I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs all over the country and this is by far one of the best. It's designed beautifully. It has everything you could ever need inside and is really spacious. The beds are so comfortable that everyone remarked abut how well they slept. It's nicely kept up, so it didn't feel like a "rental" but like staying at a good friend's awesome house. The views were simply breathtaking. Every morning we enjoyed coffee and staring at the sunrise and every evening we sipped wine and watched the light over the ocean as it faded. I'm already thinking about when I can go back!

Condo is in Great location. Sitting on patio is a must for us. Over looking beach!! Property is wonderful. It was March, so we had a few a days but we didn’t care. Pools (3)are good. You can order drinks or food in the larger pool. We traveled to the sea turtle rescue. Wonderful place!! Yes we would stay here again!!

The property was great. Loved the large balcony with tall chairs so that a short person (like me) could enjoy the fabulous view. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils, and glasses and the master bath was exceptional. Karyn was very, very prompt to answer inquiries before arrival and after arrival. The second bath was small, but adequate with a great shower. I titled the review "almost perfect" because of the location of the second bathroom. It's a little awkward with the master bedroom being between the second bedroom and the bathroom door. The third bedroom is on the other side of the condo. The other almost perfect thing is there is no washer or dryer in the unit, although there is a quarter laundry room on the first floor. I almost missed this in the property description, but caught it a couple of days before we left home. So I packed more clothes than I had originally intended. We stayed with another couple and we had a terrific trip and great visit with each other in this beautiful condo.

Loved the view and people here. Great place for our family of six. Nice beach access and heated pool. Highly recommend to anyone. Beach towels and beach toys for the kids a huge plus!

On the 6th floor closest to the beach. Plenty of room and beautiful view of the Gulf, big balcony. Will definitely put this on my list when I return to SPI. Thank you Karen for a wonderful last minute get away, best decision of our trip.

Only think was that unable to sit outside at night. Could smell smoke or some kind of smell.

Great set up for our 3 kids and one of their friends. Perfect amount of space and nice large outdoor patio.

For our stay we wanted to be on the beach and have a covered deck. This property fit the bill. It's conveniently located near the foot of the causeway and has a beautiful covered deck on the top floor of the building overlooking the beach. It's very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It's nicely decorated and so comfortable. Beds were comfy. There were lots of beach towels and hooks to hang them! It's also walking distance to shops, coffee, and some great restaurants. The owner is great to work with. We had no problems at all with anything and hope to be back again soon! I would highly recommend this condo for your SPI adventure.

What a refreshing break from second hand furnishings and that well worn feel of many condos. This unit has been completely remodeled including removing walls to give it a very open and spacious layout. It is tastefully furnished with quality furniture, decorations, technology, and accessories. For part of our stay, the weather was cold and rainy. However, we didn’t mind because the condo provided such a nice atmosphere for just hanging out. We definitely plan to book it again in the future. Thanks for sharing your great place!

Our family had a great time. The condo was even better than described. It felt like home away from home. The ocean view was excellent! There were beach chairs n towels n lots of other beach related items available to use. The owner was very nice n easy to reach. This is the kind of place we would like to visit every year.

The property and surrounding area were very clean and well maintained. Very easy to find from the airport and just out of the way enough to be quiet and relaxing. We were looking for a an area that was not a resort atmosphere but provided access to resort amenities. This place covered all out bases.

Early and simple

This unit is perfect! My mom, sister, two nieces and I had a wonderful stay. We spent most of our time enjoying the view from the deck. The unit is extremely clean, comfortable and furnished with everything we needed to settle in and feel right at home. Communication with Karyn was always easy and she was quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful and the kids loved every minute of it. When I asked my 4 year old her favorite part of our vacation she said “the big comfy bed!”

We had a great time! The condo is clean, updated, and it just like the pictures show. There were plenty of towels including beach towels. Would definitely stay here again!! The washer/dryer situation isn’t ideal as it’s a combo unit and kinda hard to get clothes dry. Other than that. It was pretty perfect!!

We had such an amazing time visiting South Padre and loved our condo so much. The balcony, and it's view, was by far my favorite part! The kitchen was well stocked and made for easy meal prep. The condo was clean and neat and made us feel comfortable staying during the covid pandemic. We were able to contact Karyn with any questions. She was quick to respond and so kind and helpful. This was my husband and daughter's first trip to South Padre and they both loved every minute of it! We will be back and plan to book this condo again. I would highly recommend staying here when you visit.

The pictures were exactly as it was. Clean, comfortable and had an incredible view! Anything basic you’d need was there, such as appliances, coffee maker, linens, towels, soap etc. It was awesome having beach towels ready to go! The pools were heated and the property was clean and secure. We really couldn’t have asked for more. We made the memories we hoped for and would most definitely book here again! You can't beat the view off of this large condo balcony on South Padre Island. The condo has been remodeled and is very clean and comfortable. Owner, Karyn was very responsive to all of our needs. We will come back.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach got pretty crowded in the afternoon but it was Labor Day weekend. We really enjoyed jumping the waves and sitting on the balcony. There are chairs and boogie boards in the balcony closet. It was easy to cook all of our meals after getting groceries at the HEB in Port Isabel.

Exceeded my expectations at every turn! Host has anticipated any need a guest could have. Attention to detail amazing!! Super welcoming home from the minute you enter the front door. Luxurious Interior, comfortable bedrooms. Coming again as soon as we can.
