the location and the water park

the rooms weren’t very clean. The Kleenex container was completely empty. Only 1 roll of toilet paper. Floors weren’t vacuumed.

I loved the kids area inside the water park and the arcade!

The room was a little out dated and the jets on the hot tub didn't work any of the 3 days we were there, huge bummer.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean

People in the next room were young and kept talking until like midnight

The chlorine in the pool was so strong it made everyone cough alot.

Adult hot tub and snack bar with hot food options.

Breakfast was very limited and they ran out of some stuff 30 minutes before it ended. Given the number of families, I would have expected more kid friendly options. Ended up running out to pick up breakfast.

my family and I loved the helpful staff, amazing waterpark, great breakfast and the room with the bunk bed was nice for kids and adults to have more privacy was great will definitly go back.

waterpark was closed certain times of the day. kinda high priced.

The water park is great!! lots of fun for all ages. staff is very friendly and efficient.

They had multiple amenities for kids and the breakfast was great. The rooms were very clean and smelled nice.

Chlorine levels were too high. My child broke out with a rash after 4 hours in the water park. The air quality in the water park was not good at all either. I noticed the worst of it when you were in the middle of the park. If you stayed in the outer areas for seating you could breathe and not have it irritated your eyes. I think if they lower the chlorine levels and have better ventilation then it would be more enjoyable to be in there.

My granddaughter hit her head on the TV stand in the room with the bunk beds! When we told staff they said ya they were aware of the problem! There was also a nail sticking out of the floor that one of us could have stepped on and got seriously injured!

Waterpark is great, nice location on the edge of town, rooms were nice and breakfast was good with different options offered.

We thought the air temp in the waterpark was a little cool.

Friendly staff very clean rooms. The Waterpark was always clean. The staff at the laser tag place was very great. Hot breakfast was really good for a hotel! Like real good!

Ummm... The pancake machine was broken for breakfast :(

Waterpark and friendliness of staff

We had a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke and felt so damp that nothing would dry.

The room was very nice they made sure to give us a main floor room

Did not know it had a water park not in the description. Breakfast was ok but not to the lm level I had received from other hotels

All staff members were very friendly and accommodating

Could use more elevators
