We enjoyed our stay in Amelia Island. The house was close to the beach, within walking distance. We were looking for a place for our whole family to stay since we were going to a memorial service and family reunion. This place was perfect! On a side note, we walked to the beach every morning and saw the most beautiful sunrise. Loved our stay! Plenty of room for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay in this well equipped home for any age. Really have no complaints but would mention that the garage appears much larger in pics. It wiil not fit an extended length SUV. There was ample parking nearby. There were ample supplies for great beach days.

We absolutely enjoyed our vacation and Amelia Island! The townhouse was perfect for our needs. It is very spacious and accommodates a big family. There were 11 people on our trip and there was plenty of room and we never felt crowded. The kitchen and living room are oversized which makes it easy to hang out. The elevator and walk in shower on the first floor was helpful for my 75 year old mother. The townhouse was also stocked with any and everything you would need for the beach. Great walking path right across the street to the beach. We will definitely rent this property again if we return to Amelia Island.

we stayed here with extended family and it was quite spacious. the kitchen area is large enough for everyone to congregate including our son in a wheelchair. The elevator worked great no complaints!! great family vacation , restaurants nearby had great food, including our to go Thanksgiving dinner

Our group of four ladies who’ve been friends for thirty years had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful home. It was a short walk to the beach, across Fletcher Ave., and a short drive to many great restaurants and shops. The master ensuite is indescribably beautiful and the elevator was a lifesaver for one friend with a recent hip replacement. The owner was very responsive. We highly recommend this property.

Rented this little gem along with theee other properties including the unit next door for our golf group. Townhouse was exactly as advertised and communication by property manager Lee Steger was excellent. Location was a bonus. This place is a must rent. Beware, lots of stairs, but the view was worth the climb.

Fantastic home, 3 stories, with an elevator which aided our 79 and 76 year old family members. Kitchen superb! Open floor plan, dining room table, kitchen and living room amazing you can see every guest on the 3rd floor within sight. Then around corner you have another living room.
Laundry room, we couldn't locate the lights. We required to utilize the heat, had to call property manager which in turn expedited HVAC company to come over and handled professionally and timely.
Master bedroom spacious, bathroom enormous and shower has 9 shower heads.

Nine of us stayed for six nights over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Place was clean and well-appointed. Lee the property manager is great to deal with. Kitchen large - plenty of dishes and bakeware/cookware. Good gathering place on top floor (where kitchen/family room is located.) Location is very good - front faces Fletcher - view of ocean between buildings. Ocean access a half block away. Town is only 5 min or so to the north and golf courses/Ritz about 5 min south. Next door neighbors are friendly as well. We always enjoy Amelia Island and if we need a big place next time, we will definitely try and book this place!

We were in Amelia Island for my daughters wedding. We shared this place with the grooms parents and siblings, as well as the bride and groom. It was a great space that accommodated our families very well. All the bedrooms and bathrooms allowed privacy. We enjoyed making meals together in the large kitchen. The house was very nicely decorated and offered comfortable accommodations. The master suite was amazing! We didn’t want to leave! Both families were very satisfied with this property. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking. It was a great location as well with easy access to the beach and view from the balcony.

Our trip to Fernandina Beach was absolutely amazing. The property was just as we expected it to be, based on the pictures that we saw. Everyone in our party was able to have their own space. The kitchen was furnished and we were able to cook several meals there with no issues. The beaches there are beautiful! We will definitely make plans to return here again.

Home is in a great location. Very nice. We had a problem with the AC but the communication from the manager was excellent. If the AC was working it would have been a 10 out of 10!

Excellent vacation
The property was beautiful! We came for my son's wedding and played games every day, went to the beach, went to the historic district, and to the wedding. It was all fantastic! The only problem we had was with the master shower. The jets seemed awesome, until it got so hot it was burning you. Then it wouldn't start. Every morning it needed to be restarted. They said they had a part coming in to fix it. Overall, it was a great vacation! Love that there's a bathroom for almost every room! Great for getting ready for a wedding! We had so much fun here!

Absolutely lovely
This home fit us perfectly. Multiple members of the family were able to gather in the large living area, cook in the beautiful kitchen, have our own comfortable rooms and be minutes from the beach. Everything was clean, beds large and comfy, and didn't want for anything. The house even had an elevator if we didn't want to climb the stairs. Thank you!

We all had a wonderful experience at this location. There was more than enough room for eight adults, especially for those needing to connect while away from work or school. The accommodations were well maintained and appointed, and the location was very convenient both to the beach, and to the local entertainment and activities. This house is just stunning. The kitchen had everything we could ask for. The living areas allowed the adults to gather and play cards while the kids enjoyed a movie, without disturbing each other. We will look forward to staying here again!

Rented for wedding in area
Came to Amelia Island for my nephew's wedding & needed a big enough place to house the mother of groom/spouse, brother of groom/spouse, grandparents of groom/spouse, uncle, and two cousins. Having an elevator for the elderly grandparents was delightful. Great room and kitchen on 3rd floor was perfect for gathering at breakfast/dinner. We saved a ton of money NOT eating out every day and dealing with Covid regulations. I would definitely rent from them again. Beds were super comfy.

Fabulous Fernandina Beach Vacation
We really hit the jackpot with this property! We had plenty of space and privacy for our extended family of 11. The kitchen was well-equipped and clean, everything worked perfectly, and all the beds were comfortable. Nice linens, clean and modern bathrooms, handy elevator, I could go on and on. Lee, the property manager, was very responsive to questions. We will be back!
