Beautiful home inside and out! We enjoyed the comfortable areas we could gather together. The outdoor table and chairs on a deck were delightful! And we all had our own space in the bedrooms and baths!

Great location. Bedrooms are large and each with good size bathroom. Nice to have parking spot. Modern appliances although we did not have need to cook this trip.

This house is amazing. Each year we take our 3 kids and their friends to Savannah and this house is perfect. Great size kitchen for cooking meals, walking distance to River Street and a short drive to the beach. We love going each year and have stayed in this house the past 3.

This property was amazing! We stayed for three nights and never had to use our car once. Everything is within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the coffee shop on the corner. The house is perfect for a larger group. We all slept incredibly comfortably. There’s plenty of room in the main living space for everyone to be together. I highly recommend this house if you are planning a trip to Savannah!!

Amazing location- you can walk to everything in downtown Savannah! We had an issue with the master shower and main fence quickly came and fixed the issue for us for the rest of our stay. Everyone loved this place!

Location of house is great and house is very nice. The only reason I gave the check in process 4 stars was because we paid for early check in but the house was not ready and the cleaners were still there. Overall it was a great place to stay.

inside of property was fine, with minor issues like broken towel racks, broken chairs, no towel rack in main bath. The outside of the property was an eyesore and filthy, front and back porch as well as 2nd floor balcony had broken and rotting wood, looks like it hadn't been cleaned in years, and did not feel safe to stand on,

Had a great family stay at this beautiful three three-story home 🏠. Only a couple of blocks away from the river, and walking distance to the great sites of downtown Savannah Only one reserved parking spot, but paid parking in front on Congress is convenient. Would return again!

Highly recommend this property -- beautiful, immaculate home; great location! Within easy walking distance to everything, yet in a quiet neighborhood. High ceilings, lots of charm and completely updated. Wonderful space for family gatherings. Every bedroom has a dedicated bathroom plus half bath off the kitchen, which was perfect for us. It is even more beautiful in person than in photos.

We had the best time staying at this property for the weekend! It was me and eight other girls. The property was clean and perfect because it had a full bath in each room. We loved how close it was to the bars and restaurants! southernbelle also texted me throughout the stay to make sure everything was great! It was easy to text them if I had any questions or concerns. We will definitely be back!

We came here for my best friend's bachelorette party and it was the perfect space and location! We never had to walk more than 15 minutes to where we wanted to go and I'd recommend this VRBO to anyone.

We rented this house as a group of 9 for a bachelorette weekend and it was just as beautiful as the pictures made it seem. It is centrally located so that all the spots you want to hit are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great location and perfect space for a large group!

We loved our stay! The location was perfect to walk almost anywhere you want. The street that it’s on is quaint and historic and safe. Very close to River St and many restaurants are in walking distance. Check-in and out was easy and the house was well-stocked. There were a few things that need minor repair: towel bar in 3rd floor master is broken, balcony on 3rd floor is inaccessible, paint could use touching up. All in all, those things are very minor and we LOVED our stay here.

Pros We loved the location and the amount of space we had. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Walking distance to so many places. The home was clean and had what we needed. Cons- the emails they send are confusing and need to be vetted better. Some of the information is incorrect and I was honestly surprised considering it is company run. The beds in the larger rooms are horrible. Unless you enjoy sleeping in a ball in a very soft crater these mattress are not for you. Lastly The dishwasher doesn’t dry the dishes it could wash fine from what I could tell but forget getting a dry dish. Of course that’s not a huge deal at all just annoying. I should mention management messaged me on the first day and asked if all was ok I appreciated that. All in all we loved our stay and we’re very happy. I would definitely recommend as long as they switch out those mattresses.

The reservation process was a breeze. Every inquiry I had was answered promptly! The home is true to its Southern Charm! No details were left out. The location is perfect and easy to get to nearby shops, restaurants and the infamous River Street! I will be booking with Southern Belle Vacation Rentals in the future!

This house was perfect for our group of 12. There were a few visible signs of wear and tear, but overall an updated clean home. We were pleasantly pleased to realize two of the beds listed as queens were actually kings and the bedrooms were quite spacious. The hot water heater didn’t seem to work terribly well and the dishwasher smelled terrible and could use some attention. Overall, a great house and rental company!

This property is lovely. Close to amenities, walking distance to restaurants & river. It was beautiful inside. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, was well laid out. We enjoyed putting chairs out on the porch in the evening & having wine. We did have a couple of issues- we had very small ants in the kitchen & on the coffee table. We never had food onghe coffee table - it was an issue daily as there were quite a few & a nuisance. The shower curtain in the 3rd floor front bedroom fell on me twice. I could not get it to stay up, was a real pain. I would suggest a lovely set of couches or sectional would be really nice to relax& watch a movie instead the end of a long day. The chairs at the kitchen table could be nicer. The windows were not locked & for 5 women on a trip road city they were visiting was a little I uncomfortable. The locks aren’t great. The area, after spending time there, we felt was safe. Gas lights out front were so pretty. You have a great piece of real estate that just needs a little tweaking. These are small issues, but nonetheless could be easily remedied. Thank you- we really did have a wonderful trip.

House was spacious and well equipped. We were unaware that there was a third floor with bedrooms but we made it work. Nice to have a bathroom with hair dryers for each bedroom!

The location was perfect for this property and the house was perfect for a small group! We found everything was a quick 5-10 min walk and the house was super comfortable!
