Dommage pour les volets il n’y en avait pas et l’église à côté et aussi d’avoir une arrivé seuls sans personnes

La literie
Plus que sommaire, la table pour manger était déglinguée, vaisselle de récup, pas d'internet, il a fallu réclamer pour avoir la deuxième chambre payée.

Par où commencer . La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer , des fourmis partout dans l’évier de cuisine et dans la salle de bain . Wifi ne fonctionnait pas car les indications du proprio n’étaient pas à jour . Aucun linge à vaisselle , lingette , essuie tout , Kleenex . Nous avions qu’une seule petite couverture super mince dans le lit . L’air climatisé faisait un vacarme impossible de dormir avec le bruit . L’établissement était extrêmement bruyant . Nous avions fait une petite épicerie pour nous nourrir sur place mais la plaque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas . Donc nous avons perdu notre nourriture et en plus nous avons dû payer pour aller manger dans les restaurants . Le plancher dans la chambre nous restait coller sous les pieds tellement il était usé et mal entretue . Nous comptons bien prendre les moyens nécessaire pour avoir un remboursement . Je ne recommande aucunement cet établissement

Étape pratique après atterrissage tardif car Récupération voiture de loc. le lendemain à l’aéroport .. évitant ainsi une longue attente au guichet.
Équipement de la chambre juste moyen .. une seule nuit suffit …Pointe à Pitre très décevante …

Very easy access, very clean and a good location

Location’s proximity to the central business district is good. Close enough proximity to the port is fine. The property was relatively clean with kitchenware and cutlery etc. The bed linen appeared to be relatively clean save for my comment below. There seemed to have have been a local rum punch on the refrigerator along with a Brita filter jug.
There should be provisions made for toilet paper and some kitchen tissue along with liquid soap for the toilet and some dishwashing liquid. Was sort of disappointed with the pillows which should have been sanitized between uses.

The proximity to town, the buses was very good.
The outside of the building was unattractive and especially if one comes in at night, it also looks like an abandoned area.

Possibility to dine al fresco with electric shutters creating a balcony.
Owner reachable by phone and/or e-mail with quick response.
Dining table was unfortunately broken.
Communal area could be a tad cleaner (a few cob webs)
No complementary soap, shower gel etc.. as discribed

The apartment was better than we expected. It was bright, clean and spacious for a couple. The bathroom was lovely and the bed was very comfortable! We had a very quick visit but we would definitely stay again for longer.

It was very good located. We enjoyed our stay in this property. Flat was clean, organized , internet , youtube, netflix, stylish. Host also was very very helpful person, he let us to leave our luggage after check-out. Thanks a lot.

The place was clean and up to date.
My overall stay was great. My only issue was the constant noise of water dropping outside of the window.

It was all very well organised and the the host was very friendly.
Messages have been answered immediately.
Everything was exceptionally clean, modern furnitured and well looked after.
I would highly recommend this appartement

Rental apartment, airbnb style, situated close to a few restaurants.
The area might seem a bit shady at night but we did not have any problems.
Check-in was also automatic (we picked the key by ourselves from a Master lock device) and the communication with the owner was very good.
