This was such a cute place, nice quiet neighborhood, easy walk to everything.

Big enough for 5 adults and a child, the house had everything we needed. We will rent again!

Looked beautiful but was unable to take advantage of the lodging. Mother-in-law passing away. didn't purchase insurance. Better luck next year.

We loved the condo it was big enough to visit with family and friends after spending the day at the seafood festival. Quiet dead end street. Close to some good restaurants LStreet cafe: the goat and Bernie’s to name a few. It was a bit of a walk to get to the festival. But was easy access to the beach for relaxing in the sand without a lot of people around you. We would be back next year. The owners did state that there was no house keeping and trust the folks staying there would clean up when they leave. We had to sweep and clean the floors upon arrival. We also made sure that the place was nice and clean for the next person. We left on a Monday so was asked to have the garbage cans out on the street for the sanitation department to pick up. We would be back again.

It was a great place we loved it location was wonderful. The only thing is, we couldn't find a mop o wash the floors with.

This unit answered all own needs. We were 3 adults and one toddler. Only a 5 minute walk from to the beach area which is a plus however we really enjoyed that it was in a very quiet area. The owners were always available to answer any questions we had. We definitely will be renting this unit again without hesitation if our travels take us back to Hampton Beach area.
