Was a wonderful stay for us! Unfortunately we had a couple of issues with the house… First and foremost, the internet either did not work or was slow all week. The floor throughout the house is all marble tiles (I think) and we felt like it was a fall risk for some family members - the flooring is very hard and very slippery. Also, we felt like for the price the appliances and tvs were poor quality and the outdoor furniture was cheap and very uncomfortable. There was no shade around the pool and no outdoor umbrellas for use so using the pool wasn’t convenient at all. The owners were very responsive overall when we reached out to them and we had a wonderful trip anyway! Could of been a 5 star rating with minor upgrades! Thank you - loved south padre!

My family stayed here for my wedding in SPI. Check in process was so easy! Lyly was easy to reach and very professional. We absolutely loved this house, 3 days into our stay we booked for next year! This house is just a short walk to the board walk. The house is kept very cool and we were impressed at how stocked the kitchen was! It had everything we needed. The majority of our group are adults so it's nice to have a separate room with the bunk beds so kids can be bunked together. The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge! The beds are comfortable and king sized. The kids loved the pool and the backyard has plenty of seating. My favorite part of this house is the kitchen and living room. They are joined and opened, so when we were cooking and eating there is enough space for the whole group to be there together. The kitchen table and island have so much seating. Thank you Lyly for providing such a wonderful home for a special time in our lives!

Expectations exceeded, awesome spaces, abounding comfort, cleanliness throughout, friendly proprietor.

This place is perfect for a large family gathering. Plenty of space for meals and gatherings, great private pool to chill at, short walk to the beach and spacious bedrooms to rest in after a full day. LyLy was a great host and available with quick responses before during and after the visit. If you don’t have an awesome time at this place, it’s on you.

The house was great and the location was even better. The check in process was easy. The wifi was spotty in certain rooms and the description of some items was not accurate.

This house is everything we hoped it would be. Very spacious to accommodate each and every one of us. Cleanliness throughout the house. Fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. A short walk to the beach. The list is endless. We go often to SPI and we’ve rented many houses so we would know. We really enjoyed this house and made wonderful memories. Hope to be back soon!

19 of us stayed very comfortably at this house. It has plenty of space for family to congregate together, break bread together, swim in the pool & BBQ together, etc. We especially liked that the beach and grocery store are within a short walking distance. The owner was very kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back to stay at this property in the future.

The house was perfect. Great location to the beach and other attractions. The house was super spacious. We never felt crowded. The pool hot tub combo was a hit. The kids loved it. The kitchen was so large, perfect for our dinners and just hanging out. Communication with the owner was really easy and prompt!

Everyone enjoyed all the rooms and bathrooms for a large family gathering, able to stay in one house. Responsive communication with owner appreciated. Everything so clean, cool A/C both floors. All the tools needed to cook. Easy walk to beach, and no problem finding a place to set up shade covers.

Very comfortable.

We traveled with 7 couples for a 6 day stay! The house was AMAZING! Had more than enough room, location was perfect, and everything you could think of came included. Easy process! Pool and hot tub were perfect! *recommend bringing extra pillows, each bed only has 2

Very spacious and beautiful house!

We stayed here and there was plenty of room for everyone. One thing I would recommend is extra pillows they are very small and no extras that we could find. Other than that they had plenty of cooking utensils and the house was in perfect shape.

The location of the property was great! You were in walking distance of the beach and down town activities! The house was clean and contained essential items for cooking.

This home is absolutely as represented. My husband and I, our five adult “kids” and their families stayed for a week. The owner and property manager were very responsive to our needs and responded immediately with any requests or questions we had. I would only suggest some end tables and ottomans in the living room. Great house, pool, and supplies.

Location was good and overall comfort and space of unit was very good. Pool was clean and also cleaned during our stay, Jacuzzi was hot, all in all enjoyable stay. Concerns: unit needed a "deep clean", we had to clean all the outdoor furniture before using, we had to clean 3 dining chairs which had stains, the vents detracted from the unit as they dirty and needed pain and in full view, the air conditioner worked but it needed to be washed out so it could function more efficiently and save operating cost. The unit could use at least 2 chairs in the un-suites and some table or TV trays in the living room. We called to ask for enough towels and they brought them, but we asked for batteries twice or the remote and they never arrived so we bought some. We would probably rent this unit again would ask about these concerns, I have a background in travel and always appreciate those who take pride in ownership and keep the units maintained.

Went here with a group of friends and had a blast! Great location! Easy to get to beach and bars. Neighbors were so friendly and the house was better than expected! If we come back to SPI, we would stay here again!

There were 16 of us in this house for a week. There was plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely rent this house again.

The house was spacious, plents y of room for our group of 12. Very close to the beach.

This property is in a good location. Close to the beach and restaurants and bars. Property management staff was very nice and responsive to our asks.
