Great location, amazing house tastefully decorated - true to the pictures provided and with everything you can imagine you will need. The customer service was top notch! We had an amazing time at this house that felt like home - highly recommend!

Water slide, tiki hut, game room, outdoor putting green, outdoor tv and bar--what a fun place to stay! The views from all balconies to include the roof top deck were great. Family had a great time both out and about on beautiful Anna Maria Island and at home.

Very nice property that is short walking distance to the ocean. Very nice pool but not much sun gets through the trees. Love the layout. Dishwasher didn’t work on the last day. B+

Overall, the house is fantastic. Perfect location and perfect set up for a family. If I had to change just a few things it would be to notify guests of the fire hydrant in the middle of the driveway... it’s a hazard and super inconvenient. The landscaping around the pool really needs to be cut back. Leaves from the trees are constantly falling in the pool and there are dead palm fronds laying around. Other than that, we enjoyed every moment. Plenty of towels available in the house and it was surprising to see so much beach equipment!

House was wonderful Would love to see some type of bug repellent around the pool, and a restroom down near the pool would have been great.

we had a lovely time here on Anna Maria. The house was spacious and well-equipped, but could have been cleaner. The pool/spa is great for the kids, but the seating area was satisfactory. Lastly, the grill was old and dirty.

Beautiful house on Holmes Beach, this property was very clean , all the rooms for spacious , very nice layout , huge kitchen The pool and pool area was amazing . I would not hesitate one moment to stay at this property again!!!

Loved this house. It had all the amenities we needed and the pool was so much fun for the grands!

The whole process was smooth, from booking to check out to our stay. The house was amazing. The pool and outdoor area was so fun. Short walk to the beach. You do have to cross a fairly busy road to get to the beach (that was our only con of the stay). We loved it and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Island Pearl on Holmes Beach. The family loved the property!! It was a short walk to the beach and when we weren’t at the beach, we enjoyed the beautiful pool at the house. I would highly recommend this house and we will probably be back next summer!!

This was a great home away from home. Close to beach and all the fun Anna Maria island has to offer. The staff at AmI were friendly, fast, and efficient. The pool at the house is incredible! My family had an incredible Spring Break! Thank you.

Excellent house in a great location. Pool and hot tube were great and private. Space was more than ample; we had 3 adults and 4 kids and one bedroom wasn’t even used. Everything appeared cared for for the most part. We’ll definitely consider if we come back to Anna Maria Island.

My friends and I stayed here for 5 days and had an amazing experience. The location was my favorite part about this house, we were a 5 minute drive to a large variety of convicene stores and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Andrea could not have been more helpful in making this trip a special one! The rooms and the pool were spotless when we arrived and a cleaning crew came twice during the week to keep it in great condition.

Great property. Very roomy. Our entire family enjoyed the stay! Kids loved the pool, the slide and the hot tub is a great addition. Very close to the beach, with available beach wagon being very handy. Property manager is pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend this property.

I could not believe my luck when after searching for nearly a month for a home to fit our needs, this one came available on a Sunday night after concluding a 2 week Christmas/New Years vacation for the prior renter. I checked out the pictures, prior reviews and without hesitation, I booked it! Kiri was quick to respond to my reservation, and always responsive to my questions leading up to our arrival and once we arrived and were settled. The house was clean, the pool was warm and the slide was a huge hit with not only my 11 year old son, but with my teenage daughter and her soccer teammates that were staying with us (ages 17+). The beach is just a quick 5 minute walk and I enjoyed a couple of sunrises with my toes in the sand as well as one morning from the rooftop. When we weren't in the house, we were at the soccer fields so I cannot speak much to the surrounding area in terms of entertainment options and such but the house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The fact that each bedroom had its own dedicated full bath with glass enclosed shower was a huge plus given the girls all wanted to get cleaned up after a long morning/afternoon at the fields. The 11 of us that stayed had a great time and I could definitely see us coming again soon. Thanks, Kiri!

Myself and 3 business associates stayed here for a business-pleasure trip. The house is located near a beach on an island. The location is great if your looking at spending time on the beach, otherwise its a little bit of a drive to main attractions or Tampa. Overall the house was nice and very clean. Communication with management was good and Kiri always responded right away. There were a few issues. Our trip was in December and although the pool was heated, the temperature is relative to the outside air temperature which was only in the 50s and 60s when we were there. So if your looking for a super warm pool in winter, this is not it. The "SPA" is basically an outdoor bath tub. It was nice and hot, but there were no jets like a traditional hot tub which was disappointing. I saw in some of the previous reviews that other people had issues with the TVs. We also had issues with the TVs in multiple locations. There is a great outdoor patio area with an outdoor tv, but we never could get it to work as well as several of the tvs in the bedrooms. There were some pretty heavy rainstorms when we were staying here and unfortunately there was a leak in the ceiling in the dining area. Nothing major, but notable. Overall our stay was good and the house was nice, but not sure if its worth the price during the winter season.

This House is pretty Amazing! The house was very clean , the bedrooms were plenty. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked with cooking supplies . The pool , hot tub and water slide were great ! We had a problem with the Grill that was on site. I contacted the manager and was met with a very prompt response , within an hour there was a gentlemen there with a brand new grill and fuel tank. We were very pleased with everything and our stay was amazing and we will be booking again.

The house itself is awesome, the location is perfect, the decorating is beautiful, but the management and maintenance of the property significantly diminished our experience. Kiri never sent information regarding how to access the property. She was unavailable and did not communicate with us. I called the listed phone number and a man answered and said "You have the wrong number. Stop calling here". I had to call Homeaway and have them intervene. Even with their help, I did not get any information about the house until 10am on the day we were to check in. We were unsure if we would even have a place to stay, or if we had been totally scammed. As far as the house goes, it was the least equipped and worst maintained home we have been in. I have emailed Kiri about my concerns, and she has not responded. I have listed some of the issues that we encountered. • Six bathrooms, but not one hairdryer • Toaster is broken • Wicker chair in living room has a broken seat. The damage was covered up with a cushion-chair was unusable • No cold water from kitchen faucet • Baby gate was broken • Front bedroom has hole in wall from door handle • Refrigerator water flow very slow, thus freezer makes very little ice • There is a dirty gas grill, but no lighter • The walls were very dirty • The pool was dirty on arrival. Kids cleaned it by hand since net was broken • One window valence (dining room) was hanging from one side, bedroom valence was standing in the corner • TV's did not work during 1/5 of our stay • WiFi did not work after tv's were fixed. We were asked if we would call Spectrum and get it "worked out" • Minimally stocked kitchen, ex: no pitcher, not enough glasses or silverware • Filth hanging off ceiling fan I took a lot of pictures, I just wish that I could post them. I hate writing a negative review, but this property is very neglected and mismanaged. It is truly the only bad experience that we have had and we have stayed in many rentals across the world. It is a shame, it could be a great place. Anna Maria Island was a great place to visit. Our family had a great time and I highly recommend renting a golf cart!

We enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria Island. The home was very nice, the kids loved the pool and had a great time in it.

We had a group of 11, 6 adults and 5 kids. The kids loved the pool. We walked to the beach to see the sunset many times. Great vacation. The house worked out wonderful.
