The property was absolutely great! Everything was as described and the location is close to the beach, food, and shopping. Could not ask for more. Carolyn was also super responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend this property!

House was in a great location.. short walk to the beach side and the bay.. a lot of great places to eat and great coffee spots..

Very beautiful house, very cozy and well equipped. About a mile walk to Belmont which we did several times. Steps to the bay and very quiet area.

We had a wonderful vacation, the house was perfect. Each room has a private bathroom plus a bathroom downstairs. The patios are charming and great for reading a book or visiting.

Our stay was pleasant a d the house came as advertised. The location on Mission Beach was excellent and close to shops and great local food. The house is 'inland' so offers no view, but it's a very short walk to Bay side or beach side. Carolyn was lovely and very responsive. We would stay here again!

Great location to beach and bay. Walked to dinner every night with all the great selections of resturants. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this house- everything was beautiful. Shampoo conditioner hand soap detergent all supplied. Lots of beach towels and chairs. Check in was easy and Caroline texted to let us know when the house was ready. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

My friends and I stayed here over my birthday weekend to celebrate. The location was great and worked wonderfully for us. It was extremely clean and check in was easy. We had no issues during our stay. It was a bit smaller than we had imagined after seeing the photos but this was not an issue.

We were celebrating a graduation with family in San Diego and your home was perfect for everyone. Plenty of space, very clean, great location to bay. We all love the various balconies throughout made it easy to find a quiet space amongst the family celebration. Many Thanks, The Molina Family

My friends and I stayed here over my birthday weekend to celebrate. The location was great and worked wonderfully for us. It was extremely clean and check in was easy. We had no issues during our stay. It was a bit smaller than we had imagined after seeing the photos but this was not an issue.

Our family and friends enjoyed a wonderful week at Mission Beach. Very easy walk to bay and ocean. Walked to the coffee shop every morning for breakfast and were within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. House was very clean and had all items necessary for our stay. Owner was fast to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend this house for a family stay.

This is a wonderful property in the perfect location for spending time at the ocean and for seeing all of the sites of San Diego. We were literally 20 minutes or less away from everything we wanted to see.

This property is about 4 doors away from the bay side, a 2 minute walk to the ocean. First floor is a bit small with a kitchen and living room area with a small patio that faces other properties. We had 2 families staying in the unit & when everyone was on the 1st floor (6 of us) it was cramped. Parking is really roomy for a condo on Mission Beach (could fit 2 cars). First floor bathroom has a shower. Second floor master was good. King bed comfortable and 2 very small (not connected) patios off the master. Master bathroom has a shower as well. 2nd bedroom has 2 bunkbeds, which my kids said were comfortable as well an an on-suite bathroom which is great. Shower/tub in this bathroom. 3rd floor is one more bedroom with a bathroom and a nice patio with a table for dinning outside & the best views of the bay. The property manager was super responsive and so great to work with. She even loaned us baby gates, a high chair & play-pen for a young child traveling with us. Plenty of beach towels, linens and standards towels. Outside spiket to wash your feet off before entering to cut down on the amount of sand you track in with you. Washer & dryer. Overall this is a really great property.

This place is not only perfect, it’s beautiful, clean and accommodates many comfortably. Very spacious. I love how each room has its own bathroom. The location is the best, right between Mission Bay and Mission Beach, just steps away.

We had a wonderful time in this clean, comfortable and beautiful house! We felt right at home. It was in a great location, and we would definitely stay here again!
