We wanted a place that had both a gathering space for our family, as well as privacy spaces. This home had both. Although the home needs updating and the kitchen is small, it is in a perfect location for entertaining an 8, 4, and almost 2 year old. Margaritaville has it all.
As far as the home’s amenities, we were a little surprised that the kitchen cookware was quite old and no useful items, i.e., alumni foil, zip lock bags, etc were available.
All in all, we had an enjoyable stay. We only had some minor issues and the owner was responsive.

Location was great! Quiet cove overlooking the main part of the lake. Layout of the house was great! However, the kitchen was small for a large party, some beds were uncomfortable, bathrooms need some updating. House in need of some minor repairs.

This property is the best place I have ever stayed and I have been using Vrbo for a very long time. There are a group of us that have spent many lake trips together and this surpasses all expectations. The house is lovely and the views are to die for. We saw many herons and two eagles, one swooping very close to our deck for a fish. The sunsets were amazing and the most incredible fun was had in our own private pool!! That was our favorite part. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!!

This house offers one of the best views on the Lake of the Ozarks and is part of the Margaritaville Resort community. Our group of friends took advantage of the sauna, swimming pool and dining on the main open deck just steps from the kitchen. The house had one little hiccup and our host gave it immediate attention and we were good to go for the rest of our stay !

Really had a wonderful family vacation. Enjoyed the pool, lake and house on all five levels. All very private with incredible views. I would definitely recommend this house. We rented a tri-toon for the week. The dock worked out OK but was a little rough. Probably due to the power boat Shootout causing excessive waives.

This beautiful home has an amazing lay-out to take full advantage of its 180 degree lake views. The biggest dilemma was WHICH lovely (composite) deck we wanted to hang out on OR should we go down to the pool, which was absolutely perfect! What a plus this lovely pool was for our group of 8 kids and 8 adults! Even though we were a large group, we were never on top of each other in this heavenly lake home. The huge master suite was incredible and and even had a sauna, in addition to its own private deck. We loved this place & and would strongly recommend it for a large group. We had a blast and left with many treasured memories. Thank you, Amber!

House had plenty of room and has been updated with new carpet and bedding. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. Only four things to consider, each bedroom is on a separate floor, so lots of steps. The Murphy bed is a full size bed but comfortable. The only way to get to the pool is through the lower level (Murphy bed) bedroom. The dock is nearly on the main channel, so it moves a lot when boat traffic is heavy. Host was extremely responsive to inquiries. We would rent here again.

we had an overall great experience w/ this home. there were a few bumps but nothing to major. the upstairs was really warm when we got there & the one a/c was set at 70 but was frosted over so had to turn it on fan only 2-3 times a day for it to defrost then it would cool again.the gameroom remotes didn't work so manually switched the channels which was totally fine.we would deffinitely go there again.it was so nice to have our own private pool. the little ones & the young at heart enjoyed it. we had a really good time watching all the boats & water activity & also nice sunset views.

Family Vacation
What a wonderful house! We were a party of 9 with kids ranging in age from 3-47...the layout of the house gave each family their own space. Amber was responsive and so easy to work with...Thank you for everything! We spent most of our time in the pool or on the top deck enjoying the amazing views. We also rented a tritoon for the week from Aqua Toys - they are located 15 minutes from the house and were great!

Great Girls Weekend
We had 11 women in the house for a girl's weekend, and the house was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone, and plenty of bathrooms. Only downside, the pool was still too cold in late May for use. Would stay here again!

Great home and views!
Home is great and views are amazing. We had 5 couples stay. I would recommend 3 to 4 couples, but plenty of sleeping space for kids if you have a larger group. Amber communicated very well and took care of a small dishwasher issue within a couple hours.

Average age property for the Estates (we’ve stayed at several in this cove and nearby). Nice split home for different levels of gathering. Nice decks on the water side for quiet time or with others. Smaller kitchen but it works. WiFi struggles to service several devices at the same time (5+) but as long as your not focused on your streaming or being on social media all at the same time - it’s fine! Pool is a nice addition for relaxing. Dock is in fair shape if you have water toys or rent from the local marina.
This is definitely a good choice if you want to stay on the water and see all the lake action in the main channel.

Fun Place to Vacation
We had a party of 8 adults and 4 children. The house was clean and had beautiful views of the lake throughout. There were quite a few attractions nearby for kids and adults. The backyard pool at the house was a real bonus. We all had a great time.

This was our 4th visit to Lake of the Ozarks. This home had the best views. Bedrooms were spaced so everyone had privacy. Kitchen was very well stocked. Grandkids enjoyed the pool. Would definitely recommend this home.

Family Vacay in Osage Beach
Have been looking so forward to our first family vacation! There were 10 of us and the house easily accommodated us all. It was pretty much perfect. Lots of age ranges and we all had fun. There were some very minor suggestions to the owner which I’m certain will be addressed. We would go back in a second!!

This was our first time renting an lake house! And this house is awesome, and beautiful! From beginning to end the process was great! We had a great time at this property, the view of the lake was wonderful and we also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood but it was hilly for those who want flat ground to walk on. Also enjoyed the pool in between the rains, was nice to have a private pool. Amber was great to work with.

Perfect spot on lake of the Okarks
This was a perfect spot for a family vacation. The views out the windows are just beautiful.and It feels very private. We had ten of us with plenty room. The pool was perfect for the kids and we used the dock for a pontoon rental. I can’t say enough nice things about the whole experience.. Thank you!

Gorgeous Home on the Point - Lake of the Ozarks
We had a fantastic stay on Elbow Cay. The view was stunning from all five decks, and we never felt the need to leave the property. The crystal clear swimming pool was refreshing even in early May. We will be back!
