This was one of the best rental stays we've had. The unit was exactly as described. The beds were super comfortable and the layout is great for privacy. The kitchen was very well-stocked with everything you need and then some, including quality pans and sharp knives. We loved having just a short walk to the big pool where the kids play, plus immediate access right out the door to the smaller pool and hot tub for the days when the weather was cool (but the pool was still warm). Grocery and other stores are just a short drive away. Lastly, communication was always prompt and very responsive. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the Tahiti Suite. The location was great, it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked, and beds were very comfortable. We would highly recommend this condo and hope to be back again next year!

Everything went smoothly and we liked the located within the gated in community.

My husband and I, as well as some friends, recently stayed at Kelly's condo. We had a fabulous time and everything was conveniently provided. This is the best stocked place we have rented and we have rented many places over the years. We had a minor issue with a shower backing up, but Kelly got right on it and it was fixed the same day. The condo is in a great location - a 10-12 minute walk to La Quinta Resort where we ate dinner two nights in a row. We did not have time to enjoy the community facilities like the pool and exercise gym, but they looked very nice and well maintained. I would highly recommend renting this condo for either a couple or a larger group. Kelly is a fantastic communicator and the condo met and exceeded our expectations.

My husband and I brought my mother for her first trip to Palm Springs/La Quinta. This Legacy Villa was the perfect home-away-from-home! Comfortable living room, great bedrooms suites, well-stocked kitchen! We also enjoyed the patio and the views of the beautiful landscaping. And the pool couldn't have been more convenience. The grounds are huge and we enjoyed walking the many different paths and also walked to the Waldorf resort next door for shopping and lunch. We truly felt the location of this Villa was one of the best on the property! It was a wonderful vacation!

This was our first time staying in La Quinta. The condo was immaculate. Perfectly located. Had everything we needed. And Kelly was great to work with. Highly recommend.

I rented this beautiful place as a mother’s day treat for my mom & 2 daughters! The location right next to the pool was absolutely perfect! My girls could run in for snacks & beverage refills anytime! Kitchen was perfectly equipped & there were even water bottles in the fridge and coffee for the morning. This was great because our flight landed late & we didn’t stop by the store on our way in. The grounds were beautiful, beds were comfy, house very clean! It was great to not have to check in at a font desk - keys were right where you told us. Every question we had was answered on your 1 page emailed document! We’re coming back and will definitely request this property next visit! Thank you!

Loved this property. Full of amenities and the owners really made you feel comfortable with their hospitality. The kitchen has all the cookware you need. The bathrooms have all the amenities. On top of all that, the unit is nicely decorated and felt like paradise. Our group had a fantastic time with 3 bedrooms and very spacious accommodations. It's right next to the pool so it's convenient. I've stayed at multiple units in the complex and this is my top choice, by far!

Something for everyone

Party of 6 booked for a February get away .Our experience was excellent,all our expectations were exceeded .Could not have been closer to the pool ,also shopping and restaurants where very close .Had contacted Kelly via email couple of times and her responses were within 1 hour , I feel if any problems had arose they would have been delt with very quickly .Thanks for great stay.

Great property, well stocked (and thanks to an "oops" on our part, a budding bar!). Quiet, easy walking. Having two master suites at opposite ends was great.

Had a wonderful time. The house was a perfect layout for me and my adult children. Loved having the pool so close but we still chose to go to the main pool. Owners are very responsive to our needs that came up. Beautiful location!

Our two-week stay at this wonderful, spacious place was refreshing and relaxing, with several saltwater pools surrounded by gorgeous gardens and fountains (and, of course, lined with many palm trees). Everything was as advertised, and the slight problem we had with the garburator was fixed immediately. We hope to return to this safe, comfortable accommodation in the future.

This is not a detached unit, we heard family above us walking around. Clubhouse bar and grill only open Saturday and Sunday for two hours in early afternoon, there is no shopping and dining within walking distance. No printer in unit, one was delevered, it was not usable.Only 1 bike, women's very old. Kitchen utensils dull and very old,knives dull, pots and pans we're disgusting.If you like to cook don't rent this property

The condo was well appointed with everything we needed. Plenty of space to gather and talk at the end of our meetings. The ease of access to everything made it very especially nice. Suggestion would be give instruction on how to work the TV's that was entertainment in its self.

I stayed in this unit in early November 2010. Our party included 4 adults (2 couples so we loved having 2 master suites) and 3 small children. What a great set-up! We have stayed at the LaQuinta Resort next door quite a few times and love it...but it is very expensive and they were never able to get both rooms on the same side of the resort. So, when the little ones went to bed early, the parents were forced to as well. With this set up, we able to put the kids to bed and still enjoy ourselves. The furniture here is more upgraded than other units and the beds were very comforthable. The location is great...just a 2 or 3 minute walk to the main pool which has a grill and bar and an awesome kiddie pool. It really isn't as close to the resort as I expected (you have to walk on a major street) but we quickly realized that we didn't need to go over there for anything and the drive would be no big deal for a massage or something. We will definitely be staying again! Also, the owner was very nice and easy to work with!

Our family stayed here July 4th and it was wonderful.... we only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms but it was perfect for our family. The furnishings are beautiful, air-conditioning worked great and the beds were super comfortable! It felt very luxurious! There is a pool right out the back door and it is a short walk to the super large children's pool. Highly recommend!
