Condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Ground floor with views of the beach and gulf. Just outside your patio door is the wonderful pool area, and just steps to the tiki bar, beach and puppy park! This was the perfect location for our visit. Enjoyed sitting on the patio with my pup and cup of coffee in the morning listening to the waves roll in. 😊

Great location. The resort is in a great location and the room itself it exactly as described. We loved the ability to walk out to the pool and beach with ease since we have a one year old and five year old.

I made this trip to fulfill my final promise to my wife that passed in December. She truly loved PCB, and the many many times we visited, and vacationed there, she always said I wish I could stay here forever. Well she got her wish, as I spread her ashes there. I will never disclose the location, but it is where she wanted to be. She isn't alone, as the ashes of our first dog is with her. It was quite a somber affair, but was surrounded by family, and our two current dogs. Thank you again for this opportunity, and being able to fulfill my wife's dying wish. Promise fulfilled D.

Since this condo is on the first floor not only do you have a wonderful view, but it is so easy to unload and load your vehicle. There was four of us and a dog so we had a lot of stuff and it was great…no elevator to wait for! The condo is clean and comfortable. You literally walk out from the patio and there’s the pool and beach access. The complex is clean and the staff is constantly cleaning the common areas. Lynn is great to work with and is respons

This has been the best place we have ever stayed! It was so clean & the location you couldn’t ask for better! Lynn was such a pleasure to rent from! She is top notch and attentive to every detail in the room & also making sure we got to our room ok… We were also welcomed with bubbles which made us smile knowing they were just for us!… Upon check out we even received a bag of shells attached to our door… We will definitely be back! The weather was a bit chilly, no fault of the owner of course as Lynn is a lovely host. If the pool were heated it would have been nicer, but the stay was very enjoyable. Loved the porch and the view of the ocean. The Tiki Bar was just outside our unit and to the left. You must check out the wooden deck at the end of the Tiki Bar overlooking the ocean for your morning coffee. It's beautiful and chairs are provided. The facility is lovely, well decorated and fully furnished with everything you need. More than comfortable and homey for our family of 3. We do have a service dog and that was a bit of an issue even with us providing all her documents, we were approached a lot for having her on the beach and still charged a $100 pet fee. That I would say was my only disappointment. If you want sleep in the front bedroom don't stay during bike week, lol.....They ran the roads until after 3 in the morning. Thank you Lynn, we will be back. I highly recommend renting from Lynn! :-)

Great stay! Being ground level with kids is very convenient. Lots of beach stuff included with rental no need to bring anything. Close to everything. Lynn is super nice and responds fast.

The location & beach were great. Lynn was very easy to work & communicate with. The listing states it sleeps 8 however it's really only 6 possibly 7. We really only counted 6 since the 7th would have to sleep on the reclining couch which was found to not really count as sleeping. If there was an air mattress available that would’ve been hopeful.

Perfect for having to go back to the room to change and get breaks out of sun.

Property was clean and well maintained. Everything worked perfectly. So far this is the best condo at grand panama that we have stayed in! Will definitely be booking with lynn again in the future! Staying on the ground floor made is so convenient for kids and having our small dogs!

Nice condo. Nice grounds and beach

This condo was clean and location was awesome. Front desk was closed due to holidays and security guard was there to help people checking in. I know it was off season but wish we were notified that the crew were working outside during the entire stay. Pressure washer noice was ridiculously loud and we couldn’t sit on the porch at all. Overall, kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and picking up the shells on the beach.

My husband, fur baby and I had a relaxing Thanksgiving week at the beach. This unit was very clean and convenient for our dog. It was nice having this unit on the ground level to take our dog out. It was also nice to be able to have quick access to the beach directly from the big patio area. The only concern I have is not about the unit, but rather the Grand Panama is that there are many cats that roam around and come up on the patio units. But, I highly recommend staying at this unit. Lynn was very easy to work with and very friendly and organized!

Lynn was amazing! Our room was very clean and was just as pictures showed. She even went out of her way and filled the sky with bubbles for my kids! The things that were out of her control did put a damper on my stay. The pool/hot tub that was right outside of my room was closed the whole time I was there. I rented this room with the point of my room being easily accessible to the pool. So instead we used the roof top pool until it closed as well! On top of that maintenance was being done on the building so it made us unable to go out the front doors. Which was also an inconvenience. We had a wonderful trip and made the best of everything but there was absolutely some disappointments with the property. Even with those things going wrong I would absolutely book with Lynn again!

We stayed on the first floor, no elevators or wait time. Only a few steps to the pool, ocean and Tiki bar. Our trip was just relaxing and a beautiful place to stay.

convenient to everything

Overall impression was good. The intent for our stay was to be close to the beach and pool which this unit was both. The only downside to our stay was that it was Bike Week and the front bedroom to this unit is next to the highway and during the days we were there the motorcycles were obviously continuous.

This condo was perfect! Very clean and had everything you might need! Walk right out to the pool and hot tub. Beach was only steps away! Patio was perfect for lounging in the morning and evening. Check in was easy and fast. I will definitely be staying here again!
