Sanibel is a magical place, and the condo was beautiful. This was the most well-stocked condo in which we've ever stayed. Not only was the kitchen amazing, but there were plenty of beach items as well. Communication with Al was easy.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean. The view from the lanai was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the tools we could possibly need. The property had a nice pool and was very pretty and well kept. I would definitely recommend this condo to other adults or a small family!!

I cannot say enough great things about this condo. The fabulous view from our 3rd story balcony of E36 was no exaggeration at all! We were here from Jan 1-Jan 8th, 2022. All of the grounds are well manicured, beautiful and just restful. The whole condo was very well equipped from a kitchen that lacked nothing, to all the beach 'stuff' at our disposal. We had plenty of chairs we could have taken to the beach (I think there were at least 6), plenty of beach towels, beach umbrella, buckets and nets, etc. Seriously--we wanted for nothing! These are indeed older units as you can tell from the small in size elevators and a feel of the main level outdoor area that leads to the walkway, but that's where it ends. It has been very nicely updated, very clean and just a fabulous place! The owner, Al, who does not live on site, could not have been more hands on and helpful with phone calls, texting, etc. We definantly give this place and the owner 5 stars without any hesitation....AT ALL. Hope to go back next yeaer!

My husband, 2 daughters (20,17) and i had a wonderful stay! It was our 1st, but certainly not our last time in sanibel! We can’t say enough about how amazing E36 was!! They thought of everything! The view was spectacular! The condo, perfect! Flying in, we were worried about what we would have to go out and get. Turns out, nothing! Well, food and drinks- that’s about it!! Anything you could think of for the beach- they had!!! Chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers, boogie boards, buckets, shovels, frisbee & more! Literally everything! The condo was immaculate! So spacious! Tastefully decorated! Location-perfect! Steps from the beach! Pool & hot tub were a perfect break from the sand! Property owner, Al, was so easy to work with! There was new roofing being put on a few of other condos, Al had warned us before signing. I honestly didn’t hear! The only thing any of us had bad to say about the entire stay- the no-see-ums!! The bugs! They come out at night & you literally don’t see them! ;) We brought spray- after a facebook group warned us! It wasn’t bad until end of stay- it’s not just this condo (outside only) it’s the entire island! Lol so really no complaints!! We will be back!!!! And we will stay at E36 again! (Stop at Joe’s custard!!! Go Bills!)

Positive experience. Owner answered all questions timely. Condo was just as described and very clean! The view of the beach was amazing and easy to access! Everything from linens and kitchen items to beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys were on hand. The area is family oriented, quiet, and overall a beautiful area!

We loved this condo and everything about it. We had everything we needed plus much more. We are pretty picky and all 4 of us said it was one of our all time favorite vacations. The owner and property manager were wonderful and so responsive! If you are on the fence, choose this one. You won’t be sorry!!

Perfect location and steps from the beach- ideal for a relaxing vacation! Condo was stocked with anything and everything you would need for the beach and to cook/prepare a meal for your family. Felt so much at home, the owner is fantastic, cannot wait to return to Sanibel next year!!!

We had a wonderful time on Sanibel island. We biked threw nature preserves, to the grocery store and happy hours at Timber’s... shout out to bartender Johnny for making happy hours great! The condo was lovely with the best views of the ocean. We loved having breakfast on the balcony. We grilled 2 nights, had takeout one night and ate at Doc Fords and Traders. Both restaurants were awesome. At Doc Fords we met Randy Wayne, author of a series of books my husband read about Sanibel island and southern Florida. Randy, signed a book and chatted with us at the bar. Pretty cool!The resort the condo is located in was awesome too. We played pickle ball, shuffleboard and Cornhole on the beach. The beach chairs from the condo were great and worked well. The condo is literally a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful as are the sunsets at night.We are returning to Sanibel next year!!!!

It was a great vacation an a very nice unit E36. The only suggestion we have is the carpet needs cleaning or replacing. We enjoyed shelling an all the nice restaurants and perfect weather.

I wouldn't have normally chosen a large property like Pointe Santo, but I found it to be perfect for us. The buildings are so quiet! We never heard a peep out of our neighbors. The condo is beautifully updated and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, wonderful screened porch. It was a great stay and we will definitely return. I also liked this location on the island - in the past we've stayed closer to the causeway and here we had excellent access to the restaurants. We ordered from Bailey's and grocery delivery was seamless.

This third floor beachfront condo was very comfortable with great amenities and was clean. We did a fair amount of cooking due to the pandemic but also ate out a couple times. Tried an upper floor to be less buggy (no-see-ums), which it was. Only negatives were that I found the beach towels in the washer needing to be dried, needed Jim to help with the TV-DVD setup, and some of the puzzles are in sad shape with a lot of missing pieces. But these had almost no effect on our enjoyment-- plenty of great shells as usual.

Great unit. Loved the beach front location and view. Owner went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Condo complex is maintained extremely well. I would definitely rent this unit again!

My family and I had a wonderful time in condo E36 at Pointe Santo. I could spend the rest of my life on the Lani looking out to the sea. This condo is oceanfront, nothing between your view and the beach. The condo itself was in beautiful condition, clean, had everything you could use both inside and on the beach. Oh! That is except Boogie Boards, my kids wanted me to mention that so perhaps next time? Al is a responsive and completely accessible host. We hope to return! The Biernacki s

Unit E36 is in the perfect location—-beachfront and up high enough to get a great view of the beach and the Gulf. Nicely equipped kitchen. Lots of options for in-condo entertainment in case of rain, which, fortunately, did not occur, in spite of the weather forecast! We had some issues with unlocking the door when we arrived, but the local property manager was able to quickly help us out, and Al, the owner, followed up with a couple of phone calls to make sure everything was okay with us. Really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return to Pointe Santo and Unit E36 in the future. Oh, and Al was also very understanding and cooperative through our hesitation to finalize our booking due to the pandemic. He even gave us an extra month beyond the deadline to decide.

A very nicely appointed condo with updated appliances and fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The view is perfect, right on the gulf side perfect for having morning breakfast and evenings on the lanai. The property manager was MORE than responsive to any questions and needs! Pool was terrific and nice lounges and tables to relax. Our only complaint was being bitten by the no-seeums. We are very familiar with Florida and really should have remembered that its the rainy season and if we had protected ourselves with insect repellent it all would have been perfect. We will definately return this property! This condo was very well appointed to your every need, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas too! They didn't miss a thing! Thanks Albert! 🙂

My wife and I came down for a babymoon and couldn’t have been happier with the location, property, and the condo unit we stayed in. It was the best week! We will definitely be back after the baby arrives!
