Beautiful condo, view & location! We had an amazing time & would highly recommend it! Just be cautious when entering the ocean as there are a lot of hidden rocks. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars across the board is when we first arrived we noticed the WiFi password wasn’t listed, advertised beach chairs weren’t there & beach towels and bath towels were small & looked a bit worn out- we reached out to management & they got us the password for the WiFi right away and Curtis also made sure we had new bath towels, 2 beach chairs & 6 nice beach towels! Overall extremely pleased with how they handled it & our overall stay!

Enjoyed staying at your great condo. Very large and well equipped spaces-we had everything we needed and the place was just beautiful. There were only 2 drawbacks for us; first had nothing to do with the property itself, but the beach was disappointing to say the least. Crushed up shells instead of sand made it very difficult for us to walk. Number 2 was that the pools could have been open later than 7:30pm (…though the signs read they were open to 8pm). All-in-all though, a pleasant stay and definitely loved your space and attentiveness to our communication.

This unit took my breath away when I walked in. The high ceiling was very nice. Everything we could need was provided. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The decor was great. The kitchen was well equipped. Updated high toilets were appreciated. Large dining table with plenty of seating for our family. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for providing so many extras, like games, umbrella etc. I wish we would have had more notifications about the beach entrance closures. I can appreciate protecting the dunes but it seem this would have been in the planning for months but we were unaware until days before arriving.

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much. Don't let the rocks fool you at the beach. We had so much fun looking for animals in the small pools at low tide. Pool was fun and the kids enjoyed the splash pad. Such a family friendly place. Watched dolphins from the balcony. Can't wait to come back.

Our family had an incredible time in this spacious unit, which offered stunning views of both the beach and golf course. The fully stocked kitchen was a real blessing, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. The cleanliness of the unit was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay for all of us.
We were pleasantly surprised to find large TVs in each bedroom and the living room, providing entertainment options for everyone in our family. Whether we wanted to unwind in our private spaces or gather together for some quality family time, these TVs added an extra level of convenience and enjoyment.
The community properties surrounding the unit were well maintained, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the friendly nature of the other guests made our stay even more enjoyable. It's always a pleasure to connect with like-minded individuals and share in the experience of a wonderful vacation.
The only minor drawback we encountered was the presence of rocks on the beach. We wanted to note that if you or your kids plan to access the water, it's important to be cautious. However, this shouldn't overshadow the overall enjoyment we had during our stay.
Overall, we highly recommend this unit for a memorable family vacation. From the spaciousness and breathtaking views to the well-stocked kitchen and cleanliness, everything exceeded our expectations. We have always enjoyed coming to this gated community. It's not as crowded as some of the more popular Spring Break areas, although each year seems to be more & more people. Its nice to have an adult pool & kids pool. The grill by the pool is always a nice option. We've stayed at the condos & a couple houses & we have no complaints of either.

Loved the condo location where we stayed. Beautiful views of the gulf course and the ocean. So much fun watching the golfers too. This unit is dog friendly so our Westie was with us- he loved sitting out on the porch and looking out. Wonderful relaxing trip.

This property is on the top floor with an ocean view. Everything was as stated in the description, although the exposure was a little darker than imagined.
Management helped us with the multiple televisions, since each one had somewhat confusing directions.
Beach is walkable but rocky. Interesting at low tide.

Great week in Palm Coast!
The condo is amazing. Your drive in starts the experience. The neighborhood is breathtaking and when you arrive at the condo it does not disappoint. The place was spacious l, well maintained and the view! I loved seeing the water and the entertainment of the golfers effort to hit the green which is right off the deck. Great place! Highly recommend!

Amazing!!
This property exceeded our expectations! The property owners thought of everything with how well-stocked this gorgeous condo was. We are a family of 7, and while we stay at places that can “sleep 8” , it is rarely stocked for more than 4 people. This place had everything you could think of when it came to bedding and kitchen items. Plenty of dishes, glasses, plastic dishes for kids, all kitchen appliances, 2 air mattresses, plenty of towels and bedding, a good starter pack for laundry and kitchen cleaning. There was a high chair and a pack n play.
The view was incredible, the place was clean and beautiful, the entire community was quiet, beautiful, and dog-friendly. We would rate this place and stay 6 stars if that was an option :)

The beach is close to pristine and, speaking as a former native Floridian, one of the best in N. Fl. Palm Coast has a laid back lifestyle, which for perfectly for our need to relax.

We enjoyed our stay; Property is as described - view of golf course and ocean; easy walk to pool; everything is in the unit you could possible need. The unit was very clean and I would give it a 5 for cleanliness if the carpet didn't have pet spots. I feel sure the carpet was cleaned but it is unsettling to know there were that many spots the had to be cleaned.

This was our 7th trip to the St.Augustine/Palm Coast area and our 3rd stay in the condos at Cinnamon Beach. We love the area and have enjoyed every stay at Cinnamon Beach. This one was extra special because we brought our 2 dogs. Although this was a pet friendly condo, it was immaculate. We loved the ocean and golf course view. The accommodations were perfect for our family. The condo had everything we wanted and more. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Nice, big and airy, with soaring ceilings.
Beautiful penthouse view of ocean and the 8th fairway/green. Condo has most everything needed. Nice king bed in en suite master with a nice view and access to big balcony. Two other bedrooms are on the other end of unit. It’s unfortunate that the carpets are horribly pet-stained, and pet hairs are constantly forming tumbleweeds under furniture that roll across the hardwood in the main living areas. Would not recomment for anyone with animal allergies.

Beautiful Beach and such a beautifully maintained property!
This is a great condo for families especially with pets. There are carpet stains from previous guests, a good cleaning should solve that. Other that that it was perfect for us. Property manager Crystal was awesome! We had an issue with the refrigerator and she was on top of it and kept me in the loop regarding the repair. We didn’t have any interruption in our vacation. She is an asset to this property !!
