The water pressure was an issue. If someone was using the washer or in a bathroom, the kitchen sink water pressure was horrible. Also - the Keurig coffee machine was unusable and must be deep cleaned. I opened it up and there was a live bug moving around. Thankfully there was a drip coffee maker which worked great The neighbors and the lake were peaceful. It was a great location even though it was by the public landing site. The sand pit was a hit with the little ones! Overall it was a nice cabin for a larger group.

My husband and I along with our adult son stayed for 3 nites. This cabin was perfect for us…a great space, fabulous porch to watch the lake and play games, comfy beds and quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Great location to restaurants, golfing, as well as Gull Lake. Loved the early check in!

We had a group of 8 guys stay for 3 days for our annual Brainerd golf weekend. This place worked out perfect. Location was great (near lots of the courses). It was nice relaxing on the patio looking at the lake each night! We will definitely stay again!

Property very roomy and very clean. Even though it was a rather rainy, damp weekend, we enjoyed spending time in the cozy cabin/lake home. The beds were very comfortable! Cabin was very well stocked. My five sisters and I enjoyed the weekend, and would definitely consider staying here again.

Top to bottom overall great experience. Very nice little sandy beach spot and cozy cabin feel. Nice firepit off the lake. Very well kept property inside. If anything to improve maybe being able to clear out a few more weeds. Other than that just excellent across the board.

We had a large group stay at this house over Labor Day weekend. It was a nice quiet location, clean house with easy check-in/checkout and we loves the kayaks and other amenities.

The property met our expectations. Comfortable, clean, close to lake, ample parking. Only minor concern, the bedrooms were a little warm for sleeping. The temps were in the 90’s most days.

Beautiful lake views. Perfect for watching fireworks or relaxing with the sunset.

The cabin was very accommodating, spacious, and clean. We had everything we needed and the setting was lovely. We also loved the location being a short drive from several different attractions, a state park, and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. And we loved having a canoe and kayaks available to further enjoy and explore the beautiful lake. It was a great week!

Charming older lake-front property that has clearly been updated throughout. Close enough to town for a quick trip in for forgotten things, but far enough out to feel the tranquility.

I rented this cabin as a mid winter family weekend away Christmas gift for my wife. It was perfect, we spent the time relaxing, playing games, hanging out, and enjoying each other’s company. We would definitely rent this again any time any season.

We were a group of 5 women and all of us commented on how clean the home was. Especially the bathroom. Plenty of space for us too!

We had trouble on how to turn on the TV one phone call and the owner was there in less than 15 minutes. Plenty of places to gather inside and out. Get location.

Overall the house had what we needed and was close to major attractions. The important things were clean (beds, floors, bathrooms, kitchen), however fans and light fixtures needed a good cleaning. The biggest disappointment was that the lake was too weedy to swim in (the kayaks and canoe were great though!).

We had a great time with our friends and teen children at this property. We enjoyed tubing and anchoring at a deep swimming hole, and kayaked as well. The small beach is shallow and well kept. The cabin is well stocked and comfortable. The lower level room was just perfect for the teens! The swings by the fire pit were a favorie place to sit and watch the lake, and the outdoor patio table was perfect for meals outside. We loved the screen porch in the mornings for coffee. The owner and manager were available and extremely helpful as we had to unexpectedly check out earlier than planned. They truly went above and beyond! We would definitely recommend this rental and would love to stay again in the future.
