Room was spacious and clean. Had a fridge and small kitchen area. Close to ferry docks, about a 15 minute walk. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Grocery store next door although check its opening hours - rather odd.

It was difficult to find a way in. The whole building is fenced off at street level except one small area and it is by no means clear where to go, esp at night. The owners should tell customers this and provide ideas on how to get around this construction fencing. Or else be there to guide guests in. The only way we got access to the spot where the keys were secured was because some residents let us in through a gate. The bathroom looks good but didnt work well. One set of taps didnt work at all. Small towels, no bathmat. One bedside lamp was broken and could pose a fire risk. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped. No kettle. Overall not a great value for money compared to a similar place we stayed a different night.

Once we got the keys, it was ok. Nice decor. Comfortable bed.

The gate that the key lock box was on was not properly identified. There are many gates. The shower operation was a trial and error thing. The water flow control device has a broken lever. No instructions provided. The ceiling light fixture in the bathroom needs to be repaired. The automatic light and fan control turns on if you walk by the bathroom door. It should be relocated or reprinted to look inside the bathroom and not at the doorway...a shorter on time would also help. The TV was not connected to HDMI and we needed to find the proper setting via trial and error. Once connected it was fine. The water pressure at this apartment is VERY high. It should have a pressure regulator to bring it down to a reasonable setting. The high pressure results in difficult to move faucets and water hammer. The shower should have a flow reducing device or it results in flooding of the bathroom. A simple microwave operating guide would help. We were not familiar with this brand. We left the keys in the lock box and properly locked it by changing the numbers but were told the keys were not found there...a mystery. We determined the keys should be returned to the lock box but received no instructions on what to do with them after our stay.

The apartment, kitchen and bathroom were nice, good as a base for a few nights. Coffee machine was nice too and the fridge is a good size. Supermarket is next door as well. Wifi and air-conditioning was good. Very close walk to town and the bus to the airport is in front of the building. The lock box was easy to find. Do read the instructions though. Close to the ferry terminal as well.

The key and the gate near the lock box didn't work. The building is a bit run down. The area at night feels a little edgy but hey any downtown is a bit like that.

the key didn’t work to open the main gate, it was very loud at night, there were no shower gels, no electric kettle, the doors of the balcony didn’t work. wifi connection was very poor and the password written on the welcome card was wrong and we had to look under the router 😑

we booked this because of the sofa bed which was in the apartment. we asked immediately after booking to have this prepared. when we arrived it wasn’t and the message from the owner was: sorry didn’t see your message. that was the only reason we booked this. location is horrible. very dirty old damaged building. very hard to find the key box and the apartment. took us a long time in the dark to find. the door was quite broken which gave us an unsafe feeling. little tiny insects crawling around. the light in the bathroom was automatic so it went off very long and was lit the entire night. the wifi password was written wrong on the paper so we had to find the router to look for it and type it correctly.

The place had bad odor. Apart from this it looked exactly what you see in the picture but the odor was terrible even the taxic operator who drop me off and assisted me in locating the place shared the same sentiment

The location was next to a SuperU and a Chinese restaurant. A very nice neighbor in the complex was very helpful in guiding us into the gate. We were on the main road so our taxi driver was able to stop at a taxi stop nearby for an early pickup. The apartment was clean and very modern in design.

There were several light bulbs not working, so lighting was limited during the evening and early morning. We had a difficult time using the TV and getting into the Wifi. Not a totally bad issue but it was a difficult process. After turning everything off and wiggling some wires it worked. (The password for the wifi needs to be written out better, 8 is not the same as B.)

Apt. very nice and quick response from hosts with any questions I had. Location very convenient to airport (20 Euros). Lots of shops/food options around. Denise was there in the morning as promised to pick us up in taxi and when asked she stopped at a bakery on the way to airport. Super nice!!!

EVERYTHING is in French. Would like the directions and "welcome note" in apt. to also come in an English version. When asked the hosts sent me directions in English at once. Hard to figure out how to get into apt. We found a nice lady who helped us.

The neighbors we met in lift and common areas all said good day and were pleasant. When we were unable to get in the gate we were instructed to due to the extra padlock - the owner/contract was very responsive via phone and directed us to a different door.

Very poor value - We paid 80 Euros for this place for one night. Having stayed all over Guadeloupe I can say that this is probably double the price it should be. The area is very deprived - lots of people drinking/begging on the streets, graffiti and rubbish everywhere etc. When we arrived some of the buildings outside doors had been padlocked after they had been damaged in recent riots. At the main lift there is a sign warning against cockroaches and rats (I couldn't read the French but there were pictures). We actually turned around to leave and go elsewhere but decided to stay given the late hour and lack of obvious alternatives. The bath towels were stained. There was no kitchen towel to dry dishes . The WiFi name and password were incorrectly written down on the paper in the flat (the 8s are Bs). It was correct in WhatsApp message we received and a relatively small thing but just added to the frustration of checking in. Bananas left out were mouldy and there we has a strong musty/damp smell when we arrived.

I did like the room, it was very clean and welcoming. Boulevard Legitimus is right across the street from Super U and there exists other convenience stores. Also, it is located in the centre Pointe a Pitre which is very nice for shopping and doing business in general. Also public transportation passes right outside the building at regular intervals.

I was very disappointed that I did not have available to me hot water in my unit, so i had to shower with cold water.

Nothing!

No shampoo in the bathroom, no soap, lack of water supply, no anti-COVID spray, hard to connect to internet, no elevator in the building (it exists, but out of order - its 6th floor) - hard with the luggage...and many more.
