Great 180-degree views of mountains surrounding Sedona. Our condo was on the lowest of the three levels and so the view was slightly obstructed by a lower residence. This may have been beneficial however since it mostly blocked the lights from the city below and not the view of the mountain beyond. The lower level also allowed direct access from our room to the common spaces outside. My grandson and I enjoyed using the Bocci court several times. The dead-end-road access provided very nice privacy. Also enjoyed several evening hikes on the trails immediately next to the location. Beds were very comfortable. Fire pit was also nice. Following defects were noted however. 1. Light levels were a bit low in the showers. 2. Many of the common area chairs had their seat bottoms busted through or nearly so. 3. The common area water feature could use some water treatment. 4. Some of the condo's hardware needs attention. Towel rack in one bathroom would fall off if you weren't careful. Microwave filters fell out upon opening door, etc. 5. The ignitor for the fire pit was difficult to get going. One time it took us long enough that when we did get the ignition there was enough gas floating around that we ignited the bush next to the pit.

We arrived and walked around the corner and our jaws dropped from the views!!!! So close to everything. Tlaquepaque so close that we walked for dinner and Uber home for about $5 (made for a fun night). The unit was clean and had everything we need for a great stay. Our favorite thing was the outdoor space. We used the fire pit both evenings and enjoyed wine and the most amazing views. (Only note is they can use some new out door chairs). Can’t wait to book again soon and bring my husband down to enjoy this amazing VRBO. Sincerely. Lolly

My adult daughters and I were extremely pleased and comfortable staying in this condo. The kitchen is well appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the view is spectacular from the large patio area. It is quiet and serene yet within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Perfect. We'd definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect vacation spot for us - nice, central location for hiking, restaurants and shopping. The condo was very comfortable for 4 adults. The view is phenomenal in any weather! The large porch, fire pit and grills are a huge plus. Kitchen has all the basics we needed.. Really appreciated the carafe/pod combo coffee maker as I prefer a carafe and most rentals just have the pods. We hope to stay here again!

The condo was exactly as described with a fabulous view. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Well equipped and nicely decorated.

Location was terrific! Very convenient to shopping and restaurants! Views from condo are spectacular! Comfortable beds with nice linens. Enjoyed the outdoor firepit and bocce ball! Can't wait to visit again!

The place was really nice, well-kept, and cozy after a long day of hikes. They even had annual park passes so we wouldn’t have to buy one as an additional cost. The view was also incredible.

The views caused my friend to cry tears of joy and amazement. The host is very accessible. Wonderful experience.

BEAUTIFUL view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is very comfortable and the view looks out onto several iconic Sedona features. I loved the hiking trail that begins just past the parking lot.

This property is comfortable, convenient, and picturesque. We very much appreciated the outdoor terrace with seating, fire pit, waterfall, and fountain. We so enjoyed the hummingbirds bathing and drinking at the fountain.

It’s our 3rd time staying at this property. The views are top notch.

I would definitely go back. Very relaxing.

Came on girls trip with my Mom, Aunt, and best friend. The condo had everything we needed, very comfortable and cozy. So close to Tlaquepaque and fun things to do..shopping, restaurants, etc. Would love to come back again next time!

Modern and clean. Filled with all all the amenities. The view on the patio was spectacular! You can bbq or drive to all nearby restaurants and shopping. Wonderful experience.

We had a great time in Sedona. The space was clean and inviting. There were lights on and music playing on the tv when we opened the door to the condo. Great space and great views.

My 3 sisters and I stayed for a couple nights and we cannot say enough about the condo or location. I visit Sedona every or every other year and this location and view is the best by far!

Loved the place. Especially sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful surroundings while listening to the water trickling.

Excellent location and views!

Had a great stay here for 3 nights. The view was better than expected and the place was as good as it looked on-line. Would stay here again and highly recommend it. If possible would ask for 2nd floor bc the view has to be even that much better.

This was the perfect place for us to stay. We are a family of 4, one couple and 2 adult children. The condo was beautifully appointed, very clean, and had spectacular views! We enjoyed playing Bocce, but the court does need some repair. It was also a bonus that there is a trailhead to see Snoopy Rock just down the street from the condo. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to come back again soon.

Beautiful property as described. Most comfortable bed ever. Kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed sunsets on the patio, drinks by the fire pit and grilling out two evenings. If we ever go back to Sedona would certainly love to stay here again.

Our condo was very well organized and clean. The location was perfect and close to stores and restaurants. The only minor complaint was the location of the trash pick up.

Loved the location

Loved staying at Vista Ridge, it was very convenient and the views every day were amazing. We loved it and would absolutely come again.

We wouldn’t change anything about either the views or the location. Wish we had stayed longer.

Amazing condo with perfect views while still feeling far yet close to the Main Street. Definitely worth the stay!

Really enjoyed staying at vista ridge with my husband and 9 year old son. Clean, comfortable, and close to downtown Sedona. We played bocce ball, cooked steaks on the grill, and made s’mores at the fire pit…all with the beautiful red rocks as our backdrop. Only small suggestion to property management would be to stock extra tissues along with the extra toilet paper.

The condo was perfect. It is a beautiful property with with greet views and amenities. The water feature is very appealing. The propane fire "pit" adds to the experience and is a magnet to meet and enjoy other guests. The bocce ball court is kind of quirky, but with the provided rules of the game we found it fit in perfectly. The condo is adequately equipped for cooking meals. With the outside space and the views of the surrounding mountains, we cooked and ate half of our dinner meals in residence - no restaurant could compete. (The Whole Foods and Safeway were nicely stocked with wine....and groceries.). The manager was very quick to address our two requests; the water feature stopped working and one grill ran out of gas. Both were remedied within two hours. The first hike we took was Marges Trail, just down the street from the condo. It was the least populated trail we hiked and provided great views of the mountains to the east of the condo. Three trips that made our visit: the town of Jerome, a former mining town with a great state park; the tour we took to the Grand Canyon following Rt. 89A north out of Sedona (spectacular views) with a stop at the Hopi ruins in the Painted Desert; a random ride to Page Springs were we found an out of the way local wine bar and bistro on Oak Creek that had great food and wine in addition to humming birds flying around the vegetation and feeders. A note of information, we found getting reservations at better restaurants difficult, some requiring reservations several months in advance of our desired date. Overall, a wonderful 8 days in a unique area of the country. We will be back.
