I highly recommend this home for anyone interested in visiting Hollywood Beach. The home was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. Yuri and Rima were great hosts. They met us during check-in and provided a thorough walkthrough of the home. We were all very happy staying at their property!

We have a great time for my birthday here! Great size house for our crowd, loved the pool and location.

Can’t say enough about how beautiful the property is. Plenty of room for all guests, gourmet kitchen, pool and hot tub are unparalleled. This is the first, last and only place you should book. We will be back.

My family and friends had a great experience staying in this home for our vacation. The home was beautiful and accommodated our large group very well. The pool was a hit for the kids and adults! The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The beach and restaurants were minutes away. Thank you, Yuri for your warm welcome and tour of the home upon arrival. We would love staying here again.

The house was very spacious. The neighborhood was nice and within a short distance to the beach and nearby eateries.

My group of 8 adults stayed in this house for 3 nights. It was very clean and in a nice location. It's about a half mile from the beach so it's a pretty easy walk. The pool area is very nice and is nicely landscaped. The bed that I slept in was probably the most comfortable vacation home bed that I have ever slept in. We were very happy with the house and plan to stay here again in the future.

We rented this home for the Christmas week and it was everything we wanted - large enough for our extended family, a big heated pool, and a short drive to the ocean. It was well stocked with cooking items and cookware as well as other basic essentials. The home could really use a deep cleaning, but otherwise it was excellent!

This property was beautiful, but it needs some work, including the host. It first started once we arrived; the host and her husband were waiting in the property. The host kept asking if I had more than 13 people when it was indeed only 13 people with me because we went on a yacht and the yacht only accommodated 13 people. My guest starts taking their bags upstairs, and she said, don't scratch the walls like we know how to walk upstairs. I felt like she was insinuating we are not used to anything. On the bed was one towel and one hand towel per person and no washcloths at all. I use a towel and washcloth a day; she thought she would do that to make sure it is not extra guest, I guess, which don't make sense because I had to buy some and left them. The towels were not white that she left for us. They were old-looking towels that were a dingy-looking color. That is not sanitary when you are in a short-term rental especially dealing with covid right now. I want to bleach my towels because I wash all the towels anyway as soon as I go to a short-term rental property. The sofa was nasty and had nit balls all over it, so it wasn't comfortable for me to sit on. I called her for extra sheets, and the first thing she asks me did I have an additional guest. I said no for the 100 times. I need extra sheets for this nasty sofa. When she brought the sheets the next day, she didn't call or text; she just walked in, and I didn't like that. If I am rented your place for the moment, you need to call before you show up. That was rude!! She only gave us one key to get in and out, so we all had to go somewhere together, or someone was left at the house. The vents in the ceiling were leaking and molded, so work needs to be done to this house even though it is beautiful on the inside. She had a school desk blocking a door that I didn't understand because if someone wanted to go in that door, they could move the little desk that had graffiti on it. The doors said do not trespass, so I thought that was enough. The host was talking to us like we are not used to anything. She kept telling us this is a nice house, so be very careful. I have a very nice house myself, so I am used to a lot and don't have any vents leaking or mold. I never stayed anywhere, and the house didn't have extra sheets and towels. The host needs to work on things because if you can afford a home of that caliber, you can afford sheets and towels, so that's not going to stop if a person has an extra gues

This has to be the best house we have ever rented! The house is gorgeous and the owner was so wonderful. Whenever I had any questions, I would just text her and she would answer right away. I stayed here with my family and everyone was raving about how amazing the location was! I can't wait to stay here again.

We spent five days in this beautiful home with extended family. We rarely left the pool and patio area because it was the perfect set up. It was an easy walk to the beach, and nice neighborhood to walk through. The house was really well stocked, had plenty of beach towels, and very comfortable beds. Our hosts were very helpful and kind. We’d love to come back someday.

The house was exactly as pictured--even better! Yuri was always easy to access for our questions, even though we didn't have many. It is a lovely neighborhood for walking, biking. And a fun walk to the beach, which was beautiful and not crowded. We were there the week of closing of the beaches because of the coronavirus, which was sad because we only got 3 beach days in, but the house was perfect for those days without the beach. It really is even bigger than it looks! Will go back again!
