We had a great time at "The View"! Host was very informative and helpful with all of our needs. Our son was graduating from UT Knoxville and we thought it would be a great idea to stay out of town! The commute to Knoxville was about 50 min. to an hour but filled with beautiful scenery on the way there and back. The home was wonderful and included everything we needed to have family time together. The kitchen setup is great and we even cooked a big dinner one night instead of opting for a restaurant. We would definitely come stay again and appreciate the hospitality most of all!

The stairs were a little challenging but overall good

2 night getaway for moms/ Hiking, shopping and socializing. Great kitchen and family room set up for spending time together. Beautifully furnished and well maintained. Circular staircase a bit tight but doable for us. Would stay there again!

Very good to relate we have rain but we don’t let it stop us so if you never done anything like this before, I recommend you doing it and have a blast while you’re doing it, live life to the fullest

Our two daughters famiies imcluding 5 littles under 10 yrs old spent most of a week in this perfectly appointed home! Kids loved the gaming device and the owner himself brought us new TV when the main one broke! We spent every possible moment on the deck enjoying the view and the hot tub was great for relaxing. Each family having their own room and bathroom with bunks and beds for kids was just perfect! Highly recommend!

4 Sr. We’re here for a Bridge tournament. Only issue was we were unaware the kitchen was upstairs. Location & accommodations was great.

Over all great just helpful ideals the scissors didn’t count butter and there were no spatulas and ran close to running out of toilet paper but would diffently recommend to friends thank u

We had the absolute best time! We had a cheer competition for the weekend so decided to go the cabin route instead of a hotel. Great location! We had a great time walking the main G-burg strip from wine tastings to eating the biggest corn dog at Fanny Farkle’s! We did pizza one night at Big Daddy’s and it was yum! We grilled out the second night and couldn’t asked for a better stocked kitchen!! The host thought of everything. We also loved Anakeesta-so much to do and kept both the kids and adults entertained for a 3-4 hours! As far as cleanliness, it was the most comfortable I have felt in a home other than my own. I usually regret not brining my own towels bc they gross me out, but these were so clean and fresh!! I also usually feel the need to wear socks and/or shoes around the house but didn’t feel the need this time and was okay with just my bare feet! That’s saying a lot!! Highly recommend this cabin for large families, as it accommodated 3 of our families, each with our own bath!

This is a beautiful, spacious cabin. Host is very good with communication. Close to Gatlinburg downtown. I highly recommend for a large group (we had 3 families, total of 8). Grocery store & gas right down the road. The stairs are a bit tricky, we used the outside steps for the older folks. Overall a wonderful stay!

The house was perfect for 6 adults!

The View is a well-appointed cabin high up one of Gatlinburg’s many peaks (quite a climb if you’re walking or running). The beds are super comfortable, and the linens elegant. Kitchen has everything needed including some starter food items. The teens really enjoyed the hot tub while the adults made dinner on full-sized gas grill. Really efficient use of space. Owner is a great guy and really helpful and communicative. Highly recommend.

Myself , spouse , daughter , son in law and grandaughter went to Gatlinburg . We wanted to ski and tube ! It was extremely cold and called for snow and the weather accomadated ! Woke up to 2-3 inches of snow ! S mores by the fire , snow angels snow ball fight , tubing , sking ! Great accomadations Charles was a delight Thank you so much for a great trip

We came and stayed at the View for 5 days. We enjoyed the beautiful cabin, it was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed Ober mountain, Anakeesta and all the shops and the restaurants in Gatlinburg. We can’t wait to come back next year.

We had 3 couples and three teenagers. It couldn’t have been a more perfect cabin. Location was phenomenal. Beds were outstanding. The hot tub was a nice reprieve after skiing all day. Food City is extremely close and has everything you need food wise. Will definitely return.

We really enjoyed staying at this cabin! Everything is high quality and well thought out. We frequent the gatlinburg area and always use VRBO and this was by far the best cabin we’ve stayed in for the following reasons: Cleanliness, stocked kitchen, amenities, proximity of attractions/grocery etc., clean hot tub. We would definitely come back.

A beautiful mountain retreat with gorgeous morning views. The gas fire place was a hit after we drove 15 hours from Tampa, but definitely worth the drive. The cabin was cozy, welcoming, and very comfortable. Food Lion was such a pleasant surprise! Deli, bakery and fresh foods. Downtown Gaitlinburg was extremely crowed, but to be expected during Thanksgiving week. Overall, the cabin met our needs as a family of 7. It was perfect. Places we visted: Ripley's Aquarium, hiked 10 miles in the Sugarlands Trails and Smokey Mountain Knife Works.

Great cabin! Great location ! Perfect for our family of 10 ! Very clean! Great deck! The ONLY thing was the spiral stairs going upstairs; but I have knee problems and it was just a problem for me only. Hauling groceries upstairs was not a big issue it’s just that it takes a while to get up there with the amount we had! Overall we would stay again!!

The cabin was spotless from top to bottom. No wants or needs. Great location. We had six adults and a nine and twelve year old. Plenty of room. Hot tub was a nice addition. Would definitely stay here again

This was the perfect home for 3 families!!! It was close to everything with great views...without going all the way up the mountain. The house had everything we needed...Perfect for little kids...3 en suite bedrooms!!! We could not have asked for a better home. If you are looking Charlie (the owner) has 2 homes on this road and we have stayed at both...They are amazing homes and the owners are spectacular. I can't give this home and host a better rating...JUST AMAZING

Everything was awesome. The entire stay was perfect we all loved it.

My family which included myself, my husband, and our children (aged 9 and 12) and our two friends who are adults drove all the way from Rhode Island to stay here. The Smokey Mountains was always on the bucket list and this home was perfect for us! The location was great too. Avoid the Gatlinburg traffic on the weekend, but allowed us to go to Pigeon Forge (Dollywood and the Island for shopping!). We did go to Gatlinburg to go to Anakeesta which was so easy from the house. The stocked kitchen was a great help! The beds were comfy. I like how each bedroom had their own bathroom. The hot tub was a nice addition and the upper deck was a great place to have our morning coffee. Highly recommend this property!!

The cabin was great. Except for the staircase. If you have a toddler it’s not ideal. But there is a good gate at the top. The stairs was our only issue.

The property was great. The spiral staircase a bit tricky, but a beautiful home and well maintained. Very comfortable with beautiful views. Everything was marked with directions and how to use which was extremely helpful :) The fees for this property were high. Purchase of an insurance policy and exorbitant pet fees. I would absolutely recommend this property but make sure you read the agreement before you reserve this property

Everything in the description was exactly as described. The thing that sets this place apart is the attention to detail. There are so many amenities that are provided which is not typical for most rentals. If you forgot something for the kitchen, no need to worry, it is provided. Completely impressed with our stay!

All I can say is, this was a dream vacation in the woods!! House was awesome! It is conveniently located near so many things! A short drive to gatlinburg and pigeon forge and much much more! I would recommend this place to anyone. Beautiful house! Loved having the washer and dryer and the kitchen!! Will def be coming back!!

Great property, great host. We really felt at home. The pride of ownership was very apparant in the tasteful decorations. We had everything we needed to make the stay one of our best ever. The amenities were numerous and thoughtful, wish could have enjoyed them longer. The location offered incredible access to groceries and gas. And the drive into Gatlinburg was a cinch. Highly, highly recommended.

The house was a great place to stay, very well laid out, the kitchen/family room was great for everyone to be together. Charles was fantastic to deal with and he made sure that everything went smooth. I would highly recommend his house for vacation Larry / Cheryl and family
