The property was clean and comfortable. Perfect location to walk most everywhere. The only negative was the 44 stairs up to the apartment but it was a good workout! Lol

We stayed for a long weekend & had a really great stay. The location was central to everything in the French Quarter & the restaurant recommendations were amazing. It was nice to have a coffee maker and courtyard to enjoy the mornings outside. Just be aware, this is a 3rd story walk up, expect lots of stairs to make it to your place. A few things I would recommend to the owners — the front bedroom could use some curtains, it overlooks directly onto the street and gets very bright in the mornings & after staying out late, it makes for an early wake up call. The air conditioner works well in the main living area, but doesn’t keep the bedrooms very cool, a floor fan in the rooms would definitely help. The property manager was VERY accommodating & made our stay that much better. Overall, we’d definitely stay again!

This Bourbon property met all of our expectations! So convenient and yet away from the chaos of the Quarter. Imagine our surprise to learn we were on the CCC route! A great treat to wake up to Saturday morning. This property will remain on our list for future NO visits.

We were looking for a location walking distance to all the activities and would allow for a good night sleep. This was the perfection spot! The famous Frenchmen Street is very close as well. Would stay again.

The location is perfectly locate between Frenchmen St and Bourbon St. Just be aware that this has approximately 50 steps to get to the unit. It wasn't a problem for us but if you have knee or leg issues it could be.

Awesome place to stay! Would definitely go back. Close enough to all the French Quarter attractions without all the noise from Bourbon St. partying.

We had a wonderful time! The check in process was easy. When we arrived the toilet was having some trouble flushing all the way. Someone can within 1 hour to fix it for us. Great location and walkable for everything in the French Quarter.

Met with friends from up North. Was convenient to almost all of downtown. Only downside was it was on the 3rd floor, lots to of stairs. We aren’t as spry as we used to be, but we worked off all that good food!

Great location to all the restaurants, antiques, and art galleries. Highly recommend anyone looking to spend time in the French quarter stay here!

We had a great time. We were close to everything. This was perfect for two couples!

With friends living just two blocks away, this location worked out perfectly. The well appointed apartment had all of the amenities needed and was within easy to access to anything we wanted to do or needed. Easy walking distance to dining, groceries, entertainment, and the Riverwalk. You’ll hear the sounds of being on the fringes of the French Quarter combined with the beautiful visual aesthetics of the historical architecture. A lovely location.

Came here to celebrate birthday/Mardi Gras and loved this location. Easy walk to Bourbon Street, the French Quarter, and Frenchmen Street. Property owner was easy to contact with questions and gave great sightseeing advice.

Overall a fantastic place to stay! Super close to the Quarter and Frenchmen St. Looks like the kitchen could use some love but other wise awesome. The only other thing I would mention is that the windows didn't seem like they closed all the way or something? Every evening sounded like the people on the street were standing next to us (the condo is on the 3rd floor).

The condo was in a great location to everything around. The house keepers forgot to leave the second set of towels and only had 3 was cloths but when I call the owner he was on top of it quickly, Even though it was a Sunday morning. The 44 steps to the house was a workout to all of us but you sorta get used to it by the time you leave. Great beads and pillows for sure.

This is a third floor walk up and can be strenuous especially while carrying luggage. Also, it isn't as modern as the pictures make it appear. There was quite a lot of street noise at night due to windows that didn't seal well. The unit was spacious and had all the necessities.

Very close to everything we had on our list to see in New Orleans. The apartment was very clean and communication with the owner was terrific. I would stay there again!. Great music and restaurants just a short walk away.

This apartment was in a perfect location, close to both the French Quarter and Frenchman Street. It was a lovely, big space, great for relaxing or socializing.

Location, Location, Location! What a amazing place! House had plenty of room and the beds were comfy. We had a girls weekend and this place fit every need we had. This condo is in the perfect location. Only a few blocks from Frenchman Street and the famous Ruby Slipper Café. Bourbon street just steps from the front door. About a 15 minute walk to French Quarter. The Condo was clean, neat and comfortable. The bedrooms were very roomy. The beds were really comfortable and the air conditioning was great! Be prepared to go up many steps since it's on the 3rd floor and the bathroom is a bit snug, but overall a great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the charming penthouse for three nights recently. The location is terrific, and our host was very responsive to any of our question. Plus, he was gracious enough to accommodate our early departure from a cruise ship so we could get into the apartment without wandering the streets with our bags. One caveat I would note is this: While the neighborhood is off the main drag and is generally quiet, we did find there was a certain amount of spillover from Bourbon later in the evening. Voices on and off throughout the nights made us turn to earplugs.

We have stayed in this condo (as well as the other condos located in the building) for about 3 or 4 years. We absolutely love the area, and the condo is great! You are close to anything and everything that you need. You are just steps away from the French Market, Frenchman's Street, Bourbon Street, and Royal Street. You are only about a five minute walk from Jackson's Square. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone, and Eric was super to work with. We will definitely stay again!

Everything was great and Eric was very responsive to questions and providing helpful tips to help us enjoy our trip. I would recommend adding another chair to the tv room for 3 or more occupants as the couch is a bit crowded for more than 2 people. Other than that, pretty great.

Perfect location, nice apartment, host was on it the whole trip. Only complaint is A/C in living room and one bedroom was feeble against August heat.

We throughly enjoyed our 5 days in the penthouse! Its location between the French Quarter and Frenchmen street is ideal for easy walking to all the art, food and music the area has to offer. Eric was great and very responsive to the few requests we had. Look no further, this is where you want to stay.
