This is our 2nd time staying here! Great location and very dog friendly! We come in for the Overland Expo and stay a few days to specifically enjoy this home. Walk to every where in Old Town. Dog park just down the street, but this backyard is more than suitable for the pups to run around safely. All amenities are perfect for us and great coffee as well! We hope to be back for a 3rd visit.

We stayed here due to its proximity to the highschool and downtown and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and walking distance to everything, including the Sunday farmer's market. We would definitely stay again!

The listing is accurate. The check-in process was easy and we were welcomed with some snacks. The host was responsive, and has thought of everything making us feel right at home. They provided many plastic containers, a cooler and cold packs in the freezer that helped us pack a picnic lunch for our outings. That really made a difference for us especially when traveling with children. The kitchen was well stocked from cookware, bakeware to small appliances, basic spices and condiments. I liked the instant hot water dispenser. Maybe provide scissors. We enjoyed the hot tub, sitting out watching the flurries come down. The house was cozy, warm and inviting. It worked out very well for our family vacation. We would stay here again if visiting northern AZ.

We can’t say enough great things about this property. It was a perfect location to access all of our favorite downtown restaurants. The house was spotless clean, and simply adorable. We were in Flagstaff visiting our NAU student. We always bring our dog, because let’s be real, that’s who our son really wants to see! This house was perfect for our energetic dog. We always try to stay close to the dog park, but this house has such an amazing backyard that we didn’t even need to go to the dog park. The house is decorated just right…not cluttered, but not oddly empty. Everything we could possibly need was provided. We have stayed at several homes in Flagstaff ….this house, without a doubt, is our favorite. We will return for certain! Thank you for your hospitality and home! Made for the perfect Easter weekend with our son!

Great stay. It’s was perfect for three adults. Very comfortable and cozy. Nice sized kitchen and laundry room. Plenty of clean towels. It is close to some restaurants and shops. But a little further than we were willing to walk in inclimate weather. It’s was cold, cloudy and snowy during most of our time in Flagstaff

Excellent location, walked to everything, bars, dining, and shops. 25 min drive to Snowbowl. Off street parking and very convenient and well maintained hot tub in back yard that made the sore leg muscles feel better after a full day of skiing. House is well maintained, appliances and utensils are all usable and appropriate. We cooked some meals, used the stove, coffee maker, and toaster, all in good condition. Bedrooms get warm at night with doors closed, opened windows as owner suggested, worked well to maintain a cool sleep-able temperature. This is the only property I've ever rebooked and stayed at, won't hesitate to do so again.

We came up to Flagstaff to go snowboarding for the weekend just me and my husband. This place was absolutely perfect! Not only was the location amazing being so close to shops and restaurants but it is also close to Snowbowl. The hot tub after a long day on the slopes was topping on the cake!! Place was super clean, check-in and check-out was a breeze we can’t wait to come back!!

We love this place! This is our fifth year spending a week here in the winter with our dogs. The location is so perfect, central - close to downtown, the dog park, FUTS trails, etc. But also a short drive to many other wonderful hikes. The house itself is so comfortable and they continue to make improvements as needed. We especially love the big fenced yard for the dogs and the hot tub to soak in after hiking. We can't wait for next year's stay. Thanks to Mandi and the team who keep it sparkling clean and are always available if you need anything.

Great visit with our daughter at NAU and allowed us to bring our 2 dogs. Nice yard for fur balls to run around and explore.

This is the second time we stayed at this house and are already looking forward to coming back. The house is charming and in the perfect location. Plus the hosts are super nice and quick to respond. If you’re looking to ski in the winter or get away from the valley heat in the summer, I highly recommend staying here!

The house was fantastic. Had everything you would need/want and was a short a walk from downtown, parks, and the library. Had good kitchen equipment, was very clean, and also had a large backyard with hot tub. Would love to stay again.

Loved the location which is walking distance to downtown and lots of places to eat/shop. Close to a playground and Lowell Observatory at the end of the street. It was all one level and actually very baby friendly because we could close doors easily. Nice layout and open concept for eating and gathering. Loved the hot tub in the backyard!

Everything was great the Bungalow is warm clean and cozy the location is perfect. Our grandaughter goes to NAU we were close to her apt. so we walked everywhere. The kitchen had very nice cookware. Please don't forget us Tom and Linda Haren

We have booked this property three times to celebrate my hubby's birthday which happened to be on Dia del Los Muertos. We used to live in Flag and live coming back up in the fall. It is hard for us to travel with our five Cavaliers but this property makes it so easy. It is so fun to be able to share the beauty of both fenced front and back yards with them. The house is lovely, well appointed, and very comfortable. We cook a lot for ourselves while there, and they have pretty much all you'd need. The neighborhood is quiet and you can walk to downtown easily. The hosts have been very easy to work with and respond quickly. My only suggestion would be to include the info about check in etc in the body of an email vs as an attachment, as I could never get it to pull up. I don't travel with a computer and so couldn't try opening it that way. Wonderful trip - we will be back.

Overall, great experience. property is homey while still having plenty of room. Having a washer and dryer was great. we went home with clean laundry for a change.

This property and the surrounding neighborhood was like traveling back in time. The house was definitely well cared for and absolutely adorable. Windows, doors trim made it seem like we stepped back in time. Incredible property. Highly recommend and would definitely return

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this property with our dogs, walking everywhere, and relaxing in the hot tub at night. It had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Nice location and cute place! Everything was well maintained and easy to use. The beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Kitchen was stocked with basic spices and all the cookware you could need, and all the appliances were hi! The hot tub was perfect for cool nights!

Lovely home with open space. Comfortable beds and great closet space & dresser in queen bedroom. Excellent enclosed yards front and back for dog. Great kitchen space and big laundry room area. Easy walk to downtown and Thorpe Park. Loved our stay and would highly recommend this VRBO!
