absolutely ANY. He was awesome. Thank you, Angie, my family and I adored the place and hope to come again soon ♥️ PS. Make sure to bring any and everything you think you need for your trip. Goggles, flippers, snorkel equipment. It’s nice to see everything underwater. There aren’t any huge stores that sell that type of stuff so I would bring with or buy before coming to the island. Make sure to wear sunscreen, wear bug repellent (the sand fleas really like people) and bottled water is a must ☺️

Stayed here for a wedding and had a great time. A little bit of walk to beach but the beach is very nice and the view from the place is wonderful. Willy is awesome extremely helpful. I don't think the listing mentions but there are external cameras. The indoor ones I saw were already covered with foil while we were there which seems like a reasonable compromise but I feel always good to be upfront about what is being recorded.

Mostly positive and a little negative.... Positive: Angie is very quick to respond and very detailed and helpful in her answers to my questions. She recommended a few car rental companies and companies to book for a swim with the pigs. We went with Robert’s Island Adventures and were very pleased with our day. Willy met us at the house, very friendly and informative about the house. I had a small issue with a noise from the A/c unit in the master bedroom. I what’s apped Willy in the morning and he had it fixed that afternoon, quick to respond and problem easily solved. About the house: perfect location! It is 30 minutes in one direction to Tropic of Cancer to beach, stunning! And about 30 minutes to the other end of the island. Grocery stores are very convenient. You can walk to a beach very easily, Palm Bay, stop at Splash for a beverage for your walk over to Jolly Hall Beach, a beautiful beach that is uncrowded. You can also walk to Shirley’s for dinner, and there were several other food options too in the same area. We only ate at Shirley’s and it is a well earned excellent reputation. Delicious! The house is very big and spacious. The rooms are nice and big, plenty of space. The porches are large and the views are gorgeous! The pool is a nice treat and there were 4 floats which we used quite a bit at the beach. Nice to have! The air conditioning works very well. We turned it off when we were gone for the day and turned it on when we got back to the house and it cooled very quickly. The hot water was abundant and great water pressure too. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept great. I felt very safe at the house too. I’m a single mom and traveled with my daughters and always felt safe everywhere on the island. My negative comments are: this house could use some personality. There are two pictures total hanging in the house. There are no rugs, no cute accessories,just a little bare bones. The living room furniture is outdoor furniture and slides on the floor, a rug and actually indoor living room furniture would be much better. There isn’t a full length mirror anywhere in the house. The kitchen needs a big upgrade with the silverware and cook ware.There are 8 forks, knives and spoons, if you are a party of 8 you each get one. And it is cheap silverware. The cooking pots and pans are also very cheap and could use an upgrade. Overall we were very pleased with the house and with a few upgrades it would be spectacular.

We loved this property! This was our first time to Exuma, so we didn't know much about the area. The property for us was in a great location! Within 5-10min of the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and liquor stores. We had 7 in our party and this house was the perfect set-up for our family. Willie greeted us when we arrived and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the island. If we can ever make it back to Exuma, I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This is a great house and location. It’s a 4 min walk down to 3 local restaurants (Splash) where u can get burgers etc. the house is very nice and clean and modern . It’s only down the street ( to Jolly Hall beach - beautiful ) as any of the beaches in Exuma are. AC in the house is excellent . Managers and owner are very good if you need anything . It’s also only a mile or so to grocery store “ smittys” and the butchers (Ron) . Georgetown is only 1.5 miles away although it’s actually really small. Would suggest you rent a car just to get about and pick up groceries etc as there is no public transport on Exuma . However taxis are available . Will return again for sure .
