Nice, clean home with private fenced in backyard. Neil & Paula are always responsive and wonderful hosts. Would gladly stay at any of their properties.

We really enjoyed our stay at this super clean, super comfortable home. The owners are very kind and were attentive to our needs. We didn't need much really though as the home had everything. We really enjoyed our recent stay at the cape! Paula was very accommodating and helpful when we needed some additional kitchen supplies. House was clean and we really liked the backyard and outdoor shower!

We loved our stay at Paula and Neil’s cape house…super clean and modern with all the necessary furnishings. The location is perfect being only a few minutes from Craigville Beach and Four Seas Ice Cream, and just 10-15 minutes from Main Street in Hyannis. Our hosts were very attentive to any needs we had (not many!). Our dog loved the fenced in backyard and our daughters and their friends made lots of use of the wifi and ROKU. Neil was great to work with. The property was nice and clean. There were lots of things to see and do within reasonable driving distance. Some great local restaurants. It was fun to ride our bikes down for ice cream or to the beach. It was a relaxing week in Cape Cod.

Our family and dog had a wonderful time staying in Paula and Neil's beautiful rental home! It was very clean, spacious and just as described. The owners are absolutely lovely and were very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be returning next summer. Highly recommend!

We’re road tripping and finding places to stay along the way and Ed’s place was perfect! So close to everything, and the house was clean and comfortable. Ed is also very responsive, we definitely want to stay again some time in the future!

Loved this trip to the Cape. This town is quintessential New England charm with the beauty of the beach. Property has all the comforts of home with the beach close by and great restaurants. We enjoyed Craigville Beach, Four Seas Ice Cream, great food in Centerville and Hyannis. Pain D’Avignon was my fav. We made a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard which is a close ferry ride from the house. Ed’s a great host and we hope to be back again soon.

House was perfect for our family of 7. Plenty of room to move about. The fenced in yard was great for kids and our pups. House well stocked and very clean. We felt very comfortable staying there. Ed was great to work with. Thank you!

Great place to stay ! It’s like the host thought of everything before you even knew you needed it ...lol It’s a very clean , super convenient and efficient place . The fenced in yard is equipped with very nice outdoor furniture , webster grill and plenty of grass for your fourlegged companion . The location is perfect too, close to everything! The beach is just a short walk away . There is a hidden “gem” right behind the property ... a cranberry bog ! It makes a wonderful Fall destination with leaves changing colors and cranberry being harvested. It’s amazing to see this ! The host is wonderful too 😊� always there to make your stay perfect ! We’re very lucky to found this home away from home . Love it ! Highly recommend it .

This is our fourth stay at this home. It is everything the listing says it is. It is well cared for and Ed is easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this rental.
