Great house for a family gathering. Beautiful sunset views. Pool was very nice, but we did wish there was a bathroom downstairs. Easy walk across the street to the beach and there were lots of beach toys for the kids. We had a very nice week.

We had a very nice stay at Aloha Baby with a mixture of adults and children. We found the house to match the description on the website. Property management company was extremely responsive to any requests or questions. We rented the golf cart which was also very convenient and fun for morning trips for coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

Aloha Baby is perfect getaway for an extended family vacation
Aloha Baby exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect, with fabulous views of the Gulf and a short distance from restaurants. We rented the golf cart that came with the house, which we enjoyed. Our group included grandparents, adults, teens, and older children. Everyone loved it. We had plenty to do between the beach, the pool, the ping pong table, the movie room, and the pool table. Our kids walked to the ice cream store. We Knew within the first day that we want to return. Our favorite activities were hanging out on the two balconies. We have already reserved it again for next year. Reserve Aloha Baby -- you will not be disappointed.

Great place, steps from beach a minute from town
Everything is as it appears. Golf cart made trips into downtown quick. Put boat at Marina down the street, couldn't have been more convenient. Pool very nice. Elevator came in handy.

Great location from the beach!
This property was just 1 minute from the beach. The pool was great to relax in after a day at the beach. The bunk room was a perfect room for my boys and their cousins. We were able to walk everywhere. Another successful trip in the books!

Great family getaway
Loved uncrowded beaches and sunset views. So many dolphins! House was clean and ready for us to relax. Pool time was very enjoyable. Loved having activities inside like pool and ping pong.

Awesome sunsets over the gulf
The place was amazing, pool was great, swimming in the gulf was exceptional, theater room was over the top. We loved it. 7 of us women friends from all over the States came together for our 27th annual gathering. We spent a lot of cash but it was well worth it.

Perfect Location
Communication was excellent! Location is excellent! Home is great but could use some updating. Pool was used daily but could use a good cleaning. Pool company came as we were leaving; all he did was add chemicals and left. We had a great family vacation!

Beautiful property
This home is wonderful. All of the furnishings and decor are high end and lovely. The house is well appointed, roomy and was exceedingly clean. There were only five of us in the house but even with a full house, you would have plenty of space. We enjoyed the theater room, pool table and outdoor space.
Being close to the beach was wonderful and I could live in the master suite forever.
The pictures are completely accurate and the “ extras” made the vacation easy….great beach chairs, beach wagon, pool floats, beach towels were all in great condition.
We had access to the golf cart which was a fun experience.

Was very pleased with every aspect of our dealings with Kingfisher. From the time we booked till checkout time. Especially impressed with their response time when we requested help securing outdoor furniture with the approach of tropical storm/hurricane Elsa! Would definitely rent through them again. House was fantastic as shown in photos.

We enjoyed the home, the pool and the beach. We had plenty of space for everyone! The island was beautiful and so relaxing. The people were nice. The restaurant’s and the food - all great!

Just amazing
Steps from the beach, tons of room, and plenty of restaurants - what else could you need. Property manager was extremely attentive and was helpful if anything came up. Very impressive from what I have experienced in the past. Can’t wait for next year!!

Dream location
Aloha Baby was great. The house was super clean and perfectly ready when we arrived. Everything in the house worked and was exactly as represented online. We had to call the management team about an issue that came up and they responded quickly to address our issue. Overall we had a great time and can't wait to go back!

Family Get Away
We had 9 adults and infant twins stay at this beautiful property and loved every minute of it! House is perfect location , close to beach, shopping and restaurants!! This house has it all from gorgeous pool/hot tub, bikes, golf cart, beach chairs, etc! You need to buy nothing!!! Sunsets are surreal, definitely booking again!! Kingfishers made our stay easy and was very efficient with our needs. Cannot thank them enough!! You can’t go wrong booking this property!! More than we expected!!

Aloha baby was a success!
We celebrated our mother’s 60th birthday at the aloha baby for a week in February. The weather was beautiful. We loved the location. The pool/hot tub were heated and worked seamlessly. There were 5 bikes, blow ups for the pool, 8+ beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, coolers and just about anything else you can imagine for a fun day outside. We enjoyed the theater and pool table at night. Property manager was extremely quick at responding to questions or problems we had. Would definitely return!

Perfect Spot, Top Notch Communication
The property is perfectly situated, away from the crowded areas and a short walk from the beach. The swimming pool, movie room, and ping pong/pool table were nice to have on the non-beach days. We visited from out of state during COVID restrictions, and the property manager was prompt with updates as the visitor restrictions were changing in FL. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for our big group!
We had such a great time at Aloha Baby! The house was perfect and had everything we needed! Plenty of chairs and items for the beach, easy access to the beach (right across the street!), pool/outside area open and fun for the kids and adults, enough room in the house for everyone to have their own space! The rental company was great to work with, responded quickly and checked in via email when we arrived. We would definitely book this house again!

Lovely, Perfect Captiva home!
Just spent a delightful week at Aloha Baby with four couples...Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom - and the gathering spaces fit our needs so well! After various outdoor athletic pursuits or boating or beaching/reading- we ended everyday with sunset cocktails on the deck off the master bedroom—truly awesome view! We grilled fish ( swordfish from Jerry’’s was the best) or steaks most nights for dinner. Loved this house!

Closest thing to heaven
Aloha baby filled all our needs and beyond. Aside from the weather not a 100% it made our stay easier since the house was equipped for things to do when the weather doesn’t always cooperate.
The few issues we had were taken care of in a timely manner by the property manager.

Family get away
This property was absolutely fantastic. The grandkids had a great time enjoying the pool and collecting shells on the beach. The space in the house was perfect for a family of 12. We did have a slight issue with one of the showers backing up but after one email the problem was solved the next morning. Very impressed with John and Frank who want above and beyond. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Beautiful home!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Aloha baby to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary! This place has everything you could ever want or need! We spent a lot of time by the pool and at the beach (which is directly across the street.)
Kingfisher provides bike and beach supplies such as chair and umbrellas, as well as a wagon to help you get it all there.
The sunsets were amazing from the master bedroom balcony!
We would recommend this place to anyone!

To say this was a great place to stay is an understatement! If you have the means, jump in and go for it!
The location, the house, the amenities are all fabulous. To see the sunset from the bedroom balcony while having a glass of wine, was amazing! The access to the beach, and general privacy of the location made the experience that much better.
We didn't have to worry about anything except bringing our food and a swim suit!

Amazing Family Vacation
Aloha Baby was everything we imagined and more! We celebrated our parents’ 70th Birthdays at Aloha Baby. It was a perfect size for a family of 10. We loved watching the sunset from the top floor. We watched movies in the theater room. The walk across the street to the beach was easy and they have a wagon for you to bring chairs and towels, etc. The golf cart was a blast and we even rented a 6 person one for a few days from a company down the street. Make sure to bring bug spray for the noseeums.

Property had every aspect needed for a multi family vacation. Great beach access, close to the village, and a beautiful pool. Spacious rooms with every convenience. This is the house for a three generation gathering. A tremendous week with everyone desiring to stay year round!
